We really enjoyed our stay!

Good things: Easy and super fast access to front desk via messaging. Good breakfast, which was kept replenished and ready for the whole of the generous breakfast hours, 6 to 10 a.m. Nice room layout - suite with separate bedroom. Regular rooms have been fine in the past, but since my husband had to work pre-dawn, having the bedroom separate from the desk area was helpful. Bad things: Lack of housekeeping. A bathroom mirror notice stated housekeeping was every other day. When we called because of NO HOUSEKEEPING and lack of sufficient supplies, we were told they were trying to remove notices from mirrors because housekeeping was every 3 days. Wish that was stated at check-in & on websites. We checked in on Friday, out on Tuesday, and had NO housekeeping service whatsoever. Luckily there were several garbage cans in the suite, so we didn't run out of trash space. But we ran out of toilet paper (which a staff member brought to our room after we requested it), kleenex, clean washcloths, and kitchen linens. Also, the couch was horrendous! It pulled out into a sleeper bed, which we didn't need, but just sitting on the couch was impossible. Cushions collapsed in the middle! We called about it & maintenance came right up. However, it was a momentary fix at best. The supporting wood slats and cloth straps, just slid right back out of the way and the couch cushions collapsed again. Bad! Bed was inconsistently supportive - not too comfortable.

The breakfast menu was great, and the room was very comfortable!!
