This place was incredible. Wish I had stayed another night! The room was so cute and comfortable. It was right on the water - what a view!! They brought breakfast to my room. That was a very nice touch. I will definitely be back.

We loved this place. Beautiful new rooms with full fridge/freezer and k-cup coffee machine. Porch all around the building was so nice to have to breakfast and take-out dinner. The breakfast at this b&b were fantastic. You have a choice of three things the night before and they deliver to your room in the morning. We ate on the porch overlooking the harbor. 2 minute walk to town and shops and restaurants. No car needed once you’re there. Loved it. mark who took care of us was fantastic!

This is such a cute place! A view of the harbor, breakfast delivered every morning and a hot tub soak facing the ocean! The caretakers were kind and accommodating. A great place to stay in this area, would highly recommended.

We were lucky enough to stay at the Harborage Inn due to a last minute cancellation. The Inn was perfect! The inn was recently renovated complete with faux fireplace and stunning views of the harbor. Delicious breakfasts were delivered to us each morning where we enjoyed them at the outside private table overlooking the harbor. The innkeepers were delightful and felt like old friends. The inn is within walking distance to the town which is full of wonderful shops and restaurants. Our 2 night stay there was absolutely delightful.

An excellent 3 night stay - the inn was well equipped & extremely comfortable. Very convenient for the waterfront & we loved the walk over the footbridge. The parking was excellent & the breakfasts which were delivered to our room each day, were very tasty & varied. The room (no7 ) was very spacious & comfy with a good view of the water.

It's similar to a b&b but separate entrances for each room. Loved the breakfast delivered to your door. They also have ev charger. Everything you want to see in boothbay a 3 minute walk. I've been to b&bs where the hosts are overbearing and way too proud of themselves. We were left alone which i prefer. They were super helpful, but only when asked. Highly recommend. Views of harbor were nice but had to go to communal area. I don't think they have individual balconies but i could be wrong. Everything in room worked well. No complaints at all.

Loud, dirty, non-private. For reference - We stayed in room 11 which has one of the viewing tables on the patio. We stayed for 2 days in October, the resort was sold out. We arrived on a Thursday and there was major construction next door starting at 7am, like a jack hammer in the room. We were told they had known about the construction since Tuesday but did not give us the information - this was a sleep in vacation for us, but not here. Even without the construction - the wooden staircase is like a loud superhighway each morning. With breakfast and a crowded hotel - you will not be sleeping in here. Although we have a ‘private’ patio, no one treats it as private and regularly the other guests come and hang out on your deck in front of your window. Lastly - the shower has black mold, the sheets were stained, the wallpaper is peeling, and the hot tub was green and brown with a scum ring - we didn’t dare get in. Breakfast was ok, but tho menu is pretty limited. I got ‘asparagus toast’ one morning - that’s apparently 3 asparagus with Parmesan cheese on toast. Do not recommend this resort.

We only stayed one night, but it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The location is awesome- right in the middle of everything and can walk to many restaurants and shops. The hot tub after walking the town for a bit was really nice. Our room was super clean, spacious. The BED....like sleeping on a cloud. My fiance and I had a wonderful night's rest. I think our favorite part though was the made or order breakfast that is brought to your room in the morning! WOW! My fiance had an omelet with tomatoes. goat cheese and I got the blue berry pancakes and a cappuccino. It did not disappoint and was a great way to start our day. We can't wait to be back in Boothbay, this our spot for sure! 10 out of 10!

This was a very nice coastal bed & breakfast, in a good location, pleasant service, somewhat spartan but functional rooms. It had good views off the balcony. Only negative was the layout meant that there were often people sitting a few feet away from the only windows in the bedroom so it was necessary to keep curtains closed.

This was hands down the BEST stay ever!! The owners were super nice and the room was clean. Breakfast was AMAZING! Can't wait to stay again!!

Hosts were friendly and helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was terrific. Room very clean and comfortable. Not crazy about the stairs, but it was worth it. Will return.

We came to Boothbay harbor area to finish Christmas shopping and attend a few events. I was searching for a place to stay and Harborage had a room. Its so beautiful, clean and walking distance to the downtown. I made dinner reservations ahead of time although they have a notebook in the room with recommendations.

The inn is run by caring and attentative managers (owners?) and it was clean. Our disappointment to be fair is probably because we usually stay in 4 star hotels. Our room was very clean but the bathroom was smaller than an RV bathroom. Shower barely room to turn around in and could only open the bathroom door when standing in it or in front of the toilet. The sink was in the bedroom yet the hair dryer was mounted in the bathroom which had no mirror. The room had no closet. There was a pole mounted on the wall to hang things. The room entry door was a glass door with a shower curtain on a rod for privacy. Not very secure feeling although the area is certainly safe and not an issue. The windows that had mini blinds were more light filtering than anything else. I don't mind the sun waking me up but don't like to try and fall asleep by the light of street lights and other commercial building lights. Minor things? Sort of, but not to us.

Property was fair. Our room 1&2 had no view of the ocean. We paid dearly for an ocean view. The rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor had views. You had to ask for everything at desk. We didn’t even have a hair dryer in the room. Food was fair. Again if you didn’t ask ahead of time you didn’t get salt, pepper, ketchup. Inn keeper was attentive but I would not stay there again. Eating on a tiny table in a dark room wasn’t very relaxing.

We loved this place. Beautiful new rooms with full fridge/freezer and k-cup coffee machine. Porch all around the building was so nice to have to breakfast and take-out dinner. The breakfast at this b&b were fantastic. You have a choice of three things the night before and they deliver to your room in the morning. We ate on the porch overlooking the harbor. 2 minute walk to town and shops and restaurants. No car needed once you’re there. Loved it. mark who took care of us was fantastic!

The manager, Alex, was wonderful! He went out of his way to drive my 2 friends and me to the Gardens Aglow event and then returned to pick us up. He was on time, friendly and kind. We felt well taken care of. Our room was great, clean, with everything we needed and a great view. The breakfast (delivered to our room) was delicious. We three will definitely be staying here again!

The inn is run by caring and attentative managers (owners?) and it was clean. Our disappointment to be fair is probably because we usually stay in 4 star hotels. Our room was very clean but the bathroom was smaller than an RV bathroom. Shower barely room to turn around in and could only open the bathroom door when standing in it or in front of the toilet. The sink was in the bedroom yet the hair dryer was mounted in the bathroom which had no mirror. The room had no closet. There was a pole mounted on the wall to hang things. The room entry door was a glass door with a shower curtain on a rod for privacy. Not very secure feeling although the area is certainly safe and not an issue. The windows that had mini blinds were more light filtering than anything else. I don't mind the sun waking me up but don't like to try and fall asleep by the light of street lights and other commercial building lights. Minor things? Sort of, but not to us.

An excellent 3 night stay - the inn was well equipped & extremely comfortable. Very convenient for the waterfront & we loved the walk over the footbridge. The parking was excellent & the breakfasts which were delivered to our room each day, were very tasty & varied. The room (no7 ) was very spacious & comfy with a good view of the water.

It's similar to a b&b but separate entrances for each room. Loved the breakfast delivered to your door. They also have ev charger. Everything you want to see in boothbay a 3 minute walk. I've been to b&bs where the hosts are overbearing and way too proud of themselves. We were left alone which i prefer. They were super helpful, but only when asked. Highly recommend. Views of harbor were nice but had to go to communal area. I don't think they have individual balconies but i could be wrong. Everything in room worked well. No complaints at all.

We only stayed one night, but it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The location is awesome- right in the middle of everything and can walk to many restaurants and shops. The hot tub after walking the town for a bit was really nice. Our room was super clean, spacious. The BED....like sleeping on a cloud. My fiance and I had a wonderful night's rest. I think our favorite part though was the made or order breakfast that is brought to your room in the morning! WOW! My fiance had an omelet with tomatoes. goat cheese and I got the blue berry pancakes and a cappuccino. It did not disappoint and was a great way to start our day. We can't wait to be back in Boothbay, this our spot for sure! 10 out of 10!

This was a very nice coastal bed & breakfast, in a good location, pleasant service, somewhat spartan but functional rooms. It had good views off the balcony. Only negative was the layout meant that there were often people sitting a few feet away from the only windows in the bedroom so it was necessary to keep curtains closed.

Property was fair. Our room 1&2 had no view of the ocean. We paid dearly for an ocean view. The rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor had views. You had to ask for everything at desk. We didn’t even have a hair dryer in the room. Food was fair. Again if you didn’t ask ahead of time you didn’t get salt, pepper, ketchup. Inn keeper was attentive but I would not stay there again. Eating on a tiny table in a dark room wasn’t very relaxing.

Absolutely amazing! I was super happy and impressed! The couple who run this are amazing and this is such a perfect location. Minutes walk from down town and 7 min from the garden! This was perfect for my boyfriend and myself and it was such a pleasant get away!

Inn mgrs Mark and Brooke were awesome. Accommodated all our needs. Inn was beautiful, relaxing, and quiet. Breakfast by Brooke was delicious every day. This was our first visit to Maine, and specifically Boothbay Harbor, and it definitely made a fantastic first impression on us about how great Mainers are. Will definitely plan more trips to Maine.

Loud, dirty, non-private. For reference - We stayed in room 11 which has one of the viewing tables on the patio. We stayed for 2 days in October, the resort was sold out. We arrived on a Thursday and there was major construction next door starting at 7am, like a jack hammer in the room. We were told they had known about the construction since Tuesday but did not give us the information - this was a sleep in vacation for us, but not here. Even without the construction - the wooden staircase is like a loud superhighway each morning. With breakfast and a crowded hotel - you will not be sleeping in here. Although we have a ‘private’ patio, no one treats it as private and regularly the other guests come and hang out on your deck in front of your window. Lastly - the shower has black mold, the sheets were stained, the wallpaper is peeling, and the hot tub was green and brown with a scum ring - we didn’t dare get in. Breakfast was ok, but tho menu is pretty limited. I got ‘asparagus toast’ one morning - that’s apparently 3 asparagus with Parmesan cheese on toast. Do not recommend this resort.

We came to Boothbay harbor area to finish Christmas shopping and attend a few events. I was searching for a place to stay and Harborage had a room. Its so beautiful, clean and walking distance to the downtown. I made dinner reservations ahead of time although they have a notebook in the room with recommendations.

We were lucky enough to stay at the Harborage Inn due to a last minute cancellation. The Inn was perfect! The inn was recently renovated complete with faux fireplace and stunning views of the harbor. Delicious breakfasts were delivered to us each morning where we enjoyed them at the outside private table overlooking the harbor. The innkeepers were delightful and felt like old friends. The inn is within walking distance to the town which is full of wonderful shops and restaurants. Our 2 night stay there was absolutely delightful.

Loud, dirty, non-private. For reference - We stayed in room 11 which has one of the viewing tables on the patio. We stayed for 2 days in October, the resort was sold out. We arrived on a Thursday and there was major construction next door starting at 7am, like a jack hammer in the room. We were told they had known about the construction since Tuesday but did not give us the information - this was a sleep in vacation for us, but not here. Even without the construction - the wooden staircase is like a loud superhighway each morning. With breakfast and a crowded hotel - you will not be sleeping in here. Although we have a ‘private’ patio, no one treats it as private and regularly the other guests come and hang out on your deck in front of your window. Lastly - the shower has black mold, the sheets were stained, the wallpaper is peeling, and the hot tub was green and brown with a scum ring - we didn’t dare get in. We only stayed one night, but it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The location is awesome- right in the middle of everything and can walk to many restaurants and shops. The hot tub after walking the town for a bit was really nice. Our room was super clean, spacious. The BED....like sleeping on a cloud. My fiance and I had a wonderful night's rest. I think our favorite part though was the made or order breakfast that is brought to your room in the morning! WOW! My fiance had an omelet with tomatoes. goat cheese and I got the blue berry pancakes and a cappuccino. It did not disappoint and was a great way to start our day. We can't wait to be back in Boothbay, this our spot for sure! 10 out of 10!

The breakfast the next morning was exceptional - we did not expect such a great breakfast (e.g, Belgian Chocolate waffles, fruit, as well as oatmeal with fresh fruit and a granola/muesli type topping (plus coffee, juices, sausages..). We ate breakfast outside overlooking the water. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Loved our stay here. Very comfortable room with a great view of the harbor. Easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Cook to order breakfast was excellent and delivered to the room! Great staff.

Rooms were amazingly clean, but for the blinds oddly enough. Otherwise stellar. Newly renovated. Lovely. Breakfast was ok. Good food, mediocre coffee.
