Airco werkte niet goed we hebben 3x van kamers moeten ruilen en is geen Spa staat wel aangegeven personeel niet echt super vriendelijk

Room. Ok. Little over used. AC is ok. Modest. Average in general. Breakfast was great. Free parking.

Was there for 2 nights on business and hotel was totally fine for a quick trip. Hotel is small but comfortable and in good condition. Restaurant has decent options and if your friendly to the staff, they are very friendly back. However, if you have an attitude don’t expect staff to respect you.

Oda çok kirliydi ve her gün temizlik olmasına rağmen yumak yumak kirliydi. Kahvaltı yetersiz ikü yıldızı anca hak eder. Konumu berbat. Kahvaltı geç başlayıp erken bitiyor gece mutfak kapalı. Asansörler güvensiz.

The room was basic. I was located on the last 5th floor with no access to terrace and it was where the air-con bodies were located outside, which was not very pleasing. The ceiling had dried out yellow spots throughout from prior leakages. Otherwise the room and bathroom were clean. The frustrating thing was that I asked for a late check out, as my airport transfer was not until 6pm, and was asked to pay half day rate. I paid and was told that I could keep the room until about 5-5.30pm. However, on the day 10mins to 5pm I got a call from reception that I need to make sure I vacate at 5pm sharp. Five hours late check out was certainly not worth half a day pay!! Overall, the hotel does not live up to its 4* and the staff including most reception struggle with English.

Great Hotel exceptionally clean, friendly staff and great amenities. I would come back here many times.

Nelle vicinanze non c'è nulla tranne un piccolo parco e un centro commerciale piccolo, quindi non è consigliato, se volete visitare Istanbul e i paesi meravigliosi vicini, scegliete un Hotel più centrale perché senza taxi, metro, nel giro di venti minuti non c'è nulla. La camera era perfettamente pulita e la ragazza che si occupava del riordino Mihriban, sempre sorridente, gentile e discreta. Gentilissimi ad aiutarci nonostante non conoscessimo la lingua ma con il traduttore abbiamo in qualche modo risolto, i ragazzi della reception. Il concierge Zafer che dopo una brutta ustione solare di domenica è corso ad acquistare in farmacia una pomata. Mekan e Wepa i due ragazzi del bar sono sempre stati deliziosi, simpatici e disponibili. La ragazza mora con i capelli lunghi, presente nelle colazioni invece, una grandissima maleducata, irrispettosa, ci ha preso in giro e con una ragazza della cucina ci ha deriso parlando male degli italiani perché non conoscevamo l'inglese o il turco ma solo il francese. Avrei voluto fare colazione ma non era possibile avere un cappuccino!, non funzionavano il distributore e lei non ha fatto NULLA! non c'era disponibile latte, caldo o freddo o altre bevande... Ha avuto la faccia tosta di riderci in faccia, così non abbiamo mai fatto colazione qui nonostante i dolci e diverse specialità perché le bevande non c'erano e la sua proverbiale maleducazione ci ha fatto passare la voglia. Abbiamo pranzato

Özellikle odalar çok iyi ve temizdi. Kahvaltı orta dereceydi. Konum olarak planımıza oldukça uygun bir seçim yapmışız. Tekrar tercih ederim.

Temiz bir odaydı. Sadece bir bardakta leke vardı. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Tavsiye ederim

Resepsiyon iyi oda kirli asılı el havlusu banyoda kirli😬yastıklar çok yüksek ve kokuyordu,yeni yastık istedik onlar da kokuyordu.Kahvaltısı çok vasat,sadece beyaz ekmek ve simit vardı.Zeytin ve peyniri çok kötü.Bu fiyata böyle bir hizmet,yazık yazık:((

Staff was helpful most of the time. The noise is unbearabl, it is next to autobahn plus you can hear snoring (and everything else) from the neighbour rooms. Rooms are good sized but not clean enough .

The staff was very nice at the reception. The room was quiet and clean. There was a mall close to the hotel. I will come back here on my next trip to Istanbul. Highly recommended.

Close to Atatürk airport. Far from everything else. Close to the highway. Good for one night transit.

The beds and pillows are uncomfortable and you can hear people next door, beside if they were smoking all the smell came to our room.

This is an old hotel. The staff was not atentive or receptive to any of our needs. The girls at breakfast were actually looking at the cell phone and talking amongst themselves. The breakfast was extensive but some of the basics like the fruits and eggs were empty and they had no even asked to replenish. There was noise as you could hear a truck right next to the hotel for a long time. Very esrly they were construction workers repairing rhe street.

The hotel is clean and convenient for Ataturk airport. However, the rooms reek of smoke. I asked for a non smoking room which made no difference. The towels in the bathroom are ridiculously small. You need bath and hand towels. The reception was indifferent I didn’t feel particularly welcome and the following morning they arranged a taxi which went to the wrong destination.

The location for us was very convenient. The check in was fast, even super fast. The Staff at the Hotel were always courteous, professional and helpful during our stay, always greeting us with good mornings, good evenings, and beautiful smiles. We personally loved Rox Hotel hospitality. I will recommend Rox Hotel to friends and colleagues and family. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Thank you Rox Hotel for providing my daughter and I with a safe and comfortable stay. 🙏❤️

The breakfast was extensive but some of the basics like the fruits and eggs were empty and they had no even asked to replenish. There was noise as you could hear a truck right next to the hotel for a long time. Very esrly they were construction workers repairing rhe street.

The stay was overall very pleasant and the services were what expected. Nice touch the cake for my uncle because of his birthday.

I have stayed Rox hotel for 4 days and I was amazed how helpful the staff were and their willingness to go out their way to help. The rooms are so clean. Thanks zafer and aman at rocks hotel for making my stay at Istanbul amazing. I will definitely stay there again in my future trip to Istanbul

Hotel and staff very good. Only ,area away from tourist attractions. But for business, perfect.

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Ulaşım açısından çok kolaydı çünkü İstanbul’u çok bilmiyordum gelirken endişe etmiştim . Temizliği de yeterliydi ve sessizdi dinlenebildim.

Desayuno muy poco variado no jugos no yogurt no frutas no leche pocos panes muy poco variado Quizas sea suficiente para el hotel pero no para el usuario

Hotel konfor olarak gayet çok iyi. Oda temiz ve ferahtı. Sadece odada 2 çay olması gerekirken 1 tane vardı ve resepsiyona bildirdik getireceğiz deyip getirmediler. İlgi ve alaka konusundan biraz daha iyi olabilirler. Açık büfe kahvaltı kötü değil ama içerik olarak iyi olabilir. Konum itibariyle fiyat/performans gayet iyi. Teşekkür ederiz.

Cleanliness was not up to scratch. Was only allowed 1 toilet roll for my room, if the cleaner left 2 rolls upon my request it would be gone if I left my room. I paid for 9 days of breakfast for 2 of us and only ate it once at the hotel as it’s a very poor selection especially for the price! I would not recommend this hotel.

Resepsiyonda ve genelde hizmet veren arkadaslarin tamami cok nazikti, yardimci oldular. Hotel cok guzel, temiz ve odalari duzgun. Kahvaltisi da guzel. Cok memnundum.
