We had the pleasure of staying at Villa Pergola in Capri, and it was truly a memorable experience. The hotel is perfectly located between Capri town center and the marina Piccola beach, making it both convenient and peaceful. The property itself is beautiful—carefully maintained with a lovely garden, and the pool offers stunning views that make it hard to leave. But what made our stay truly special was Enza. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and her warmth and attentiveness elevated the entire experience. Thank you, Enza, for making our time at Villa Pergola unforgettable. We will come back

We absolutely loved our stay here! We were upgraded to a sea view room, which was such a thoughtful gesture for our anniversary and made our visit feel extra special. When we arrived early, we were offered complimentary drinks and snacks while we sat outside—such a warm and welcoming start to our stay. The location is great—just a 10-minute walk to the main square, close enough to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was included and truly excellent—everything made to order with plenty of choice and fresh ingredients. The gardens and pool area are beautiful, with a rustic charm that adds to the overall atmosphere. The only thing we’d mention is that some of the furniture and finishes could use a bit of refreshing or light maintenance. That aside, the service was fantastic throughout, and we would 100% stay here again. A wonderful experience from start to finish!

My Wife and I stayed here and we had an amazing time! Room was super spacious and clean. The complementary breakfast menu was amazing and had so many options to chose from the pool and view from the pool was breath taking. The Desk Staff was also so helpful and pleasant. We had an amazing time overall.

We had to book last minute as the day we were supposed to depart Capri all ferries were cancelled due to weather. Found this place and it was a little pricey but was a good hotel. The staff was very helpful and attentive, except they left in the evening. The room was nice and clean but it looked like the toilet was leaking water and the pool deck was in rough shape. It was a good hotel for what we were needing.

Dette er et fabelaktig sted! Vi fikk et rom med havutsikt både sørover og nordover. Frokosten var kjempegod og vi likte godt den lille hagen. Capri sentrum ligger kun 150m unna og der finnes taubane og busser til havn, strand og fjelltopp.

The staff at this hotel are AMAZING! Capri in general is pretty expensive, so in comparison Suite Time was a great reasonably priced option. They have incredibly beautiful grounds with wonderful views. The rooms are fairly spacious and the location is a five minute walk to the city center.

Staff accueillant et très serviable. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié inclus. Hôtel bien situé proche de la Piazzetta di Capri et arrêt de bus mais accès sur la route un peu dangereux. Notre chambre avait une vue mer mais fenêtre sale ou tâchée et peu de pression dans la douche. Un grand merci à Rosella pour son accueil et sa gentillesse :)

Our room was full of black mold everywhere and pillows had no foam and the bed was super hard and uncomfortable. There’s a few reviews in other websites with the same issue. Please don’t waste your money. People were very nice, but cleanliness is a must for me. So, I would not recommend.

Adoramos o hotel! O nosso quarto tinha uma vista linda. Atendimento, limpeza, café da manhã e localização... tudo perfeito. Um dos lugares que mais gostamos de nos hospedar durante nossa viajem de 30 dias na Itália. Obrigada a toda a equipe do Villa La Pergola!

Super disappointed with this property. We booked the two bedroom suite, but I would hardly call it a suite. Bedrooms and bathrooms in serious need of updates. The wall were dirty, windows old and wouldn’t close properly, air conditioner barely worked. The rooms themselves were dark, dank, and a bit creepy. The balcony you see in the pictures is actually shared with another room, just separated by some plants. I had some requests for the staff to fix a few things in our rooms and they aid they would but never did. Breakfast was slow and the male breakfast staff member seemed to be overworked and had an attitude about it.

This hotel blatantly lies in their advertising. The place is extremely run down from the moment you enter the winding entry off the main road. They've slapped some paint on it, but it needs a lot more than paint. The room was extremely plain and bizarre. The bathroom was down a hallway and we passed an adjoining room to get to it. The bed with horrible! It made getting a good nights sleep impossible. The breakfast was nice, the staff was nice and the distance from town was nice. If I come back to town, I will not come back. It was a huge disappointment. This place is a two star, out of five stars at best.

Our check in was easy and convenient. Our room was absolutely gorgeous. The resort is seriously in a perfect spot. Walking distance (5 minutes or less) from taxis, busses and shopping. Right next to the hospital though and at breakfast we could hear someone screaming in pain. Quite tricky exiting the resort since there is no walkway outside. Just be prepared for that. But overall gorgeous.

This hotel blatantly lies in their advertising. The place is extremely run down from the moment you enter the winding entry off the main road. They've slapped some paint on it, but it needs a lot more than paint. The room was extremely plain and bizarre. The bathroom was down a hallway and we passed an adjoining room to get to it. The bed with horrible! It made getting a good nights sleep impossible. The breakfast was nice, the staff was nice and the distance from town was nice. If I come back to town, I will not come back. It was a huge disappointment. This place is a two star, out of five stars at best.

The staff at this hotel are AMAZING! Capri in general is pretty expensive, so in comparison Suite Time was a great reasonably priced option. They have incredibly beautiful grounds with wonderful views. The rooms are fairly spacious and the location is a five minute walk to the city center.

The Staff were amazing and went above and beyond for us, as we were celebrating my 30th. They were kind enough to give us a room upgrade and surprise me with a slice of cake. The breakfast was amazing and the property is beautiful! 5/5 thank you for taking such great care of us.

My Wife and I stayed here and we had an amazing time! Room was super spacious and clean. The complementary breakfast menu was amazing and had so many options to chose from the pool and view from the pool was breath taking. The Desk Staff was also so helpful and pleasant. We had an amazing time overall.

We had to book last minute as the day we were supposed to depart Capri all ferries were cancelled due to weather. Found this place and it was a little pricey but was a good hotel. The staff was very helpful and attentive, except they left in the evening. The room was nice and clean but it looked like the toilet was leaking water and the pool deck was in rough shape. It was a good hotel for what we were needing.

The service is terrible. They are really not helpful at all. They don’t speak English well and they assume you know capri. We asked them to call us taxis multiple times and they said they couldn’t. We were forced to walk to the main circle to try and find a taxi on our own. They didn’t offer help with activities and after doing my own ressearch, I’d ask for help and they couldn’t help. They couldn’t even book be a reservation for a restaurant. It was really frustrating. To make matters worse, we arrived one day late because of a flight issue and the hotel refused to refund us for the first night that we missed. Even thought we had proof of our flights. They wouldn’t budge. No compassion, no appreciation for their guests. If you miss breakfast- u can’t even get a coffee after. We felt so alone. I would never ever go back here and would never recommend it to anyone. I am currently now in Amalfi and there is such a difference in the service we are receiving from the moment we arrived. Trust me- stay away from villa pergola. Not worth it. They’re assoles.

Staff accueillant et très serviable. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié inclus. Hôtel bien situé proche de la Piazzetta di Capri et arrêt de bus mais accès sur la route un peu dangereux. Notre chambre avait une vue mer mais fenêtre sale ou tâchée et peu de pression dans la douche. Un grand merci à Rosella pour son accueil et sa gentillesse :)

Breakfast was included and truly excellent—everything made to order with plenty of choice and fresh ingredients. The only thing we’d mention is that some of the furniture and finishes could use a bit of refreshing or light maintenance. Our check in was easy and convenient. Our room was absolutely gorgeous. The resort is seriously in a perfect spot. Walking distance (5 minutes or less) from taxis, busses and shopping. Right next to the hospital though and at breakfast we could hear someone screaming in pain. Quite tricky exiting the resort since there is no walkway outside. Just be prepared for that. But overall gorgeous.

O hotel é uma gracinha, funcionários muito educados, muitas opções de café da manhã, que pode ser tomado no quarto ou no jardim, bem localizado, a única coisa que assustou é que não tem recuo para ir para rua, os ônibus passam em alta velocidade, colado na porta de saída, deveria ter um espelho sinalizando carros vindo... Foi tudo perfeito!

Super disappointed with this property. We booked the two bedroom suite, but I would hardly call it a suite. Bedrooms and bathrooms in serious need of updates. The wall were dirty, windows old and wouldn’t close properly, air conditioner barely worked. The rooms themselves were dark, dank, and a bit creepy. The balcony you see in the pictures is actually shared with another room, just separated by some plants. I had some requests for the staff to fix a few things in our rooms and they aid they would but never did. Breakfast was slow and the male breakfast staff member seemed to be overworked and had an attitude about it.

Mixed Experience. The staff was excellent. The rooms were not nice. We had a standard room, and it contained mold and caused us to have congestion every morning. The property is located in a GREAT location, and the staff was very friendly. The views from the pool are great, but no views from the rooms. They also had a very good, included breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at La Pergola in Capri and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. We were given a beautiful room with not just one, but two balconies, both offering breathtaking views. Waking up to such a stunning panorama every morning was truly unforgettable. The breakfast was simply outstanding. It was served directly to our room, and we could order anything we wanted from the menu. The omelets and pancakes were unbelievably delicious—some of the best we’ve ever had. The hotel’s service deserves 5/5. The location was also excellent. It’s close to the center of Capri and the bus stops, making it very convenient, yet the area is peaceful and quiet. We even walked to Marina Piccola several times with ease. The only downside was the entrance to the hotel. From a safety perspective, it felt a bit hazardous, especially after dark, and could be improved. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend La Pergola to anyone visiting Capri.
We had a wonderful stay at La Pergola in Capri and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. We were given a beautiful room with not just one, but two balconies, both offering breathtaking views. Waking up to such a stunning panorama every morning was truly unforgettable. The breakfast was simply outstanding. It was served directly to our room, and we could order anything we wanted from the menu. The omelets and pancakes were unbelievably delicious—some of the best we’ve ever had. The hotel’s service deserves 5/5.
