This was a superb propert. We had a bad start as the lot was full, we drove past it and it turned out it’s on a dead end street and my husband had the scariest backing up ever. But when we got there they helped us park. The initial greeting was not the warmest but everyone else was fabulous. Our room was large and very beautiful and had great sea views from the window and balcony. It was super hot and we’d hiked on the morning so we just stayed there. We spent a couple of hours at the pool overlooking the city and sea and then had a wonderful (not cheap but worth it) dinner there in their beautiful restaurant with beautiful views. Their included breakfast was terrific, we could easily walk down some steps to the marina and then to the old town area of the city.

Really spacious room with beautiful view of the harbour . Super helpful staff in guiding us around local areas and booking local excursion. Restaurant at the hotel serve good food with beautiful sunset view.

What a beautiful and well kept hotel. I think it has been completely renovated since the main photos on this site were taken - they don’t do it justice. The gardens and pool area is also fabulous, with a lovely shaded plunge pool and a full sized pool in the sunshine. We had a room with 2 balconies and a jacuzzi bath. Where the hotel could improve was on service: the staff were extremely friendly and helpful but when I was by the pool there were often no towels out and trying to find someone to take food and drinks orders was tricky sometimes. Aside from that, top marks.

Just absolutely perfect. Only problem is that I didn't book for longer and I really want to try the other more luxurious rooms - mine was the classic and was still ridiculously exceptional. I didn't have to worry about a thing the team were so helpful and thoughtful - providing me with transport to local spots, suggestions for day activities and then just the hotel itself is so so stunning. There's even lot of lovely kitties around that are all so cute and I loved that it was an Adult only booking. Perfect for if you just need some chill. The views from the restaurant were unreal - and the perfect setting for any meal. I adore it and it will be a fave to return to when in the area. What's even better is that they have 2 sister hotels not a stones throw away - but with their own aesthetic (I walked by one on the way to the other for spa treatments). Means I get to try the same level of service but mix it up if I want a different spot. Hotel Unique is definitely that tho - and it's got a spot in my heart. I'll go back again and again.

A little oasis in the hustle & bustle of Fethiye. The service in the hotel was excellent,friendly and extremely polite. Alena & Chulet were superstars! A really lovely warm and friendly atmosphere all round. Amazing views over the marina. A few minutes walk to the old town & promenade. The only downside was that the pool is not heated. We visited late April and the pool was like an ice bath! Apart from this I couldn’t fault the hotel and would definitely recommend.

Myself Neil & my wife Anita Howard spent a week at Hotel Unique Boutique Class. The hotel was perfect in every sense, we had a Deluxe Suite with amazing views out over Fethiye’s Marina and harbour area to the front and its hillside behind. The suite was immaculate & spacious along with a comfortable bed. Hotel Unique has an authentic Turkish feel with many old traditional working implements that take you back to a bygone age….The hotels infinity swimming pool looks out over the Marina beyond as has ample sunbathing areas along with several private cabana’s . The restaurant has a wide and varied choice of cuisine and a generous breakfast was provided. We will definitely return to Hotel Unique and its quirky charm along with luxurious style.

This had to be my favorite hotel I’ve stayed at and that is saying a lot! My room was huge with a balcony looking to the marina. All the amenities were superb, comfy bed, complimentary water, coffee and tea. A mini bar and the best shower I’ve had in Turkiye. The pool area was just lovely and the included breakfast (choice of English or Turkish) was abundant and delicious. Also their restaurant for dinner was so good that I ate there both nights I stayed which I am not likely to do. I was quite sad having to leave by their checkout time is noon so I spent the morning by the pool hanging with the lovely cats that live in the vicinity. Will stay here again and highly recommend!

What a magnificent stay! Breakfast: 10/10. Your choice if Turkish or English, but we HIGHLY recommend the Turkish breakfast. Staff were also amazing - attentive, friendly, and great English. Room: We stayed in a beautiful room with stone walls, modern shower, and a separate bathtub. Bed was very comfortable and AC was divine! Location: Short walk to Fethiye downtown. Close to everything but very quiet! Amenities: the restaurant is beautiful and scenic, definitely a vibe! Pool area is also modern and fresh. We spent our fair share of time lounging there. Valet parking was also very helpful, as the streets can be tricky for parking. Overall: What else to say? This place is FABULOUS. 10/10 would recommend!!

We chose Unique partly because it was adults only for a getaway without the children! The pictures online of the hotel don’t always do it justice. Amazing location with beautiful views over the bay and marina. We had room 502 and the attached photos are the view from our balcony. Would definitely ask for this room if we stayed again! The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive. Unfortunately my partner broke her ankle whilst on a boat trip, and spent two days in hospital. All of the staff were enquiring after her by name, and insisting that if I needed anything I just need to ask. Upon her return they were always on hand to help, and asking her how she was. To this end I would say if you have mobility/assistance issues, you should be aware there are steep steps up to reception from the street, and also to access parts of the pool and restaurant area. There are lifts in the hotel to all floors with rooms but there will still be stairs to negotiate. The restaurant itself serves excellent food at a reasonable price with amazing views again of the marina and bay. Fabulous infinity pool to cool off in after a nap in the spacious day beds where waiter service is frequent. Thank you Hotel Unique for a wonderful stay .

The property is close to the marina edge and has a lovely view of the marina, bay, and surrounding hills. The whole place is nicely appointed and clean. The rooms are well-kept and fairly spacious. And the restaurant is truly wonderful! Not to mention the value...Can't go wrong here

Este hotel es excepcional. La habitación estaba decorada con mucho gusto, moderna, con unas vistas muy buenas y todo muy limpio. El baño también grande y cuidado. Y ya para completar, la piscina está muy bien diseñada con muchos rincones agradables para estar tranquilo y relajarse. El servicio es un lujo, siempre pendientes de todo para que tu estancia sea agradable y no te falte de nada. Te hacen todo muy fácil y cómodo. La calidad de la comida muy buena, tanto en el desayuno, como en la comida y en la cena. Un hotel de sobresaliente.

Beautiful & unique hotel as the name suggests. We stayed in the loft apartment with views across the marina. Or room was immaculate & cleaned daily with fresh linen & towels. The restaurant for breakfast & dinner was superb with excellent staff. The concierge at the hotel was very personable & happy to help with restaurant bookings & hamman for us. Overall a lovely stay.

Hôtel propre et calme. Le personnel est très accueillant. Bel emplacement avec un parking. Le petit déjeuné et les repas sont délicieux. Il y’a un interlocuteur français. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel.

Helt fantastisk skønt lille hotel med smukke værelser og servicen i top. super morgenmad. Hotellet ligger i smukke omgivelser, det var 2. Gang vi besøgte hotellet.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Unique. Very attentive service and a beautiful room with private terrace and hot tub. It is well located — close to Marina and the old town area. The restaurant was lovely with nice views and service.

Amazing hotel, perfect for a relaxing week away with my wife. All staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, from front of house, through room service, and in the restaurant area. We had a 'delux suite with sea view', exceptional in every way. We mixed our time in the room (balcony and terrace area with hot/cold tub) and around the pool, all with exceptional views of the marina and background mountains, beautiful. On some levels it is wrong to highlight individuals (I haven't caught all staff names but I re-iterate everyone is first class), but I have to mention Alina, who was helpful throughout pre-arrival, and for the duration of our stay, including invaluable guidance on things to do: we had great experiences including local spa, visiting ruins, day trip to Oludeniz including a reasonably priced private boat hire tour to Butterfly Valley for a few hours, horse riding, day trip to Rhodes...... Oh, and the Turkish breakfast is 10/10. A perfect holiday, top marks, thank you.

What a magnificent stay! Breakfast: 10/10. Your choice if Turkish or English, but we HIGHLY recommend the Turkish breakfast. Staff were also amazing - attentive, friendly, and great English. Room: We stayed in a beautiful room with stone walls, modern shower, and a separate bathtub. Bed was very comfortable and AC was divine! Location: Short walk to Fethiye downtown. Close to everything but very quiet! Amenities: the restaurant is beautiful and scenic, definitely a vibe! Pool area is also modern and fresh. We spent our fair share of time lounging there. Valet parking was also very helpful, as the streets can be tricky for parking. Overall: What else to say? This place is FABULOUS. 10/10 would recommend!!

We chose Unique partly because it was adults only for a getaway without the children! The pictures online of the hotel don’t always do it justice. Amazing location with beautiful views over the bay and marina. We had room 502 and the attached photos are the view from our balcony. Would definitely ask for this room if we stayed again! The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive. Unfortunately my partner broke her ankle whilst on a boat trip, and spent two days in hospital. All of the staff were enquiring after her by name, and insisting that if I needed anything I just need to ask. Upon her return they were always on hand to help, and asking her how she was. To this end I would say if you have mobility/assistance issues, you should be aware there are steep steps up to reception from the street, and also to access parts of the pool and restaurant area. There are lifts in the hotel to all floors with rooms but there will still be stairs to negotiate. The restaurant itself serves excellent food at a reasonable price with amazing views again of the marina and bay. Fabulous infinity pool to cool off in after a nap in the spacious day beds where waiter service is frequent. Thank you Hotel Unique for a wonderful stay .

What a beautiful and well kept hotel. I think it has been completely renovated since the main photos on this site were taken - they don’t do it justice. The gardens and pool area is also fabulous, with a lovely shaded plunge pool and a full sized pool in the sunshine. We had a room with 2 balconies and a jacuzzi bath. Where the hotel could improve was on service: the staff were extremely friendly and helpful but when I was by the pool there were often no towels out and trying to find someone to take food and drinks orders was tricky sometimes. Aside from that, top marks.

We have stayed in this stunning hotel a few times before and absolutely love it. It’s got loads of charm and the service is fantastic. All of the staff go overboard to make sure you have a great experience and we really can’t fault anything. The location is so convenient too as it’s just a short walk into town. Just absolutely perfect. Only problem is that I didn't book for longer and I really want to try the other more luxurious rooms - mine was the classic and was still ridiculously exceptional. I didn't have to worry about a thing the team were so helpful and thoughtful - providing me with transport to local spots, suggestions for day activities and then just the hotel itself is so so stunning. There's even lot of lovely kitties around that are all so cute and I loved that it was an Adult only booking. Perfect for if you just need some chill. The views from the restaurant were unreal - and the perfect setting for any meal. I adore it and it will be a fave to return to when in the area. What's even better is that they have 2 sister hotels not a stones throw away - but with their own aesthetic (I walked by one on the way to the other for spa treatments). Means I get to try the same level of service but mix it up if I want a different spot. Hotel Unique is definitely that tho - and it's got a spot in my heart. I'll go back again and again.

Just got home from a lovely peaceful week at this beautiful hotel. We stayed in an Annex room which was amazing. We loved the balcony and the stunning views of the harbour. I chose thus hotel based on reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. From my first step into reception I was warmly greeted, helped with ny luggage and informed about the hotel amenities. I was upgraded to another balcony room.. the room was beautifully furnished, a view over the marina, and a king bed. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, giving me a great night's sleep. Dinner was amazing. I chose a mix of meze's and they were fantastic. Breakfast was a choice of English or Turkish. Again, delicious. I'll be back for sure

This was a superb propert. We had a bad start as the lot was full, we drove past it and it turned out it’s on a dead end street and my husband had the scariest backing up ever. But when we got there they helped us park. The initial greeting was not the warmest but everyone else was fabulous. Our room was large and very beautiful and had great sea views from the window and balcony. It was super hot and we’d hiked on the morning so we just stayed there. We spent a couple of hours at the pool overlooking the city and sea and then had a wonderful (not cheap but worth it) dinner there in their beautiful restaurant with beautiful views. Their included breakfast was terrific, we could easily walk down some steps to the marina and then to the old town area of the city.

The property is close to the marina edge and has a lovely view of the marina, bay, and surrounding hills. The whole place is nicely appointed and clean. The rooms are well-kept and fairly spacious. And the restaurant is truly wonderful! Not to mention the value...Can't go wrong here

Very nice hotel with fair value. Great staff . Would reconmend. Only negitive is the owners are obsesed with profit so they are doing the little things to cut costs. Example Freash scueezed orange juice replaced with cheap orage drink. Only get one room cay so forci g you to kill the power and ac to the room when your out. So always return to a hot room. Tissue for dinner towel napkins for a higher end resturant. Not a deal breaker but a irritation with a hotel of this caliber.

Very good value for amazing seafood platter. Friendly, efficient staff. Delicious food options at breakfast and dinner. Reception met our taxi and called one for us upon leaving. Cannot recommend highly enough. 10/10.

This had to be my favorite hotel I’ve stayed at and that is saying a lot! My room was huge with a balcony looking to the marina. All the amenities were superb, comfy bed, complimentary water, coffee and tea. A mini bar and the best shower I’ve had in Turkiye. The pool area was just lovely and the included breakfast (choice of English or Turkish) was abundant and delicious. Also their restaurant for dinner was so good that I ate there both nights I stayed which I am not likely to do. I was quite sad having to leave by their checkout time is noon so I spent the morning by the pool hanging with the lovely cats that live in the vicinity. Will stay here again and highly recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about the Hotel Unique in Fethiye! I booked a sea view room on the 6th floor for 3 nights. The room was very clean with a high-end chic beach house vibe. Very beautiful and unique hotel. The views from my balcony were amazing! I spent the evening there watching the sun set over the harbour. The hotel restaurant was also excellent. The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating! I also loved the location. Outside the busy area, but a close walk to everythung. Highly recommend this hotel when staying in Fethiye.
I can’t say enough great things about the Hotel Unique in Fethiye! I booked a sea view room on the 6th floor for 3 nights. The room was very clean with a high-end chic beach house vibe. Very beautiful and unique hotel. The views from my balcony were amazing! I spent the evening there watching the sun set over the harbour. The hotel restaurant was also excellent. Otelin konumu, imkanları, özellikle odada digitürk olması çok iyiydi. Personelleri çok ilgili ve ahlaklıydı. Kahvaltıları da güzeldi herkese özel olarak yumurta menemen yapmaları ve istenilen her seyi getirmeleri dikkatimi çekti. Nişanlımla geldim. İkimizde çok memnun kaldık. Bidaha fethiyeye gidersek yine tercihimiz bu otel olur. Kesinlikle herkese hem manzarası hem havuzu hem de imkanları hem de personellerin böyle kaliteli olmasından dolayı tercih edeceğim otel
