Boendet var bekant för oss sedan innan men hade fått nya hotell som granne. På ett av dom spelades det HÖG musik till 24. Man kunde verkligen inte sova före det!! Det passade inte oss och kan därför inte rekommendera boendet. Annars har vi varit nöjda med allt förutom de väldigt hårda sängarna och lilla badrummet.

Mindre Hotel med små rum och väldigt liten toalett, duschen var minimal med ett duschdraperi som klistrade dig fast vid en. Dock fanns det en allmän dusch i källaren som var stor och bra. Poolen var ett plus, ren och stor med en liten avskild del för barn. Baren var liten och erbjöd en medioker mat. Men hotellet ligger väldigt nära stan och busstation.

Very clean room daily, sheets and towels changed frequently. Staff very helpful. Outside bar was not open when we stayed 10/26th October. As we were the only people staying so had the pool to ourselves. Kitchen lacked utensils wine glasses, dishes for microwaving if cooking all the time in the apartment, but you only have to ask. Shower was a disappointment as small tiled floor with nylon curtain, needs modernising. WiFi could only get in the little reception not in the room for the first 2 weeks, as the island was all closing down the Wifi improved. Property in right next the harbour which was good, and the town for tavernas and shops. Buses were quite frequent. Found there wasn’t anywhere to go in the last week as every taverna on all the beaches had closed down. Best time to go would be 1st October when everything was open. Weather was 20c. The property is next to a junior school and quite noisy at playtime, also a local children’s play park is at the back of the pool can get noisy with music. But overall it was value for money, clean and local to all amenities. You do have to pay the tax to the hotel on arrival.

Perfect quiet location. Very convenient to the bus station which I used to visit the various beautiful beaches. My room had a kitchenette area so I was able to get food from local store and keep in mini frigerator for my convenience. It’s easy breeze walking distance 5 minutes to get to Skiathos town center which is vibrant and where all the restaurants shops and bars/cafes are. The nearby New Port is nearby and lovely to walk by. I hope to return again in the future!
