C’est un bon petit motel pour une nuit seulement. Par contre le climatiseur est très bruyant et surtout il pousse l’air directement sur le lit. Donc chaud froid toute la nuit

The room appeared clean. The bathroom door was coming apart which made the door stick when trying to get out of the bathroom. There was caulk all over the place not just where it should be. The were yellow streaks running down the trim and walls of the bathroom. There was no clock. You can see daylight coming from the ac/heater unit (top right corner) and the entrance door. The entrance door was broken and not repaired properly. Door also hard to close so that we could lock it. Also the ac/heater unit control door broken and filthy. The room appeared freshly painted although the painter seemed unable to NOT get paint on the floor or trim (which was a different color). If you need a room just for one nights sleep it was almost acceptable. The traffic noise was pretty loud. Again, the staff were helpful.

Do not stay here. The front desk man and his wife verbally assaulted me after confronting them on how bad and disgusting the room was. I was escorted out of the lobby by his big belly bumping into me and was told to leave that they were not going to accommodate me.

Best place for the price in Sullivan. Amazing staff, clean room, comfortable bed and ricks famous burgers right next door. Will definitely stay here again.
