Very friendly staff and so helpful. Always there with a smile. The breakfast was good and the rooms and pool area were lovely but was great to have a balcony so you had privacy but didn’t have to be in the air con all the time.

Great staff and service. The hotel is in a great location, short walk to the night market and Pub Street just around the corner, but far enough so the night noise doesn't bother. Nice to relax by the pool after a long day walking the temple ruins. Could do with some lounge seating by the bar for evening cocktails. And a gym would be nice. The free airport ride is apparently only when you arrive (need to let them know 3 days in advance to pick you up), but when I pointed out that wasn't clear they came through and comped us the ride to the airport when we left as well.

If I could give them a 20 out of 10 I would do so, The service was unbelievably hospitable. Every time we entered the hotel we were greeted with smiles, water, and cold cloths to freshen up. The staff are smiling and assisting whenever possible in a way that made us feel incredibly spoiled. The hotel itself is lovely with a beautiful infinity pool and gardens, and our room was so pleasant, looking out on the pool and garden. For breakfast we ordered the night before, and the selection of custom prepared breakfasts was a highlight. My husband ordered eggs Benedict while I ordered the American breakfast. It was served at our desired time, and of course, with a smile The first night we were there we ordered room service, and our Pad Thai was delicious. There is a large number of restaurants right near the hotel and shopping is close by. Some folks complained about the noise, and I will say that the music from Pub Street seemed loud when our door was open, but it was muffled once the door was closed and never bothered us. We slept wonderfully there! I just can't say enough good about this hotel. When we departed they gave us scarves, as a parting gift. We hated to leave!

You will be greeted by an overwhelming welcoming committee every time you enter the reception, offering wet towels and water. The hotel is built around a pool with very clean water. They offer pool side service with cocktails and snacks. In the evening they have a restaurant with a decent menu. The tenderloin was very good. If you have included breakfast, you can order it from a menu every evening. They will then serve it by the pool or at your room/balcony at the time of your choosing. Housekeeping will clean your room every day when you are out. There's a minibar, so you can have cold drinks in your room. All in all we are very pleased with the stay, and can recommend it to others as well. The value for money is pretty good. There's another hotel with the same staff/owners, so you get an offer to go see a traditional dancing show with dinner. It was worth the trip. Be aware that the hotel is located close to Pub Street, so there may be some noise from the street. Bring ear plugs if you have a hard time sleeping because of music and sounds. What a great hotel. Boutique, small and not crowded. The staff are EXCEPTIONAL, they go out of their way to please the guests and make sure everything is perfect. The pool and surrounding area is amazing with beautiful traditional decor in nature. Walking distance to pub street and all the markets. Pharmacies, 7eleven and great restaurants 1 to 2 min walk. Room is lovely, bed is large and comfortable and there is a balcony overlooking the pool. TV is on the small side and reception for channels and sound not the best but we arent on a holiday to watch TV!!. Be aware that this hotel is very close to the main noisy area of Green market and pub street so there is quite loud music til well after midnight which can be heard from the rooms. This didnt bother us as we are night owls and they do offer ear plugs. 😊 some things like the shower head, toilet seat and tap in the bathroom could do with an upgrade but nothing too bad to ruin our stay. Good price for the service and cleaniness and location that you get. Big thank you to all the Khmer Mansion staff for the great food, excellent massage and fantastic cocktails!! Had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The hotel is an excellent location for those wanting to be in the heart of the town where there are many bars and restaurants nearby but it is down a little quiet cul-de-sac just giving it a bit of peace and tranquility. The rooms were nice and spacious with all the facilities you would require. Breakfast was until 10 am which as well as the cold buffet offered a menu of freshly hot cooked food. There was a nice pool with adequate sunbeds. However the best thing of all is the staff who are so nice and helpful and go out of their way to help you. Constantly bringing you drinks, cold flannels (cause it was hot!) and organising any thing required. So a big thank you to Mr Leap, Nana, Rat, Seth, Bet Pon and the rest of the team who made our stay truly memorable. If u go to Siem Reap this is the hotel to stay. Many Thanks Matt & Jim

The Khmer Mansion Boutique hotel was one of the best hotels we've been to due to the genuinely helpful, friendly, and courteous staff. I would like to thank every one of them for making our stay so enjoyable. The hotel itself is also at a convenient central location with a short walk to the Pub Street, Old Market, and multiple great restaurants. The pool is nice as well with pretty plants and plam trees around it. All in all a great place to stay.

This is a wonderful hotel with 5 star service. They have a wonderful team that does everything you can think of to ensure there clients enjoy there stay. A great relaxing pool area, wonderful fruit smoothies and a great balcony overlooking it all! If you want a great hotel in Siam Reap, then you can't go wrong here!

Reserved 3 rooms for my family. All of us really enjoyed our three night stay. The staff were super courteous and anticipated things we might want. The rooms were wonderful and we had a turndown service each night with some small snack left for us. Breakfast was very good - we had the Eggs Benny each day with fruits from the buffet. Coffee was made to order as well! I live in hotels 11 months of the year and this is one of my favourite in this price range - mainly due to the staff!!

Hôtel très agréable du centre de Siem Reap. A quelques minutes à pieds des activités nocturnes de la ville (pour ceux qui aiment….) mais parfaitement au calme. Les chambres sont simples mais propres. Le personnel est adorable et très serviable. La piscine arborée est très jolie mais elle attire malheureusement énormément de moustiques en soirée… Le point noir de cet hôtel. Je conseille cependant cet établissement.

We had a wonderful stay. The service is excellent - personally, we felt it became a little too much with the washing clothes when we returned and the glass of water, but it seems everyone liked that very much. The staff is very smiling and helpful in everything. It is an older hotel and it shows but certainly nothing important. We would choose this hotel again.

The whole staff knew our names, asked how we were, etc. Turndown service with brownie bites too. We were there Mon. - Thursday (left Friday). No Pub Street noise Mon - Wed pm but very loud until around 10 on Thurs with one club's music blaring. I can imagine weekends here or anywhere within a mile of Pub Street would be loud (the hotel offers earplugs). It's a shame Siem Reap allows the noise, especially if it affects a great hotel like this.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! Ideal location, with a short walk to Pub Street, Old Market, Night Market, the river, and numerous eateries. The staff is incredible, offering service beyond perfection. Most impressively, they remember guests by face and name, always greeting us with warm smiles, cold towels, and refreshing cold water – a comforting touch on hot days. One highlight was booking a tuk-tuk through the hotel for town and ruins exploration; the service from the driver was impeccable. Additionally, my friend and I enjoyed a delightful cookie class organized by the hotel, adding a unique and super fun element to our stay. The breakfast and overall food at the hotel were outstanding, providing a delightful culinary experience. The only drawback was the potential noise from Pub Street, especially late at night. However, having read reviews beforehand, I requested a room away from the noise and was assigned room 301– minimal to no disturbance. Hotel offers earplugs for added comfort. Very friendly staff and so helpful. Always there with a smile. The breakfast was good and the rooms and pool area were lovely but was great to have a balcony so you had privacy but didn’t have to be in the air con all the time.

We stayed at the Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel for a week. It was my third visit to Siem Reap, so I knew what to expect of the town. You will be greeted by an overwhelming welcoming committee every time you enter the reception, offering wet towels and water. The hotel is built around a pool with very clean water. They offer pool side service with cocktails and snacks. In the evening they have a restaurant with a decent menu. The tenderloin was very good. If you have included breakfast, you can order it from a menu every evening. They will then serve it by the pool or at your room/balcony at the time of your choosing. Housekeeping will clean your room every day when you are out. There's a minibar, so you can have cold drinks in your room. All in all we are very pleased with the stay, and can recommend it to others as well. The value for money is pretty good. There's another hotel with the same staff/owners, so you get an offer to go see a traditional dancing show with dinner. It was worth the trip. Be aware that the hotel is located close to Pub Street, so there may be some noise from the street. Bring ear plugs if you have a hard time sleeping because of music and sounds. We chose the location because it is close to Pub Street, which is literally one block away.

If I could give it 10 stars I would. We have been fortunate to stay in hotels in numerous countries and this property is in our top 2 worldwide. The service was warm, welcoming, friendly and above all felt sincere and genuine. The staff were certainly top shelf and were some of the friendliest hotel staff we have encountered and every time you return to the hotel make you feel like family returning home. The pool is a welcome oasis after a day out exploring, especially after our visit to Ankor Wat and the staff are happy to serve you poolside. The rooms we had were perfect for the 5 days we stayed. Roomy with a comfortable bed, a large bathroom and a balcony. The location is walking distance to Pub Street with all it has to offer. Would we stay here again? Without a moments hesitation!! Thanks to the team at this hotel for making our first trip to Cambodia an unforgettable pleasure.

What a great hotel. Boutique, small and not crowded. The staff are EXCEPTIONAL, they go out of their way to please the guests and make sure everything is perfect. The pool and surrounding area is amazing with beautiful traditional decor in nature. Walking distance to pub street and all the markets. Pharmacies, 7eleven and great restaurants 1 to 2 min walk. Room is lovely, bed is large and comfortable and there is a balcony overlooking the pool. TV is on the small side and reception for channels and sound not the best but we arent on a holiday to watch TV!!. Be aware that this hotel is very close to the main noisy area of Green market and pub street so there is quite loud music til well after midnight which can be heard from the rooms. This didnt bother us as we are night owls and they do offer ear plugs. 😊 some things like the shower head, toilet seat and tap in the bathroom could do with an upgrade but nothing too bad to ruin our stay. Good price for the service and cleaniness and location that you get. Big thank you to all the Khmer Mansion staff for the great food, excellent massage and fantastic cocktails!! Had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The hotel is an excellent location for those wanting to be in the heart of the town where there are many bars and restaurants nearby but it is down a little quiet cul-de-sac just giving it a bit of peace and tranquility. The rooms were nice and spacious with all the facilities you would require. Breakfast was until 10 am which as well as the cold buffet offered a menu of freshly hot cooked food. There was a nice pool with adequate sunbeds. However the best thing of all is the staff who are so nice and helpful and go out of their way to help you. Constantly bringing you drinks, cold flannels (cause it was hot!) and organising any thing required. So a big thank you to Mr Leap, Nana, Rat, Seth, Bet Pon and the rest of the team who made our stay truly memorable. If u go to Siem Reap this is the hotel to stay. Many Thanks Matt & Jim

We checked in late at night, but the hospitality was immediate and exceptional. As soon as we stepped out of the car, the staff welcomed us like royalty—helping with our luggage and even offering refreshing drinks and fruit while we waited. The rooms were incredibly spacious, spotless, and beautifully prepared. One of the most touching gestures was finding one of our names spelled out in flowers on the bed—such a thoughtful and personalized touch that made us feel truly special. What truly made our stay remarkable was the incredible staff. This was easily the most amazing stay at a hotel I have had in decades. The team at Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel is absolutely fantastic, the friendliest people everywhere at this Hotel anticipating your every move. I liked my Four Seasons stay once, but they are not even close to the level of hospitality and care you receive at this hidden gem in Siem Reap.

This hotel was excellent value. This was the most attentive staff we have ever experienced. Friendly and always ready with water and cooling towel when we returned from being out. We had some special requests that they readily acomodated as well as arranging all transportation. We loved our stay here!

Everything was spectacular! The staff were extremely kind and attentive, the hotel was very centric and pretty, and the food was very good. We loved their attention to detail; when we arrived we were greeted with cold towels, our room was decorated with flowers on the bed along with a free welcome drink and treat, and for our sunrise tour to Angkor Wat they even prepared us breakfast baskets to take on the go. And on our way out they helped us reseal a package we had and gave us scarves as a memento! We are sad we only had two nights at this wonderful place. 100% would recommend!

Beste hotellet i hele Kambodsja! Rett fra du ankommer hotellet blir du behandlet som kongelig. Drikke og kaldt håndkle får du ikke bare ved ankomst, men hver eneste gang du kommer til resepsjonen etter en tur ute. Dem ordna klart frokostkurv og kaffe vi kunne ta med for soloppgangstur til Angkor Wat. Vi brukte også hotellet til å fikse tempelturen. Veldig lettvint til en god pris

My stay at Khmer Mansion was delightful. It’s a lovely property, luxurious but with a completely relaxed vibe. The thing that really made it great, though, were all the wonderful people working there. Pov and her team were all so kind and went above and beyond to make sure I I enjoyed my time there. Votev was incredibly welcoming and charming, and Reaksa seemed to know what I needed before I did. The staff made this experience. I highly recommend a visit.

Det er et lille hotel, så de fantastiske medarbejdere tager virkelig hånd om dig og elsker at snakke om både din og deres egen kultur. Specielt Seth i receptionen er fantastisk 🙌 Morgenmaden er også god. Lille buffet med de vigtigste ting og så kan du vælge nogle ting fra et menukort, både lokale og "internationale" retter. Området omkring har også nogle glimrende restauranter, hvor du nemt kan spise til under 5 USD per person. Jeg vil helt sikkert anbefale det her hotel.

Amazong service! Staff was very attentive, remembering my name and always offering cool towels when coming back to the hotel plus snacks and water! Conveniently located to pub street as well if thats your thing. 10/10 would book again. Only about 20 minute drive to temple ruins.
Amazong service! Staff was very attentive, remembering my name and always offering cool towels when coming back to the hotel plus snacks and water! Conveniently located to pub street as well if thats your thing. 10/10 would book again. Only about 20 minute drive to temple ruins.

Had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The hotel is an excellent location for those wanting to be in the heart of the town where there are many bars and restaurants nearby but it is down a little quiet cul-de-sac just giving it a bit of peace and tranquility. The rooms were nice and spacious with all the facilities you would require. Breakfast was until 10 am which as well as the cold buffet offered a menu of freshly hot cooked food. There was a nice pool with adequate sunbeds. However the best thing of all is the staff who are so nice and helpful and go out of their way to help you. Constantly bringing you drinks, cold flannels (cause it was hot!) and organising any thing required. So a big thank you to Mr Leap, Nana, Rat, Seth, Bet Pon and the rest of the team who made our stay truly memorable. If u go to Siem Reap this is the hotel to stay. Many Thanks Matt & Jim

We stayed for two nights and had an enjoyable stay. The location of the hotel is great, very close to Pub Street and with easy access for taxis and tuktuks to visit the temples. The staff are super friendly and will go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect place and perfect location. A block (or less) from Pub Street. Fantastic staff! I love this place! I have stayed 3 or 4 times already and a few friends have too. None of us have ever been disappointed.

We stayed for 4 nights and it was fabulous. The staff is amazingly attentive. Every time you walk in someone runs up with an ice cold wash cloth and glass of cold water. The whole staff knew our names, asked how we were, etc. Turndown service with brownie bites too. We were there Mon. - Thursday (left Friday). No Pub Street noise Mon - Wed pm but very loud until around 10 on Thurs with one club's music blaring. I can imagine weekends here or anywhere within a mile of Pub Street would be loud (the hotel offers earplugs). It's a shame Siem Reap allows the noise, especially if it affects a great hotel like this.

Excelente trato de todo el personal del hotel. Reserved 3 rooms for my family. All of us really enjoyed our three night stay. The staff were super courteous and anticipated things we might want. The rooms were wonderful and we had a turndown service each night with some small snack left for us. Breakfast was very good - we had the Eggs Benny each day with fruits from the buffet. Coffee was made to order as well! I live in hotels 11 months of the year and this is one of my favourite in this price range - mainly due to the staff!!

The staff is incredible, offering service beyond perfection. If I could give them a 20 out of 10 I would do so, The service was unbelievably hospitable. Every time we entered the hotel we were greeted with smiles, water, and cold cloths to freshen up. The staff are smiling and assisting whenever possible in a way that made us feel incredibly spoiled. The hotel itself is lovely with a beautiful infinity pool and gardens, and our room was so pleasant, looking out on the pool and garden. For breakfast we ordered the night before, and the selection of custom prepared breakfasts was a highlight. My husband ordered eggs Benedict while I ordered the American breakfast. It was served at our desired time, and of course, with a smile The first night we were there we ordered room service, and our Pad Thai was delicious. There is a large number of restaurants right near the hotel and shopping is close by. Some folks complained about the noise, and I will say that the music from Pub Street seemed loud when our door was open, but it was muffled once the door was closed and never bothered us. We slept wonderfully there! I just can't say enough good about this hotel. When we departed they gave us scarves, as a parting gift. We hated to leave!

We stayed at the Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel for a week. It was my third visit to Siem Reap, so I knew what to expect of the town. You will be greeted by an overwhelming welcoming committee every time you enter the reception, offering wet towels and water. The hotel is built around a pool with very clean water. They offer pool side service with cocktails and snacks. In the evening they have a restaurant with a decent menu. The tenderloin was very good. If you have included breakfast, you can order it from a menu every evening. They will then serve it by the pool or at your room/balcony at the time of your choosing. Housekeeping will clean your room every day when you are out. There's a minibar, so you can have cold drinks in your room. All in all we are very pleased with the stay, and can recommend it to others as well. The value for money is pretty good. There's another hotel with the same staff/owners, so you get an offer to go see a traditional dancing show with dinner. It was worth the trip. Be aware that the hotel is located close to Pub Street, so there may be some noise from the street. Bring ear plugs if you have a hard time sleeping because of music and sounds. We chose the location because it is close to Pub Street, which is literally one block away.

Et fantastisk hotel midt i Siem Reap - vitterligt to minutter fra Pub Street. Det er et lille hotel, så de fantastiske medarbejdere tager virkelig hånd om dig og elsker at snakke om både din og deres egen kultur. Amazing service at the kmher mansion boutique hotel. Welcome drink on arrival with snacks and the are just so welcoming and so nice. The food was delicious and the pool was very nice. Great location to pub street and the market. I’ll definitely be coming back here. Rooms were also very nice and comfortable

Everything was spectacular! The staff were extremely kind and attentive, the hotel was very centric and pretty, and the food was very good. We loved their attention to detail; when we arrived we were greeted with cold towels, our room was decorated with flowers on the bed along with a free welcome drink and treat, and for our sunrise tour to Angkor Wat they even prepared us breakfast baskets to take on the go. And on our way out they helped us reseal a package we had and gave us scarves as a memento! We are sad we only had two nights at this wonderful place. 100% would recommend!

The staff is very courteous, the service was excellent. They offered cold wet towel and cold water whenever you returned to the hotel after walking around the neighbourhood or out sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was delicious and is based on dishes made. Not the typical international buffet.
