Lo único bueno que tiene es que está bien comunicado, sin embargo, nos decepcionó mucho, el baño es compartido, eso no lo pone claramente cuando reservas la habitación, además había 2 baños y uno de ellos estaba cerrado, cuando estaban prácticamente todas las habitaciones ocupadas. Por otro lado, hay que tener en cuenta que es un edificio muy antiguo y sin ascensor. Bastante decepcionante.

The room was basic and had what we needed. We stayed on the 4th floor which only had one of the bathrooms open which was difficult at times due to other residents using it (the other stayed locked and appeared not to be available for guests). There was a kitchen on the 4th floor but it was also locked and not available to use so we had to use the one on the first floor. Great location, a bit noisy but did not bother us. Was told we could park on Rua de Flores by hotel staff and ended up having a boot on the car the next morning because it’s residential only. For the price is was completely fine

Room not as advertised. On arrival discovered it was a shared bathroom despite photos showing bathroom facilities. I had paid for a room with private bathroom.

Booked a room with a private bathroom and when I arrived and checked in the room didn’t have its own bathroom and hotel didn’t want to refund the full amount and expedia did not help with the refund either. Very disappointed.

The building is old and because of that really… really noisy. And you share a bathroom with way too many rooms. So that it’s possible that you have to wait for at least 30 minutes for the bathroom… that was very disappointing. You really need earplugs if you sleep here. The location is good but that’s it.

En épocas de frío las habitaciones no cuentan con calefacción. Ponen un ventilador de aire que da calor pero que da miedo dejar encendido. Por debajo de la puerta de la habitación entra mucho frío. El baño es poco agradable, con una alfombrilla que da repelús pisar. La taza del váter tenía salpicaduras. No hay televisión ni en las habitaciones ni en la sala de estar común. La wifi funciona bien. Las ventanas están bien aisladas contra el frío. Me asignaron una habitación en la 4ª planta, sin ascensor, pero lo peor sin duda es el ruido interior: puertas que chirrían, portazos intempestivos, etc. Los turista que se alojan aquí dejan mucho que desear, también porque la zona es de bares y mucha gente va a vivir la noche. No volvería jamás.

Provides the basics—bed and a bathroom across the hall. Just a heads-up, the photos didn’t quite match what the hotel looked like in person. No AC, but they do provide a fan. It’s May right now and it still got pretty warm even with fan, so just something to keep in mind.

Sehr gepflegte Pansion. Leider ist der Nachteil dass man per Mail oder SMS unterrichtet wird wie man ins Haus kommt. Du musst auf jeder Etage ein Zahlencode eingeben um die Türen zu öffnen. Außer die Zimmertüren werden mit einem Schlüssel geöffnet. Allerdings benötigen diese ein bisschen Öl. Dusche funktioniert super. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber. Es kommt jeden Tag die Putzfrau. Und bringt neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Das ganze Haus ist mit Parkett versehen. Nettes Flair. Aber leicht spärlich eingerichtet. Keine feste Heizung aber dafür ein Heizstrahler der es in sich hat. Leider keine Pflanzen. Abends sehr laut auf den Straßen. Aber wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind hört man nichts. Fazit. Eine sehr ordentliche Pension die man noch etwas verbessern könnte. Allerdings ist sie auch gut besucht.

The photos used on the booking site are either doctored or from somewhere else. The property is in bad shape. Floor tiles are cracked and dangerous. The area around is filled with drunken people partying all night, really. They were still shouting and drinking at 4:30AM. We rented two rooms advdertized as Superior Double rooms. Mine had a very bed and matress, curved upward and so uncomfortable. The room had no side tables (just a metal bookshelve, and a cheap wheeled coat hanger. No AC, just a clunky fan. Our friends' room had a better bed, but an dinkier fan on the floor. The only window was stuck shut. The common kitchen was a total mess. We saw cockroaches many times in the morning. Our private "bathroom" was small, dirty and moldy. My husband is 190cm and 120kg. The shower barely was large enough for him to move his arms. I'm not showing pictures since we left at 4AM and we did not want to bother other guests. In a word, delist this property. I have never been in such a dump.

Ha una buona posizione , stazione, centro, vicino alla piazza . Personale gentile e disponibile. L'unica pecca la mancanza di pulizie. Apparte TANTA polvere sopra i mobili , zero pulizia dei pavimenti( sabbia dal primo giorno di mare fatto , alla partenza stava ancora li) , zero cambio letto, zero cambio asciugamani , consiglio per brevi soggiorni.

Apesar de termos passado apenas uma noite, foi muito agradável. Localização ótima, apartamento muito limpo e confortável. O check-in também foi preciso. Com certeza iremos voltar!

Bien situado. Limpio. Habitación amplia. El único pero es el baño compartido con otra habitación, pero ya lo sabiamos cuando hicimos la reserva, así que nada que reprochar

The check-in went smoothly ad efficiently. The receptionist, Innis, was extremely friendly and hejpful. She patiently answered all questions and readily provided all the information a traveller would want. She even booked an Uber for me to take me to airport. Room and bathroom were vey clean and the metro and bus terminus were a few minutes walking distance. The place was full of. dining and drinking options

The accommodation was OK. It was clean, although I did find some hairs in my bed. Furthermore, some repairs need to be done in the room like electricity outlets hanging loose. The guest house is located very central! However, it’s a very noisy area. The who work there are really nice and helpful!

Such a great location. Being within close proximity to Pink Street on a Saturday night made for a very memorable experience. Also, the simplicity of the room made me feel like I was staying at an artist’s loft, which was an incredible feeling.

De accommodatie ligt erg centraal, maar in een zwaar vervallen deel van de stad. De foto’s vonden wij misleidend tov de kamer die wij geboekt hadden. Wij zouden een ruime 4 persoons kamer hebben, maar het leek of het eenpersoons bed erbij was gepropt; de deur kon zelfs niet dicht tenzij het bed schuin stond. Gelukkig wel een ander matras gekregen de volgende dag. Volledig uitgeruste keuken was ook behelpen. Het hoognodige staat er, maar wij zouden er niet hebben kunnen koken. Gelukkig zijn er heel veel leuke restaurants in de buurt om uit te kiezen. Kamers liggen op 3e en 4e verdieping, zonder lift. Douches (gedeeld) zijn klein; om iets van de grond te pakken moest je de douchedeur openen (bij gebrek aan een plankje om je douchespullen op te zetten). Conclusie: voor deze prijsklasse hadden we meer verwacht.

Provides the basics—bed and a bathroom across the hall. Just a heads-up, the photos didn’t quite match what the hotel looked like in person. No AC, but they do provide a fan. It’s May right now and it still got pretty warm even with fan, so just something to keep in mind.

The accommodation was OK. It was clean, although I did find some hairs in my bed. Furthermore, some repairs need to be done in the room like electricity outlets hanging loose. The guest house is located very central! However, it’s a very noisy area. The who work there are really nice and helpful!

Couldn't be worst. The host is terrible, other staffs were nice. Instructions were not sent until I contacted the platform for the second time. No other response was made and the host will just ignore you. Room has no ventilation and outside is too noisy to open the window, so good luck breathing. False advertisement: want to use the kitchen? Be prepared to run up and down 4 levels. One toilet is available for 5 rooms. The area is surrounded by drug dealers

Infelizmente, não tive uma boa experiência nessa hospedagem..... Não havia equipe de plantão para resolver problemas simples, como falta de papel higiênico no banheiro....... O unico ponto positivo é a localização do estabelecimento, mas, tendo em vista o bom sistema de transporte público, sugiro hospedagem em locais mais afastados, com predios mais novos e modernos.

The check-in went smoothly ad efficiently. The receptionist, Innis, was extremely friendly and hejpful. She patiently answered all questions and readily provided all the information a traveller would want. She even booked an Uber for me to take me to airport. Room and bathroom were vey clean and the metro and bus terminus were a few minutes walking distance. The place was full of. dining and drinking options

Such a great location. Being within close proximity to Pink Street on a Saturday night made for a very memorable experience. Also, the simplicity of the room made me feel like I was staying at an artist’s loft, which was an incredible feeling.

The building is old and because of that really… really noisy. And you share a bathroom with way too many rooms. So that it’s possible that you have to wait for at least 30 minutes for the bathroom… that was very disappointing. You really need earplugs if you sleep here. The location is good but that’s it.

Nos quedamos cuatro amigas en este céntrico y muy acogedor guest-house en el centro de Lisbon con todo accesible a pie, desde restaurantes, lugares emblemáticos, pubs, mercados y miradores. Excelente estadía de 5 días! Muchas gracias!

The photos used on the booking site are either doctored or from somewhere else. The property is in bad shape. Floor tiles are cracked and dangerous. The area around is filled with drunken people partying all night, really. They were still shouting and drinking at 4:30AM. We rented two rooms advdertized as Superior Double rooms. Mine had a very bed and matress, curved upward and so uncomfortable. The room had no side tables (just a metal bookshelve, and a cheap wheeled coat hanger. No AC, just a clunky fan. Our friends' room had a better bed, but an dinkier fan on the floor. The only window was stuck shut. The common kitchen was a total mess. We saw cockroaches many times in the morning. Our private "bathroom" was small, dirty and moldy. My husband is 190cm and 120kg. The shower barely was large enough for him to move his arms. I'm not showing pictures since we left at 4AM and we did not want to bother other guests. In a word, delist this property. I have never been in such a dump.

The room was basic and had what we needed. We stayed on the 4th floor which only had one of the bathrooms open which was difficult at times due to other residents using it (the other stayed locked and appeared not to be available for guests). There was a kitchen on the 4th floor but it was also locked and not available to use so we had to use the one on the first floor. Great location, a bit noisy but did not bother us. Was told we could park on Rua de Flores by hotel staff and ended up having a boot on the car the next morning because it’s residential only. For the price is was completely fine

Hotel tres correct en qualité prix. Une cuisine commune. Grande table pour repas. Vaisselle et ustensiles basique. Emplacement idéal . Double vitrage, nous n’avons pas eu de bruit alors que nous étions a l’angle d’un quartier festif. Nous étions au 4eme étage, sans ascenseur, très difficile a monter, mais vu le prix, on ne peux pas se plaindre. Séjour en avril, fenêtre fermées. L’été ça ne doit pas être vivable avec le bruit et la chaleur. Draps, serviettes fournis.Le personnel est très sympa. Tres calme. Mais a éviter si vous n’avez pas la forme pour monter les escalier. Je recommande fortement

Great location & price. The receptionist could do with more charm but overall a great price quality range. This place is next to the pink street the most crowded area for young party goers, so if you're sensitive to noise avoid this place. If not go ahead!!

Booked a room with a private bathroom and when I arrived and checked in the room didn’t have its own bathroom and hotel didn’t want to refund the full amount and expedia did not help with the refund either. Very disappointed.

Following 13 hours of train-bus-plane-taxi-metro it had been stressing to book for the place and only get precise check in information after it, which proved to be complicated. Once turning this page, got to the place: clean, comfortable, rarely furnished, beautiful premises.
