The room was dirty, curtains were torn, couch cushions were torn, lamp shades were water stains and filthy, chairs were dirty. Box springs on one bed looked like it was broken. Staff seemed a little stand-of fish and not that friendly.

It was ok. For the price we paid I expected our room to be a bit nicer (I paid to upgrade to a suite). There were stains on the sheets and the floors were dirty. The shower didn’t spray very well at all, and the bathroom doors were damaged. They told me it was from a dog. The bathroom doors didn’t actually lock either even though there were locks on them. The hotel itself wasn’t bad. Our kids had a lot of fun at the pool. The water slide made me a bit nervous though because it doesn’t seem very secure. The entire structure moved a lot when people slid down it.

The property has an excellent restaurant across the parking lot in the Cracker Barrel. Otherwise location is a bit out of the way. It is an easy off and on on the interstate. The lobby was clean and the staff was only average and not dressed in any kind of consistent uniforms. Although the lobby was set up for Halloween the decorations were so over the top they were a bit garish. A few pieces would have been tasteful. The suite was quite spacious with good beds and comfy pillows. But much of the furniture is beginning to show chips and fabric stains. The shower curtain smelled like mildew. A bottle of fabric cleaner and Old English furniture touch up on every housekeeping cart would help to keep the rooms from beginning to look worn. The breakfast bar had a good selection and nice coffee.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, but it would’ve been nice to have real oatmeal instead of instant. Oatmeal is low cost and practically cooks itself. The coffee was excellent. The front desk workers were personable. We really enjoyed the fitness room and utilized it for the 3 days that we stayed at your facility. This was our first time staying at La Quinta in Billings, but it will be the place that we stay at next time we are in Billings MT.
