Really nice room, staff was great and efficient. The only thing I didn't like was exiting the property was a little difficult if you were trying to turn left. But that's really minor.

Its was amazing! The ladies at the front were so friendly and helpful! They dont have a bar but they do have alcohol you can purchase.we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Room was spacious and super clean. Pool was small, but warm. Breakfast was decent. Staff was very friendly. Conveniently located near pro football hall of fame and several stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

We came here so the kid could swim. The pool is TINY and not clean looking at all. She loves to swim and literally said "I don\'t like it here". Otherwise the place is fine. Don\'t come here if you want to swim.

We had a great stay! The room was clean and exactly what I reserved. Check in was easy. Parking was easy. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful from the front desk to the cleaning staff. No problems.

We recently stayed at SpringHill Suites in Canton, OH while visiting the Pro Football Hall of Fame. I was very impressed with the hotel. The staff was very friendly, the free breakfast was satisfying-bacon/sausage, eggs, oatmeal, waffles, and more. There was a fire pit outside which was a nice place to hang out in the evenings. The room was perfect. The bathroom was clean and modern, the bed was super comfortable, and there was a separate office and sitting area, with a small divider to add to the separation. This was especially nice, offering an area to eat, watch TV, or give some privacy to people in the other area. I feel that it was one of the nicest hotel experiences I have had. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location. Clean lobby and room. Staff was great Andrew was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included however it was not enough food available for the number of guests. Parking lot was dimly lit at night, which was a negative.

Just ok. Door to the bathroom had some nasty stains on it. Some crumbs were on the desk in the room. Overall satisfied. Just needed a place to sleep and shower due to local storms coming thru the area and knocking our power out.

Nice, roomy hotel that was very clean. The breakfast was good, and the staff made check in easy. We visited the President McKinley Library/Museum and Mausoleum (where his and his wife's sarcophaguses are held). I think the Football Hall of Fame must have been having an event because we were turned back by a police officer and not permitted to go to the parking lot. Both of those were close (a few minutes driving distance) from the hotel.

Very clean, spacious, and quiet rooms! Bed was very comfortable as well and the rooms are modern / newly renovated. The staff is by far the star of this hotel though. The lady working reception could not be better. Friendly, sincere, and so welcoming. Had the pleasure of witnessing her upgrade a grooms room on his wedding night when she found out it was his wedding day!

The room is beautiful. I stayed in a double queen suite on the 3rd floor. Having a refrigerator, microwave and hot beverage maker was great. Note: No closet or irong amenities. I travel for business and being able to touchup my clothing is important to me. I did have wrinkle free garment spray which saved the day. Overall, my stay was very nice. I would highly recommend this facility.

Great suite for my daughter, grandson, and me. Plenty of space. Clean and comfortable. Amazing amount of communication. Two small issues. The bathroom door is frosted glass. Anyone using the bathroom at night lights the whole room. Good looking but not practical. When I received my receipt, I was charged extra for using my American Express card to pay. With all the communication that certainly could have been mentioned.

I am utterly blown away at the level of quality of the facility and service from the staff. I have stayed at much worse hotels for twice the price. The rooms were small but clean and well maintained, the breakfasts were well balanced and the staff were friendly and very acvomdating. Springhill Suites us my new go-to whenever I am traveling.

We liked the service performed by the "Breakfast Staff"; they cooked the waffles for the guests, and they were efficiently to replenish the foods and utensils as they were needed. One negative thing regards the apparent lack of exhaust fan / ducting for the bathroom. Another negative thing was the "high velocity" of the AC fan. We could not find a way to reduce the AC fan speed.

The hotel is fine. They need more front desk workers. I requested towels that the one worker had to bring to me hours later because he was too busy. I requested housekeeping that never came. Otherwise, the room was nice.

11/10 recommend this hotel! Wonderful amenities, amazingly kind staff, and close to many restaurants, shops, and tourist locations.

Nice, roomy hotel that was very clean. The breakfast was good, and the staff made check in easy. We visited the President McKinley Library/Museum and Mausoleum (where his and his wife's sarcophaguses are held). I think the Football Hall of Fame must have been having an event because we were turned back by a police officer and not permitted to go to the parking lot. Both of those were close (a few minutes driving distance) from the hotel.

Traveling for a grandchilds sports event. Our room was excellant. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to everything we needed during our stay. Will stay here again if the event is held in Canton.

Beautiful hotel and great customer service. The person working the front desk was very welcoming, friendly, helpful and so attentive to our needs. Rhe location is great with lots of dining and shopping options nearby as well. 10/10, highly recommend this location

Have stayed here a few times & never disappoints!! Rooms are clean with space to work, coffee makers, convenient mini fridge. Pool for the kids and so close to shopping & restaurants. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was impressive with lots of options including gluten free. Will definitely return again.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The rooms were very nice, spacious, and clean. The staff were attentive, pleasant, and helpful. The breakfast stood out the most among hotels of this quality. Freshly cooked eggs, bacon, and sausage. However, it was all the little extras, condiments, juices, and toppings, that really made it perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great, the rooms are exceptionally comfortable and clean. However, breakfast was just ok. Very little variety. I would stay there again because of its location and how comfy the bed was!

Great location. Clean lobby and room. Staff was great Andrew was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included however it was not enough food available for the number of guests. Parking lot was dimly lit at night, which was a negative.

I’ve frequented this hotel over the years as this is my hometown. My only issue this visit was the lack of towels. There were not towels on 7/4/2026. I had to use paper towels to dry off after a shower. I asked multiple times and provided the dirty towels so that they can be cleaned. It took over 4 hrs to actually get clean towels. To be honest I was treated as if it was a privilege to have towels. The explanation I received was “we are going through a towel crisis”. It was very frustrating. On top of a charge for a food item on my room, that I nor my guest purchased. We weren’t at the hotel at the time of the purchase. This was rectified immediately, which I am grateful for.
