This was a clean, good property that was well maintained. Mel and his staff were very helpful and attentive. The breakfast offered was very good. Overall a very satisfactory stay! Location is excellent, a short walk to Pamukkale and restaurants.

Staff all very nice and lovely Turkish lamps everywhere. Spacious room with lots of amenities. Lovely pool. Big variety of breakfast. Very close to the travertines.

The manager was very accommodating and informative. Couldn’t have been nicer. The hotel is a short walk from the travertine and historical site. Slightly away from the noise of the actual gate. Would highly recommend this property

We stayed in mid-September 2026. It's fine for one night; there's no restaurant, only breakfast. The twin room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the entrance to Pamukkale. The service is poor. The owners treat guests like they're in a factory; every detail is strictly explained, and there's no sense of welcome. In fact, the lobby is a carpet display, you know, like those shops near tourist attractions where tour operators take masses of tourists to buy souvenirs. One example of the bad service was that when we asked for coffee with a little milk on the side at breakfast, it wasn't possible. They would just add powdered milk in the kitchen and serve it that way. Since we had a rental car, we would probably choose a different hotel.
