Very nice property. We had a pet and the hotel had a rear entrance close to the elevators so it was very convenient to take our pet outside and then to get back to the room.

This was a great stay for us. The room itself was clean and a nice size. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly. While I would not consider it an actual restaurant, the breakfast option was very good and reasonably priced. The bartender at the lobby bar was super friendly and even accommodated guests who showed up /ordered right at closing time. There are plenty of food options nearby as well. The location is very convenient to the highway. During our stay there was a sports tournament nearby and several teams stayed onsite. While the lobby was often bustling with activity, it was never rowdy or out of control. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The area was wonderful. I couldn’t give it a 10 because of the rooms condition. We unaware of the rooms conditions maintenance came very fast and fixed the problem but the lock on the door was not locking and the room smelled like musky body odor a easy fix I believe should’ve been taken care of before we got there. Other than that everything else was wonderful.

Nice hotel that's being renovated floor by floor. It's a little worn in spots but very clean and comfortable. Be careful with the sliding glass doors in the shower stall as they might not want to slide very easily. Very friendly and helpful staff added to the stay. Enjoyed breakfast, too. Great rate offered. Dining spots are very close.

I originally had a problem with my bathroom, and the property manager Brian reached out to me, and had Sherry help me by assigning a different room. She offered a complimentary upgrade to a room that was more comfortable. She also checked on me two days later to ensure my comfort and I greatly appreciated her customer service skills.

We stayed here for a dance convention down the street, and it was such a lovely experience. The staff was kind and helpful. If given the option, you really should pay for the breakfast option. It was beyond our expectations. The portions were huge and everything was delicious, the 3 mornings we stayed!

The room was ok. There is a small fridge, which we always look for in a hotel room, and plenty of space. The shower was good and there were already four bath towels in the bathroom. Unfortunately the beds were not very comfortable. Also there is no complimentary breakfast.

While I would not consider it an actual restaurant, the breakfast option was very good and reasonably priced. The bartender at the lobby bar was super friendly and even accommodated guests who showed up /ordered right at closing time. There are plenty of food options nearby as well. The location is very convenient to the highway. During our stay there was a sports tournament nearby and several teams stayed onsite. While the lobby was often bustling with activity, it was never rowdy or out of control. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I can see why they charge extra for breakfast and people rate them 10/10. They were so kind, the place was amazing. The breakfast was delicious, they will literally make you anything you want and then some!! Price per night is very affordable also! Will use them again if we ever are back this way!

We stayed here for a dance convention down the street, and it was such a lovely experience. The staff was kind and helpful. If given the option, you really should pay for the breakfast option. It was beyond our expectations. The portions were huge and everything was delicious, the 3 mornings we stayed!

Water was shut off my first night, which meant the bar and restaurant were closed as well. Pool was not the cleanest, other than that the facilities were nice and clean.

Everything was great, except I was a little shocked at the price for breakfast. With tip, it cost almost $20.00 for three eggs and two pieces of toast. I had three eggs instead of meat, due to allergies. I was under the impression that breakfast was included in the price of the room. The food was okay and prepared as asked for.

The Hilton Garden Inn West Chester exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel is modern, recently renovated, with stylish, comfortable rooms and one of the best night’s sleeps I’ve had in a long time thanks to the incredibly comfortable bed. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby, and the hotel also offers great facilities, including a lovely pool. After a three-night business stay, I honestly couldn’t fault a thing. What really makes this hotel special is the people. The level of hospitality was on par with what I’d expect at a luxury five-star hotel such as an InterContinental or Marriott. A huge shout-out to the gentleman on reception (I can’t remember his name) who has exceptional hospitality skills and made every interaction feel genuine. Ms. Betty at breakfast was equally fantastic - warm, friendly and a real asset to the team. The whole experience felt more like staying with family than in a hotel. I was so impressed that I took the time to compliment the hotel manager personally. You should all be incredibly proud of what you’ve created. Thank you for making my stay such a memorable one. I will absolutely stay here again when I’m next in the area. Kudos to the entire team!

We love this hotel and enjoy staying there. It’s our second stay. We like the bar being open in the evening where we can enjoy a drink after coming back from dinner. It’s a great place to stay in West Chester.
