The Lilygate Lagos

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Lilygate Hotel. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The entire front desk team was outstanding—warm, professional, and always ready to help. From the supervisor to the manager, including Henry, Eucharia, and Peace, everyone went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and truly memorable. Even though I may not remember every single name, every staff member I encountered delivered excellent, top-tier service. The hospitality, attention to detail, and overall experience were exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lekki. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Everything went well. Except for the Front office supervisor or manager, the lady in glasses. She is not hospitable and not willing to attend to guest's request. She needs more training on how to respond to guests while under pressure. The receptionists, Chiamaka, Happiness and porter on duty are superb. Everything else was nice, room clean and well decorated. I enjoyed my stay. I will still come again.

The rooms were clean, staff very friendly, front desk and restaurant staff all lovely people. Helen, the restaurant coordinator, was the most helpful, smart, people person I meet in awhile. Peter, the bellhop, very helpful at all times and always with a pleasant welcoming smile. I enjoyed my stat immensely.

The staff are amazing. They were always eager to help. The restaurant manager Helen was amazing. Always greeting you with a smile. All the staff made me feel welcomed. I can see they all cared about my safety. I will use Lilygate again
