We had a party of 7, 1 yr old to 88.yr old for 5 nights in the heat wave. The house was wonderful for a group and stayed cool for us. Nice to have our own bathrooms4, and 4 bedroom spaces plus living and outdoor area. We had an accident with a glass table and our host was so very understanding. He worked out a very reasonable price to replace the glass part and was very kind Kitchen is well stocked with utensils plates, glassware. The location was perfect for our daughters wedding only 10 min away. Would recommend and stay again.

Hébergement agréable, au calme. Il faut savoir que le quartier est en hauteur donc il faut pouvoir marcher bien ( ou prendre les bus ;)Propriétaire accueillant. Les photos grand angle donnent une idée au peu faussée de la taille des pièces mais tout y est ! partie salon, salle a manger, cuisine (évier et four séparé du reste de la cuisine), les 4 chambres et sdb, l'espace extérieur!

the place was decent. it needs some cleaning and upgrading. The beds and bedding was not that great. it was hard to sleep in a bed that squeaks when u move. the manager was friendly and very helpful.

We (party of 7) recently stayed at Monteverde Guest House during our trip to Rome, and it was an excellent experience. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and located in a safe and convenient neighborhood. Andrea, our host, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations for local restaurants that truly enhanced our stay.
