I travel extensively for both business and leisure, staying in countless hotels around the world, so it takes a lot for a property to genuinely impress me. The Hilton Garden Inn West Chester exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel is modern, recently renovated, with stylish, comfortable rooms and one of the best night’s sleeps I’ve had in a long time thanks to the incredibly comfortable bed. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby, and the hotel also offers great facilities, including a lovely pool. After a three-night business stay, I honestly couldn’t fault a thing. What really makes this hotel special is the people. The level of hospitality was on par with what I’d expect at a luxury five-star hotel such as an InterContinental or Marriott. A huge shout-out to the gentleman on reception (I can’t remember his name) who has exceptional hospitality skills and made every interaction feel genuine. Ms. Betty at breakfast was equally fantastic - warm, friendly and a real asset to the team. The whole experience felt more like staying with family than in a hotel. I was so impressed that I took the time to compliment the hotel manager personally. You should all be incredibly proud of what you’ve created. Thank you for making my stay such a memorable one. I will absolutely stay here again when I’m next in the area. Kudos to the entire team!

We love this hotel and enjoy staying there. It’s our second stay. We like the bar being open in the evening where we can enjoy a drink after coming back from dinner. It’s a great place to stay in West Chester.
