Linen on the bed wasn't clean

This hotel is very clean, and the staff was great. It’s a good place to stay.

I recommend the hotel. Breakfeast was good just sink in room was pretty soft coming out in one of the bigger rooms. Nothing horrible. I d stay again. Parking is bad at night in weekend barely got one

Parking was somewhat complicated. It felt like not enough for the amount of people there.

I paid extra for this hotel because it had a pool, only to be told at check-in that the pool was unavailable. I paid a down payment at the door for security and I was told it would be refunded but only received half. I had also noted ahead of time that we had a dog, yet was later charged an additional $75 that was not refunded. Staff was friendly, but the lack of communication and incomplete refunds were very frustrating. I would not stay here again.
