The hotel is remodeliing and not open for busineess. What now?

First of all the location of the property was wrong on the booking page it took us somewhere else 3 minutes away. we had to call for the actual address. Once at the property the code we were given for the keys didn't work so we called again and they told us to keep trying and that if we knew hot to use the key lock after 20 minutes and calling a different number someone gave us the code to the room next door that was empty that night and the code worked on this other lock. After our stay we were charged 37 dollars in cleaning fees wich aren't stated anywhere on the fees page.

Horrible. Should not exist.

This place was horrible it doesn’t show the real pictures of the bedroom and the shower is dirty with hair and broken hand shower we can’t even take a shower not a hotel at all.
