It was like clean , but not clean . People were so friendly, but this is actually a house where you rent one room . Breakfast was in a hallway on the table . If you want to take you can take it . Nobody at this property. No kitchen, no refrigerator, no wife , tv didn’t work actually. It was working but you can’t see anything. You can ask me or I would stay there again, and I’d say maybe no . And location wasn’t right like on website. She came to pick you up , and go somewhere, we didn’t know we’re , because it was a night time .

正直に言いますと、なぜこの施設がここまで高評価なのか私には理解できません。 エクスペディアさんでは、バーニョレージョでこの施設しか扱いがなかったので利用しました。 価格は抑えられていますし、悪くはないです。 そして、自由にいただける水、ジュース、チーズ、ヨーグルト、日持ちのするクロワッサン、ラスク、ジャムを置いてくれています。 私のように路線バスで行く者にとっては、バス停が近いので移動の時間が計りやすいという利点もあります。 しかし部屋に蚊や小さな虫が飛んでいます。いるのは仕方がないのですが、それの対処法がありません。駆除スプレーなどを置いてくれてたら嬉しいのですが…。まぁここに限ったことではなく、イタリアではそれが当たり前なのでしょうね。 玄関は１階にあるので階段を上がる必要がありますが、手摺りが付いているので、皆からか弱いと言われている私でもスーツケースを持って上がる事ができました。しかし、階段を上がり切るあと２段分の手摺りが足りない…。力を振り絞りなんとか上がり切る事ができました。 そして高評価のいちばんの要因は、個人の車で行く人にとって駐車場の利用が容易にできるという事だと思いますので、そうでない人にとっては普通の施設です。 ただ、オーナーのアンナさんは、私の要望を受け入れてこころよくチェックアウト時間を30分遅らせてくれました。 ありがとうございました。

Ottima accoglienza, struttura a conduzione familiare, solo due camere con rispettivi bagni, arredati con stile e cura, sala colazione ben fornita. Permesso per utilizzare i parcheggi blu senza oneri, tutto perfetto, grazie. Super consigliato.
