When I checked in the staff did not look professional at all I didn’t even know I was speaking with an employee at first and then they told me where the gym, pool, breakfast, etc was and then come to find out the pool was closed for the entire weekend not for anything major but because they have an inspection next week so it needs extra cleaning!!!!!!!!! What shouldn’t you keep the pool in that condition anyway? After all this my room phone does not work so I go down to the front desk to ask for pillows….. we have 2 beds only 3 pillows and I am waiting for 10 minutes to even have anyone help us can you say under staffed and over rated charged a premium and no better than a motel 6

Everything was great.. Was just disappointed the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance

It wasn't very clean. The shower was awful. The pool was very dirty and the hot tub was broken. The cleaning staff were super loud in the morning as they were cleaning up and down the hall. The location was great and coffee and breakfast bar were nice.

Parking was a little tough due to the connexes in the lot from the remodel. Other than that, we wish to lodge hete again in the future.

Was a great location .Close to quick ealk to food.Pet friendly for small fee and was perfect fornout little bassett hound. Only compliant which was oout of there hands eas pool was closed.otherwise will definatly be back

I was really impressed with this hotel. The staff is so kind. They were fun to talk to. The people I encountered staying at the hotel were also friendly. I liked the room configuration. Having a full-size fridge and microwave and dishes was really nice. There was no stove top but a little Sine said that a portable electric stove top was available upon request, so that’s nice to know. The bed was comfortable and the shower overall was pretty nice. Water got nice and hot. Room was a good size. I love that. There was a tucked- away table that we could move around the room. Our room was right by the elevator, but it was not noisy at all. I really value and appreciated the cleaning staff because I saw them constantly cleaning the hotel. I liked the gym, Small, but working equipment. Hottub was amazing! Breakfast was decent. Not incredible but I like having a free breakfast included with both hot and cold items. I like that there were green apples and a little bowl of candy at the front desk. Very accommodating, genuine people working in the lobby. There are little things that were out of order - the water bottle filler in the gym, the phone in our room didn’t work, and it took us a minute to get a computer hooked up to the TV. They’re in the process of updating the hotel. But the friendliness and cleanliness of the staff made up for any little things that might otherwise be annoying. The location is amazing; super close to dozens of restaurants and outlet stores. I will be back!

Pros: Loved how spacious the room was. There was a lot of storage to put your things away and a desk. We didn’t use the kitchen, but I could see it being a big plus for some. Staff was very kind. Gym was good - plenty of machines and always seemed to be empty. Parking was included and easy. Also love the location - close to lots of restaurants. We walked over to Aubergine, which is a delicious and healthy option and there are lots of delicious restaurants nearby- Mo Bettahs, Costa Vida, Cubby’s are some of our favorites. Breakfast was adequate- I needed a high protein breakfast and I was able to get some egg bites and sausage that were fine. We were given two water bottles when we came. AC worked well and kept us comfortable. Overall the hotel was pretty quiet when we were trying to sleep. I also noticed that the staff were good about making areas smell nice- we stepped into an elevator that smelled but 20 minutes later when we got into it again, it smelled nice. Bed was comfortable. Cons: The room was outdated. Changing the bedding would make a huge difference in making the room look updated. Also when you walk down the hall, the doors were all painted cream and had no kick plates and you could see every mark and scuff. Carpet in hallway felt cheap and was squeaky. Interior walls had some cracks and scuffs that needed repair. Repainting the rooms more often would go a long way. Would have also appreciated ice water in the lobby as the ice machine was unusable on our floor.

We have stayed at several Home 2 Suites hotels prior to this one and this one seems like the most run down. Pool out of order, poor repaint jobs, and noisy/old hvac unit in this room. Really nice surrounding area with lots of restaurants and shopping close by.

Check in was a breeze. We came right before midnight and the gentleman who checked us in was very nice. Large room with comfortable king size bed. Sofa was also cozy. The only thing was the shower head looked dirty, the caulking was coming off, the shower curtain was grimy. Breakfast was really good though.

Run down and very dirty, blinds falling off the wall, tables dirty, furniture old and run down. We are previous Marriott owners for 40 years and decided to give other properties a go. The Hilton was as expensive as the other surrounding five star properties, but I have never stayed in such an unfit property. Kristy, the property manager was very understanding and helped us feel better about our stay. We are too old to be changing rooms or relocating.

Nice hotel but came back home covered in bed bug bites.

The rooms are dirty, sofa had more stains than the floor carpet. Bed headboard was all damage, the vinyl was pealed off. Why will they offer a room. Motel 6 will have been better stay

The room was clean however the cleaning solution they used leaves the floor slippery which is very dangerous for older people. We asked him to come and re-mop the floor and they made it even worse. The maids really need to use less cleaning solution so it doesn’t leave a slippery film on the floor.. yes, the room was clean, but the floor was slippery and dangerous. Also, upon checkout, I asked for a receipt and I was told their printer is broken and they could not give me a receipt. They told me they would email me a receipt and I’m still waiting for that receipt for those two reasons I am not happy with my stay..

Very clean. Guest services was very nice and made sure that we had everything we needed. I definitely would stay here again.

Staff was stellar. Guests nearby were super loud at night. Bathroom sliding doors are treacherous, shower head was dumb, water went cold, wallpaper was coming off the wall, paint on the fixtures, sliding bathroom door lock didn't work at all. The bed was comfy and the TV worked.

Room was spacious and clean

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the amenities were great. The problem is the paper thin walls and floors. You can hear your neighbor cough, open and close their window walk across the room, etc. above and on both sides so it wasn’t just one person. It really is a shame because the place is great. But good luck sleeping. I would pay a little extra for my room so the builders could afford to install some sound proofing or even some insulation in the walls and floors.

The staff was kind, the beds comfy, and sheets are soft. But the room needed a refresh. There were things broken but not fixed, or fixed quickly and not done well. Holes weee in the walls and had not been patched.

This was a great place for an extended stay. It was kind of noisy, but there were a lot of people staying there the weekend we were…not sure what was going on. Room was very nice. We enjoyed the kitchen and had plenty of space. Would recommend for extended stays with kids or as couples.

The ceiling was 2 different colors from patch work. The beds were like sleeping on cement and the pillows were so flat. Our TV would not turn on with the the remote either. Will not stay there again.

Nice location. Walk to restaurants. Only negative was the bathroom has a pocket door that wouldn't stay closed and wouldn't lock. The bed was comfortable, room was roomie, and plenty of spaces to put things for a week long trip.

The hotel has seen better days, obviouslyhad had heavy use. Our room was ok. Bed is fairly hard and the bathroom needs a coat of paint and some repairs. There are no options other than regulartvin satellit. No option for netflicks or other platforms. Breakfast was standard fair. Greek restaurantand Starbucks within easy walking distance Great Location to outlet mall, theater, and Ashton gardens. We didn't use for a business visit. Looks like it has a nice gym and average pool.

Charlin (?sp) at the front desk went above and beyond, checked in with us during our stay, and always addressed me by name. Such a friendly and kind service provider!!

Check-in was unacceptable, I reserved and paid for a King bed and I got 2 queen beds. No towels in the pool area. Breakfast buffet was not a buffet all protein items were just a few pieces of each one a dish in dispatch cabinet (not a buffet, just limited), Cleanliness of property in and out was good.

This was only a one-night stay, but upon arrival, the concierge was a pleasure to work with. She was upbeat positive, and after learning that stairs wouldn't be a preferred option, she adjusted my room, and then offered that there were foam rollers and a hot tub to help loosen myself up. It was a touch of empathy that wasn't expected. The room was really clean, quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I love H2 Suites hotels, but this one will have my business again.

The staff were absolutely amazing!!! We were traveling with our 95 year old father who uses a walker and they worked with us to find a room with the least amount of walking as possible. I was impressed by the care and concern along with the professionalism shown by all individuals we were in contact with.

House keepers entered twice early in the morning while we were sleeping without knocking. Front desk was very nice. Thin walls, could hear snoring from adjacent rooms

Loved this hotel. Roomy and had a good size fridge and freezer. Staff was super friendly and the location of the hotel is close to lots of food and shopping. Also very close to many attractions.

Great location, very friendly staff, spacious rooms and plenty of linens. Comfortable seating/tv area in our room as well. Quiet location with convenient access to all areas of Thanksgiving Point and surrounding Lehi area.

The rooms were really nice and spacious. There were real dishes and a kitchenette that was nice as well. Their breakfast was also one of the best I have had in a hotel before

The breakfast was not good, the egg items were cold, I did not like the turkey sausage links and the waffle irons were not turned on.

Staff was great! Breakfast was good, area was kept clean. I had booked one day short, my error, and we were able to book the extra day without changing rooms. The hot tub wasn't kept warm enough but staff tried to get it fixed. Thanks for a lovely week!

I enjoyed my brief 2-night stay at Home2 Suites. When traveling for business, I enjoy an included breakfast. They had nice hot options, juice, coffee, etc. The staff was friendly and the property was nice and clean, even under some construction. I'll stay again next time I travel for business in the area.

Home2 Suites Hilton was in an almost perfect location. Restaurants, Shopping and convenience stores like Starbucks and 7-Eleven. Complimentary breakfast was good and plentiful. Lastly the staff were friendly and courteous.

We would rate the hotel as a 4 if the breakfast wasn't so bad!. Cold eggs, hard and cold potato patties, salty, greasy and barely cooked bacon.

I really appreciated the check in complimentary water bottles and the professional staff. I also enjoyed the daily breakfast selections. Will stay there again if I'm attending the Garden of Quilts in the future.

The staff is absolutely amazing. The room was very clean, although there are areas in the hotel that are worn and need to be updated. The breakfast was less than desirable and could use some help.
