Hotel Monte Rosa

I recently stayed here, and it was a good experience. The location is truly blissful, offering a peaceful environment surrounded by nature. There are plenty of walkable trails and hiking paths nearby, perfect for those who love the outdoors. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the added convenience of a kitchenette, making it easy to prepare simple meals. The hotel also provides ample parking both in the front and on the side, which was very convenient. My kids absolutely loved the indoor pool and the mini children's playground. The hotel also features a mini gym, sauna, and jacuzzi, which may be available on request. The breakfast was very poor, with the available items mostly consisting of cold cuts and cheese, which didn't offer much variety or appeal. The rooms lacked air conditioning,Additionally, none of the extra facilities like the sauna or jacuzzi were open for use during our stay. The staff's attitude was also less than welcoming. We were the only ones using the pool, yet it felt as though our presence was inconvenient to them.

Expérience catastrophique au sein de cet hôtel qui pourrait être vraiment sympathique. La localisation est merveilleuse et les services POURRAIENT être de qualité. Mais le tout est gâché par un personnel aussi aimable qu’un garde prisonnier. La personne qui gère l’accueil (une femme brune aux cheveux bouclés) gâche totalement l’expérience au sein de cet hôtel : elle est désagréable, absolument pas serviable et elle ne vous explique rien du tout (bien qu’elle vous fera croire que le travail a été fait 2 jours après que vous utilisiez les services de la mauvaise manière…) En revanche, une 2ème personne de l’accueil ainsi qu’un serveur rattrapent le niveau en étant cordiaux, serviables, polis et même souriants (concepts inconnu par l’autre personne). Grosse déception.

Weinig te beleven. Bijna geen wandelingen gevonden. Ontbijt slecht. Kamers wel ok, maar geen airco. Spa kon je reserveren samen met sauna, dat was wel goed.
