First, the great, the service was amazing. I can't find the card of the two gentlemen that went above and beyond, but anything we wanted they took care of. Second, the location was great. Right on top of the beach, great view, waking distance from excellent restaurants and a grocery store in the main floor. The breakfast was incredible and with the price. We were seriously jetlagged coming from the U.S. Unfortunately, our rooms kept having electrical issues, so they upgraded us, then switched us a few times. It took a day to fix it, but finally, we could run the AC without the power shutting off. The rooms are HUGE. Some are quieter than others, but I didn't have issues sleeping due to noise. In one room, with two beds, we were either freezing in one bed or hot in the other depending on if the mini split blew in you or not. The beds were hard and they didn't really have blankets. They were more like a tiny heavy sheet. The view from the room was wonderful. The beach had free umbrellas. The hotel does not provide beach chairs or towels. We chose to pay for the private beach club downstairs (with the loud music.) BEWARE The Beach Club attendant will try to rip you off.

Slitet hotell med bra läge. Dock ingen egen strand, trots att hotellet ligger på stranden. Tomma outhyrda ytor och slitna väggar, lampor saknas och hissen fungerar inte. Dock kompenseras det till viss del av trevlig och hjälpsam personal och ok frukost, om du har betalat extra för det.

The only good thing about it was close to sea! No swimming pool,beach is not there owned! No one comes round to change your bedsheets or cleaning the room! Unfriendly receptionist she looked mad at all the time! False advertising! Not recommended and over priced! We won’t be returning!

Das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen, direkt am Ladies Beach. Das Zimmer war riesig, mehr eine 2 Zimmerwohnung. Nachteil das Hotel wird renoviert und wir hatten ein Zimmer über der Baustelle und dem Beachclub, der mit sehr lauter Techno Musik den Lärm von der Baustelle zu übertönen versuchte. Die Musik in unserem Zimmer war so laut wie an einer Technoparty! Dementsprechend war nicht an Siesta zu denken. Auf die Bitte, ob die Musik leiser gedreht werden könne, hiess es, der Beachclub, sei unabhängig vom Hotel. Am Empfang traf man nicht auf Verständnis, dass man vom Baulärm und Musik gestört wurde. Ein Mitarbeiter sagte uns sogar, dass dies ein Ferienort sei, wo bis 2 Uhr früh laute Musik gespielt werden darf und dass wir halt in ein 5 Sterne Hotel hätten wählen sollen! Liebes Hotel wir hatten schon 0 Sterne Hotels mit mehr Komfort und respektvollen Umgang! Wir waren froh, nur eine Nacht gebucht zu haben.

Die Ausstattung, einfach alles sehr veraltet. Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Ins Zimmer auch fürs Putzen kommen die nur rein wenn man im Zimmer ist. Kein Pool, kein Restaurant, kein eigener Strand, unverständlich ist Zimmer mit Meerblick aber ohne Balkon. Im Innenhof ist ein 24 Stunden Bar vorhanden aber voll mit arabischer Publikum die Ganze Zeit da sitzen und Tee trinken und sich sehr laut unterhalten, Kinder im Hof laut schreiend im Hof rennen und und und. Wir haben für 6 Tage gebucht und bezahlt aber am 4. Tag gegen Mittag abgereist, weil die Situation nicht auszuhalten war.

+ Lots of parking, large apartment, great location close to beach, bars and restaurants and staff were helpful. - Terrible internet service, kitchen had virtually no dinnerware, cups glasses, cutlery etc, tv’s didn’t work although I just gave up and didn’t even bother contacting reception to fix the problem. Murphy beds are not Murphy beds they are old and uncomfortable fold up beds. The whole exterior needs a good clean and update, it’s old and tired.

First time to Kusadasi area, our room was huge and in an ok condition but you get what you pay for. Even though you have a kettle in your room there was not tea/coffee or sugar. We took our own tea bags anyway. Room cleaned every other day. Did have a small problem with a dog that was kept at the hotel heard it once barking at 3:30am and early morning around 6 and 7 I did complain about it and sort of rectified. As the property didn't have a pool we asked the Hotel next door think it was called the AYMA if we could have access to there pool, it cost us 100 lira each which was good. All in all a lovely stay.

Wir sahen nicht ein, einzuchecken ohne ein dem Preis gerechten Zimmer. Das Personal war unverschämt, unhöflich und frech. Nach der Bitte um ein Gespräch mit dem Management wurde uns gesagt, dass dieses nicht erreichbar sei. Nach mehrerem nachfragen änderte sich dies nicht. (Was machen die denn, im Falle eines Notfalls!?) Der Parkplatz war für jeden Zugänglich. Außerdem sollten wir einfach ein fremdes Auto zuparken, ohne Rücksicht darauf zu nehmen. Der Service war ebenfalls eine 0/10. Wie wir bei unseren Bekannten live mit erleben durften, werden bitten nach neuen Handtüchern oder Toilettenpapier, etc. wenn überhaupt erst nach mehreren nachfragen oder erst nach Stunden erfüllt.

I asked for more towels and the receptionist refused to give us more! The rooms were dirty and had to wear shoes as the floors were not adequately clean. We booked four nights but left after just one because the conditions were so bad. The entire hotel is in disrepair: broken outdoor lights, an elevator that looked abandoned, peeling laminate floors, shelving falling off the walls, and lobby/lounge chairs full of holes. Our room had black mold in the shower, a broken safe (which they actually charge daily to use), and a queen bed with only a single-sized blanket. The so-called “sea view” overlooked a sewage treatment facility and piles of junk. The “beach club” was worse — dirty with cigarette butts everywhere, blasting loud rap music, and a rental agent ready to overcharge for access. On the positive side, the manager and staff were kind, but he admitted he couldn’t issue a refund. Hotels.com wasn’t much help either. I realize standards vary across cultures, but this property is a disappointment by any measure. I would strongly advise avoiding it.

We had a plumbing issue in our bathroom. They, unfortunately, tried to pass it off as fixed and it happened again and it was a complete waste of time. I also work remotely and the internet was not reliable at all. They tried to blame this on the number of guests at the hotel, which is an unacceptable reason in my opinion in 2022. I had stayed here before, twice and it was better, then (1 year ago and 2 years ago). It seems that they did not have enough staff to maintain the grounds properly. It is a very nice location and the rooms are quite nice and large. The bathrooms could use an update. If the management increases the staff and improves the conditions, it could be nice again. - Currently would not recommend it, unfortunately.

The hotel is in a fantastic location at the beginning of lady beach, the rooms are a good size and the staff were great the only downside was it was a little dirty our room wasnt as clean as it could be but other than that good

The staff was kind, helpful. The room was spacious but old, lots of repairs need be done to the finishings. Unsure if the toilet or shower started leaking. No iron available until after a certain time. No elevator, thankfully they do offer to assist with bags. Nice view.

The location of the hotel is great. Room size is also great. And the staff is also very nice. Only thing is the maintenance of rooms, building etc is in need of improvement. Light bulbs not working, plates missing, loose screws etc that easily could be fixed and give the overall feel a much higher quality. Also the noice from children etc goes through the walls. If you do not get to disturbed by such things then the place if definitively worth staying at. We also plan to come back and stay here again. The beach is a few steps from the hotel, grocery store as well. There is plenty of restaurants and the taxi is right next door. We could see they were working at the hotel to make it more fresh before peak season which is very good. Overall you get what you pay for.

The hotel is in a great location and view of adjacent Ladies Beach. However, the hotel is pretty run down and in fact the front of the hotel nearest the beach looks like it was literally hit by a bomb and falling apart. Our room was ok with a great view but again was pretty run down and in need of a little TLC.

Hotel location is just perfect for a quiet stay right on the beach! We had a Deniz standard room, but nothing was standard - the room was just huge, well furnished, climate controlled, comfortable bed, a spacious walk in shower and a huge balcony offering an unforgettable view of the sunsets! Hotel manager Mr. Sabri went far and beyond to situate us in a room and make us feel home during our stay. The lobby and walkways are all welcome you with flowering pots, so you feel walking through some paradise. There a few dining options and a fresh bakery shop on ground and around. The Ladies Beach was not crowded, safe for small children, good for experienced swimmers and even offered options for some water sports activities. I would definitely recommend this hotel for travelers who enjoy quiet nights on the water.

It’s what you would expect, rooms are enormous for the price and view is incredible, I stayed there for 2 nights, I was visiting Ephesus and its convenient location was nice. Hotel employees little too friendly tho, they were talking non stop and you would wanna escape eventually but overall nice stay. Hotel rooms are not the cleanest but it’s not like it’s dirty just feels like a home. But I would expect tidy cleaning from a hotel usually but for the price it’s aight

The area was great with a lovely place to dine and walk beside the sea. The staff was also super friendly and helpful.All in all I had an amazing stay here and would love to visit again.

Die Räumlichkeit ist die Beste die man in Kusadasi finden kann, die Betten sehr gemütlich und sehr groß. Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat war der Frühstück und die unerfahrenen Jugendlichen die zum Service da sind aber nicht wissen was sie tun sollen. Ansonsten kann ich die Unterkunft empfehlen da es auch direkt am Strand liegt und man an der Strandpromenade essen gehen kann.

The location of the hotel is great. Room size is also great. And the staff is also very nice. Only thing is the maintenance of rooms, building etc is in need of improvement. Light bulbs not working, plates missing, loose screws etc that easily could be fixed and give the overall feel a much higher quality. Also the noice from children etc goes through the walls. If you do not get to disturbed by such things then the place if definitively worth staying at. We also plan to come back and stay here again. The beach is a few steps from the hotel, grocery store as well. There is plenty of restaurants and the taxi is right next door. We could see they were working at the hotel to make it more fresh before peak season which is very good. Overall you get what you pay for.

Nous sommes restées 3 nuits et nous avons adoré la chambre : très grande, calme, très propre, excellente literie ! L'accueil à la réception était de bonne qualité Par contre, le petit déjeuner était était médiocre et minimal Le personnel ne parle pas un mot d'anglais, donc on ne peut pas communiquer, on ne peut rien demander, ils vous regardent en vous faisant des signes alors que vous voulez une serviette de bain ou du beurre... Très compliqué pour communiquer même sur des choses très simples, c'est dommage Point négatif : le wifi n'est pas de bonne qualité Je recommande quand même pour la super chambre !

Très grand appartement bien décoré mais à part cet effet waouh, pas d’autres points positifs. Très mauvais accueil, aucune aide à en attendre. Climatisation toujours en panne, et appareillage très mal placé dans les pièces, et service de maintenance non performant. Plusieurs vitres ébréchées, câble électrique du sèche cheveux dénudés. Nous sommes une famille avec enfants et notre chambre située au dessus d’un bar avec musique très forte toute la journée et jusqu’à 4h du matin. Annonce de partenariat avec plagiste pour avoir un prix préférentiel mais non respecté, et chacun se rejette la responsabilité. Petit déjeuner buffet médiocre et sans variété. Établissement très décevant.

Quarto do hotel extremamente sujo, empoeirado, reclamei na recepçao quando cheguei, disseram que somente no dia seguinte poderia ser feita a limpeza e não fizeram. O quarto é grande e espaçoso, muito confortável. Apenas foi decepcionante a sujeira. Café da manhã razoável.
