Was a nice room at an inexpensive price. Biggest issue was indoor pool wasnt heated and towels would be only replaced every 3 days. Not a fan of reusing towels so I had to go to desk everyday to exchange.

The hotel looks abandoned from the outside. We thought it was closed. Hotel has an old smell. Breakfast wasn’t ready on time, when staff went to serve the food, they looked like they just got out of bed and placed food on trays without latex gloves. It grossed us out. If you’re the owners or staff representatives, they need to look more presentable. Will NOT stay here again. NO elevators either.

Cleanliness in this property is very poor. Bedding has blood stains on it and the room stinks so badly. The staff is terrible and won’t let you refund. I wouldn’t recommended staying in this Hotel. 👎👎👎

When we arrived at the parking lot I already had a bad feeling, unpleasant smell in the lobby and throughout the hotel. Cleanliness none existent, my husband found some crumbs in his bedsheets, towels had a strange smell. Water that was coming from the bath faucet wit some rusty pieces.

This was an average hotel. Not worth $150 a night but it is expensive to stay at the Dells. Carpet felt wet in areas of the room and there was some sort of smell that we couldn't decide what it was but got used to it eventually and didn't bother us.

I booked my reservation weeks in advance, they charged my credit card, I get to the hotel on July 4th only to find the front desk guy claimed he didn't have my reservation, even though I showed him the reservation number and the charge to my credit card. They simply gave my room away to someone else and my family of 5 had to sleep in our car. Every other hotel in the area was booked due to the holiday. Terrible customer service!

For the cheapest hotel in town, it was pretty good. Near the Interstate. Walking distance to two sit down restaurants. A great little hotel for travellers needing to stop and rest or budget vacationers in town for the attractions. The hotel does have a funny smell and worn out corners and obviously dirty carpet in the halls, but the room was clean. Well used but clean.

Check in staff was nice, but rooms seemed dated and bathroom was not as clean as i would have liked ( grit and dust on the floor in the corners and along the wall. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, and a couple bagels, which was okay, but there was also a bowl of the smallest, saddest, misshapen apples that I have ever seen. It would have been better to have not put them out. Some were honestly no bigger than 2 inches.

The room was clean. The hall smelled like pot and the pool was questionable. One of the waffle makers wasn’t working correctly otherwise breakfast was the normal selection along with coffee, juice and milk. Served its purpose for one night.

Got what I paid for so not terribly upset but it’s definitely not a nice hotel. Room had several little things wrong that could have been fixed but clearly got glossed over. We went to breakfast 15 minutes after it opened and somehow they were already out of most of the stuff. I guess it’s possible that a big party just showed up right at open but we were in there for a good 20 minutes and no one came in to check/refill stuff. Again, it’s a cheap room so if that’s all you need, it’s good enough, but it’s probably worth the extra $10-20 to upgrade.

Got what I paid for so not terribly upset but it’s definitely not a nice hotel. Room had several little things wrong that could have been fixed but clearly got glossed over. We went to breakfast 15 minutes after it opened and somehow they were already out of most of the stuff. I guess it’s possible that a big party just showed up right at open but we were in there for a good 20 minutes and no one came in to check/refill stuff. Again, it’s a cheap room so if that’s all you need, it’s good enough, but it’s probably worth the extra $10-20 to upgrade.

There continental breakfast was waffles and cereal not a true continental breakfast. They did not clear the entrance of snow and ice which caused my friend to fall, and they didn't even apologize. It took me asking them to fix the issue for them to salt or shovel the snow and ice. There was no staff at the desk we had to call them to check out and they didn't always answer right away. They did let us check out late without an additional cost which was nice. They only had a pool not hot tub which was what we were expecting to help my friends back feel better after falling. There seemed to be a total lack of respect and care for the guests safety.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. The room had normal wear and tear/ scuff marks everywhere on the furniture. The bathroom was in need of cleaning and repair. There was hair in the shower and some of the "clean" bath towels had dark stains on them. Overall there was lots of hot water which was nice and the temperature controls for the room worked great. At midnight last night there was heavy thumping in the rooms above us keeping us awake. The pool area was dimly lit. The handrail to get yourself into the pool was loose, with a rusty metal pipe sticking out of the tile next to the stairs. The bathrooms in the pool area were very dimly lit and uninviting. We did not use the laundry facilities as there was a strong weed smell when we were looking for it. The breakfast consisted entirely of carbs (waffles, bagels, and cereal) with no fruit, eggs, meat, or any other type of option available. Overall we enjoyed our experience at the Dells but were not impressed with our stay at the motel. They did offer us a room on the first floor close to the door since we had a lot of luggage. Overall I believe the price was twice as much as it should of cost based on what the motel was like upon arrival.

As we drove up I became very nervous. I told my husband I wanted to see the room before paying for anything. Honestly the outside had me worried. Lots of tall weeds, rundown parking lot and it just looked seedy. The staff was very friendly so I said we will look at the room. The hallway and room smelled kind of musty, the room was a little dusty but clean. The beds were clean and comfy. The Ac worked very well. The shower pressure and temperature was amazing. The room had a fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Breakfast was okay just your run of the mill options. I saw a few reviews that complained and it wasnt even bad. Price was fantastic. Honestly I would stay here again just because of the price.

Disclaimer: I give this review from the perspective of someone who has stayed at many budget hotels and have minimal expectations. This hotel was used as simply a place to sleep after doing activities in Wisconsin Dells all day. The property was better kept than what I expected for a $50+tax hotel. I was also surprised to see that breakfast had a few protein options instead of the typical sweetened carbs only. The beds were also more comfortable than expected for a hotel in this price range. This hotel won't change your life, but it's a solid option for its price range. The grounds are a bit neglected, but this should be expected for it's price range. If you only need a good night's sleep for a fair price, it's solid. If you're expecting amenities of a Hilton, then book a Hilton.
