This was our favorite hotel on our trip! Clean, wonderful and accommodating staff, friendly hosts. Pool was clean but hot tub was out of commission. Conveniently located near the lake, a store across the street. Small town but superb hotel. They had two weddings and were full to the brim but worked hard to keep us in our same room the entire time. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic newer hotel in a friendly small midwestern town with great food options. Hotel is clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are large and very comfortable, but as the case in most hotels showers and tub are not maintained well enough. Some mold in tub area and slow drains. Overall I would stay here again.

This hotel is close to the lake which is very nice. There are several nice restaurants within a 10 minute drive. The hotel is run down and definitely not worth the price but it is the better hotel in the area. Our room had mold in several places. A very nicely located hotel but not nicely priced.

I selected a room with a king size bed. When we entered the room the AC unit had a very noisy fan, and the bed was only a queen. The shower head kept falling down and rotating on the grab handle that it was mounted to, and that caused water to run all over the bathroom floor. Other than that the room was clean. They must have over booked because the room we got was not what I selected online.

The bed in the handicap room was at a good height where you did not need to request a step stool or run and take a running jump. We were both pleased with the room overall. The bed was comfortable as well. Thank you!!

The place itself is nice but the woman at the front desk, on two separate occasions, was a pain. We had a group of people congregating in the lobby at 10:30pm and were there for maybe 5 minutes. She snapped at said it was quiet hours and we dispersed quickly. The next morning, multiple rooms had notes slipped under their door reminding us the lobby is not for congregating and that we were being to loud for the 5 minutes we were down there? Next morning someone else went to ask for more towels at the front desk and they asked how many towels were in the room. Answered four and the person just paused and said “you need more than four towels”? You’re running a hotel, both seem like commonplace to me.

I want to give a shout out to the staff. I had the key fob fall out of my coat pocket when i was brushing snow off my car, and left without it. I called the front desk when i realized it was missing 30 miles down the road, and the attendant, who's name starts with a G, i believe, went out and found it in the snow, then called me back to let me know. I really appreciate her help!

Location is very nice, walking distance to lake. Grass on property/lawn care looks great. I booked for wrong day, the person at.desk was.so patient and helpful. He was able to get me a room for rhe right day amd cancel the wrong day. What a lifesaver!

Room is nice size with room to walk around both queen sized beds. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was seriously friendly and helpful. AC worked wonderfully. It's the best option if staying in Glenwood and no airbnb's are available. Free breakfast was meh. Remember to check the small fridge for yoghert, boiled eggs, milk, etc. The only problem is it's so humid in MN in the summer and there is NO VENTILATION in the rooms. The carpet felt damp when barefoot the entire stay and, even with cool showers to counteract the heat outside, the bathroom dripped with humidity making the mirror unusable. I hung a dry blouse from my luggage to remove wrinkles and it was damp/wet when I tried to wear it that evening. We weren't in the room during the day. It's just so humid and like I said, no ventilation. Be prepared.

Room is nice size with room to walk around both queen sized beds. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was seriously friendly and helpful. AC worked wonderfully. It's the best option if staying in Glenwood and no airbnb's are available. Free breakfast was meh. Remember to check the small fridge for yoghert, boiled eggs, milk, etc. The only problem is it's so humid in MN in the summer and there is NO VENTILATION in the rooms. Staff when we checked in was great and helpful! As I was getting ready to check out, I noticed a bug on a pillow. I took a picture of it and video. I went to the front desk and the there was a lady sitting in the office and asked what I needed. I showed her the picture and video and she asked if it was from today - I said yes, and seemed kind of annoyed, I brought it to her attention.
