There was no safe, despite it being advertised. The TV didnt work at all. The hotel didbnotvprovide any tea, only coffee. They claimed they could not import it from Thailand! The fridge froze everythjng you put in it.

This is a perfectly serviceable hotel, and a good value. Unlike some of the other spots in town, this one doesn't have a pool or a sky bar; it's relatively low frills. But it was quiet, the staff was courteous and there was plenty of hot water for a bath. Best of all, the laundry service was cheap, fast and reliable. I'd definitely stay here again.
