We have stayed in the Hotel numerous times over a number of years. They are in a remodel mode. However the quality of the work is suspect. Foul smelling odor (sewage smell) in our room at various times. A new refrigerator that the handle to open door is mounted on the wrong side. TV that doesn’t even have ABC or CBS and a wonky remote control. Dishwasher that doesn’t work! No outlets near bedside tables to plug in cellphones to recharge which they had previously. They previous had iconic photos of the Cincinnati on the walls in their hotel. Now it looks like they bought their wall art at Hobby Lobby! Checking out this morning with the GM. She didn’t even ask how was your stay? Someone from Hilton Mgt needs to come in and light a fire under this remodel and current management. As we said we have stayed at this Homewood Suites over a dozen times over the years and the over quality has greatly declined!

Nice and comfortable

The room was great, but the bathtub drain was very slow. By the end of a shower, you were standing in three to four inches of water.
