This hotel was adorable. It's old, compact, and full of character and history. The staff was so lovely, welcoming, and helpful. The dining room and garden were very modern and inspiring and the food - notably the welcome cake - was incredible. We slept really well here (despite a little upstairs rumbling from a little one running around! Can't fault anyone for that considering how old the building is!). The location is perfect - right in the middle of things - a minute or two from everything - yet it was nice and quiet. We even walked from the train station, which was nice.

A estadia foi agradave, hotel confortavel e cafe da manha muito bom. Nao tem estacionamento entao utilizamos um estacionamento publico proximo, porem eles tem uma vaga na rua para carga e descarga, o q facilitou bastante. A rua onde fica localizado, tem uma placa falando q nao pode entrar, por ser zona historica. Porem depois de perguntar em outro hotel, nos informaram q poderiamos entrar com o carro apesar da placa. Como fizemos a reserva no dia, tivemos dificudade para entrar na casa, pois a entrada e feita por senha, q e enviada por email. Tivemos a ajuda de um casal q estavam hospedados e deu td certo e a estadia foi otima!!

Lovely restored house with great modern design inside. The room was charming, the breakfast outstanding and the staff superb. Peking nearby and close to numerous high quality restaurants. A perfect place to stroll and explore old Guimaraes.

This is a gem ….we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. The included breakfast was amazing. The back garden was a delight and a respite to a busy day of sightseeing. The staff were fabulous especially our dear host whose positive attitude and bubbly personality made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property.

Bra B&B i det flotte historiske senteret. Det er er ikke noen resepsjonen, og man får kode til inngangsdør og romdøren på E-post. Det var stort rom med stue og soverom. Savnet et kjøleskap på rommet. Ikke noen heis, så man må klare å bære opp bagasjen. Det var ren og godt holdt. God frokost, man leverte et skjema på kvelden om hva man ønsket til frokost. Ikke noe parkering, og kun to timers parkering i gaten.

There was some difficulty checking in as there was no regular staff on duty when we arrived. They had trouble locating my reservation information (that may have been communication problem between Hotels.com and the lodging). Both days there was dog poop on the roof over the dining area outside my second floor room window. Only one bedside table and reading light. Good bed and linens. Excellent breakfast. Quiet. Nice yard.

The property was clean. The breakfast was good a nice effort to renovate the apartment was made, but used unconventional steps to reach the loft where the bed was. The steps would not be reasonable for the average person to climb.

Beautiful little hotel in a perfect location. Honestly one of the best stays on our 4 week trip. Bed was very comfortable rooms are large and are able to separate so can have a lot of light or make dark ( for sleeping). Breakfast was also 5 star full spread with special choices such as eggs Benedict.

Une très bel établissement en plein cœur historique . Chaque chambre est différente. Certaines plus sombre que d’autres . On frôle la perfection. On regrettera que les cloisons soient mal isolées et qu’on entende ce qu’il se passe dans les parties communes . Petit déjeuner excellent avec de beaux produits . Une belle expérience .

My wife and I had a great stay at this property. The room was white and roomy and quite comfortable. The staff were extremely accommodating and the breakfast was excellent. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Modern with old world charm. Wonderful breakfast with fresh breads, croissants, cheese and so much more. Super friendly staff ensuring you have everything you need for a great stay. Next time I’m in the area this will be where I stay.

The only staff I saw was for breakfast & she was very nice. Breakfast good too. When you book they send you a door code. When I stayed there were no other guests so it was a bit odd. Area is beautiful, lots of shopping & restaraunts & historical sights. I am very independent so the place as fine for me. Beautiful building & comfy suite.

We slept really well here (despite a little upstairs rumbling from a little one running around! Can't fault anyone for that considering how old the building is!). The location is perfect - right in the middle of things - a minute or two from everything - yet it was nice and quiet. We even walked from the train station, which was nice.
This hotel was adorable. It's old, compact, and full of character and history. The staff was so lovely, welcoming, and helpful. The dining room and garden were very modern and inspiring and the food - notably the welcome cake - was incredible. Beautiful little hotel in a perfect location. Honestly one of the best stays on our 4 week trip. Bed was very comfortable rooms are large and are able to separate so can have a lot of light or make dark ( for sleeping). Breakfast was also 5 star full spread with special choices such as eggs Benedict.

Une très bel établissement en plein cœur historique . Chaque chambre est différente. Certaines plus sombre que d’autres . On frôle la perfection. On regrettera que les cloisons soient mal isolées et qu’on entende ce qu’il se passe dans les parties communes . Petit déjeuner excellent avec de beaux produits . Une belle expérience .

My wife and I had a great stay at this property. The room was white and roomy and quite comfortable. The staff were extremely accommodating and the breakfast was excellent. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is a gem ….we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. The included breakfast was amazing. The back garden was a delight and a respite to a busy day of sightseeing. The staff were fabulous especially our dear host whose positive attitude and bubbly personality made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property.

This is a lovely place to stay and is well situated for exploring the beautiful town. As there is no actual reception, it is necessary to get the codes for the door before hand. This is very simple to do. My only caveat is the room I stayed in, called Room P, is a two level room. The stairs are a very interesting feature for getting to the second level bedroom, but I would make sure you advise the staff when booking if you have any mobility issues. I very much enjoyed my stay.

This place was superb. The location was excellent and the facilities amazing. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff very friendly and helpful. As well as a well appointed room, the property has a lovely quiet garden to sit in and a delightful breakfast room overlooking the garden. I really couldn’t fault it. Oh and probably the best shower I’ve had in my travels. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.
