The open-plan kitchen comes with an oven, microwave and dishwasher, as well as a kettle, toaster and juicer. The laundry room includes a washing machine and tumble dryer.There is a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom, and a twin bedroom. The villa also has a separate family bathroom. Bed linen and towels are provided.On the terrace you can find sun loungers, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Casa Moya offers 2 private parking spaces. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.Please note that the total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance.Once a booking has been made, the property will contact the guest directly to arrange payment and to provide the address and key collection details.A damage deposit of EUR 500 is payable upon arrival.
