DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The place REEKS of mold and mildew from the time you walk into the front door. My husband and I would have definitely changed hotels if it wasn’t so much of a hassle for refunds with third parties. We used the gym. The equipment is old, dusty and again REEKS OF MOLD AND MILDEW. I literally almost fell off the treadmill because it stopped mid walk. The health department needs to get involved. Our bathroom and kitchenette sink, both clogged. We couldn’t even use the kitchenette sink because the water never drained out. Come check out time, we were HARRASED like we were criminals. At 10:59 we started getting calls from the front desk and knocks at the door. Right at 11 housekeeping used the master key and opened the door. We had the door stopper set from the night before so they weren’t able to get in. But my husband advised we were just gathering all our things and we’d be out in a minute. We had a bit of a set back this morning, so we left around 11:10 - we don’t put that on the staff. We were doing our best to leave right at 11:00. But to be called 5 times back to back with people knocking on our door on and off for 10 minutes is crazy. When we talked to the front desk staff about it on our way out, he basically said all bets were off after 11…. Although he started harassing us at 10:59. Rules are rules. We get it. But we were treated TERRIBLY. I wish your staff would spend as much time cleaning and fixing your amenities as they did harassing the guests

We stayed two nights, about a week apart. It’s not a luxury property, but it is reasonably convenient to Bush Airport and relatively inexpensive. On both occasions, the king room seemed clean and the bed was comfortable. The desk staff was attentive and helpful. On the minus side, the elevator makes noise, our room AC was a little loud when it cycled on and off, and the walls were a little thin (on the second stay, we could hear our neighbors at 1 am). Breakfast in the lobby was adeviate and included both hot and cold items. We had no interactions with the other guests (who seemed to be largely comprised of Asian men), nor did we use the pool, although one was available. Overall, the property met our needs.
