Petra Villas

We wanted a peaceful holiday to unwind. We chose Petra Villas because we felt it was well positioned on the island to do a bit of sightseeing but also Private and away from the tourist hot spots. The pool is lovely and was warm in early June. You are literally 2 mins walk from the sea, it's like your own private beach. The village of Gennadi has everything you need greengrocer, supermarket (that stocks almost everything) and several good Greek Restaurants the town is 4 mins by car and 15-20 to walk. Gennadi is a small residential town and feels welcoming. You could easily stay here without a car if you wanted to stay local. Giannis, is a attentive host and very friendly. We would stay here again (and again)

Very nice house with swimmingpool, near the beach and village.

Quiet villa, well furnished. Modern and clean. Enough kitchen equipment to make light meals. Landlord very obliging and informative. He checked on a few occasions that we had all we needed. The landlord did everything possible to make sure we had a great stay. The villa is suitable for a couple or a family with 2 children. Ideally, you need a car to be able to shop and go to the village tavernas.

Sehr entspannte, ruhige Location für Urlaub mit der Familie. Die Villen bieten alles, was man braucht, inklusive eigenem Pool, Liegen, Schirme. Zum Kieselstrand läuft man 3 Minuten und trifft dort niemanden. Gennadi ist wenig touritisch, es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Tavernen in der Umgebung und zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten per Auto oder Bus (Haltestelle direkt an der Strasse). Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und wir hatten hier einen absolut entspannten Familienurlaub. Supermarkt, Gemüseladen und Bäckerei erreicht man im nächsten Ort, ca. 1,5 km. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Wer eine ruhige Unterkunft sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Abseits vom Massentourismus kann man hier seine Seele baumeln lassen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön gepflegt, bei Problemen / Fragen wird einem immer geholfen, es gibt nichts auszusetzen :) Das Meer ist eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt und ladet für einen längeren Spaziergang ein. Der Pool vor dem Wohnzimmer ist natürlich die Draufgabe! Lokalitäten befinden sich ebenso in Fußnähe - ca. 1 km entfernt. Einen speziellen Dank an John für den entspannten Urlaub!
