+ It was clean, good location, AC (not really well working) - Only shower in the room, no toilet, no sink, no little fridge, it was cold and windows shut. There was no any tub you're asking about. Receptionists are never at the place, both during check-in and checkout there was nobody, returned for check-in again and just left when checkout. No breakfast offer. No card (?) to show if I need cleaning or not, though it's mentioned on the wall. Not pretty. Very thin walls, all sounds are very loud.

Having booked this accommodation primarily requiring Parking, was then told by receptionist parking was not available. When I stated that at time of booking this was main factor that led me to book, she then mentioned that I could phone an outside private parking provider nearby to see if they had vacant places. Eventually she did phone herself and booked. Proceeded to offer me a room that although it looked clean stunk of urine/ammonia (shower in the room, though toilet/bathroom was outside in corridor) and looked very surprised arguing with me when I refused to stay in given room, eventually offered another room which looked clean and didn't smell. Will not stay there again.

It is a standard hotel but it is funny essential is there good bed and even bathroom with flush inside the room no breakfast close if the marina nice for vacation

Calidad/precio excelente. La zona era bastante céntrica y estaba al lado del puerto y de la playa de Valencia. Tuvimos que coger en varios ocasiones la línea 7 de metro que estaba a poco más de 10 minutos pero no se hace pesado. Está a media hora andando del oceanographic y la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias. Punto MUY A FAVOR un microondas que hay en la planta de abajo libre para utilizar las 24 horas del día. Hay un supermercado SUMA justo debajo, un CONSUM a 3 minutos y un MERCADONA a poco más de 10 minutos. La zona quizás era un poco ruidosa por la noche ya que cerca hay una discoteca pero vamos, que no nos ha molestado en absoluto en ningún momento y la gente exagera en los comentarios, la zona es segura y os recomiendo hospedaros aquí
