No ac the rooms were not clean

Love the area felt safe for my family and parking right on the service road close to enter the freeway the shopping center and restaurant very close by loved it will stay there again and the gentleman in the front desk very helpful great attitude , personality

Was charged a different price after applying my reward points and wasn't given the down stairs as i booked so i had to go upstairs and all night there was a big dog barking continously so annoying

I received a phone call about an hour before myself and 4 guests arrived from 3 hrs away to tell me my room on first floor wasn't available. I had confirmed it only 2 hrs earlier. So two ppl had to get another hotel and I kept a room with a large bed instead of two. It was not clean. It wasn't cleaned after the first night either. The hotel does not have adequate parking and inside was very noisy and not a place to choose if you want to get any rest. Definitely inconvenienced and will not be back

Welcomed pets, even had a whiny barking dog down the hall that woke us up early and did not stop. Clean bedding. No hot water.
