Very friendly and trustworthy staff. The rooms and grounds were extremely clean. The pool had separate towels, floats, and life vest ready and was also quite clean. Highly recommend!

This room was perfect for our weekend getaway. The outside had a fire pit/pool and sitting area. The room we had had a separate bedroom and a bed in the main room with a couch, fridge, coffee maker, microwave. The location was great and had restaurants nearby. Only a short drive to Loon. I will definitely stay here again. If I had to get picky, I would recommend bringing your own pillow if you're used to a softer, fluffy type pillow. I found the bed pillows a little hard for my own personal taste.

We stayed in the motel and it was very clean and comfortable. There were two beds and it was a decent size room. The owners were great. Pool was cold but other than that it was a nice weekend getaway.

This is a very family friendly property just minutes from tourist attractions. They have outdoor barbecue grills and fire pits for family use. The property is very clean and every unit is assigned a parking spot so there is no worrying about finding a parking space. The owners are very friendly and have a wealth of information so if you have any questions don’t be afraid to ask. It is the only place that we will stay when we come here.

It was a nice 3 night stay. The pool was well maintained. Bathroom shower was a bit tight but well enough. All in all we had a great time. The nights were nice and quiet. The place was busy so goes to say a lot of people like this spot on the river.

This was my first time staying here with my daughter. The staff was very friendly the room was clean and spacious the linen smelled fresh, the pool was very clean and while there the owner was testing the water. The sitting areas very clean and well maintained they keep disinfected wipes true out the property. Well worth it. I would definitely stay here again. 👍

I have stayed at Mt Liberty many times. We are always very happy. The room was clean and comfortable. The outdoor pavilion area was well maintained. We were able to BBQ and have a nice night by the fire pit.

Loved the gazebos, pool, unit screen porch. Beds are very comfortable memory foam. Shower in unit 9 needs replacing, also windows and screens. Some towels need bleaching. Unit and grounds clean and pleasant. I would return.

Pros: --great location --property is generally safe and in good condition --managers are very nice and responsive Cons: --I noticed the couch smelled like feet; I reported and they cleaned --the carpet smelled poorly and needed to be steam cleaned, I think. My stay was near end of summer, so probably comes with the territory --bathroom door didn't latch properly

We had a great stay here, wush it was a little bigger but still was good. My only complaint is that there was food under bed from prevoous people, that was gross. Everything else was fine

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed at the motel and it was very clean and comfortable. Wonderful, convenient location and the owners were very helpful and courteous. We would definitely consider staying there again if ever we return to the area.

Next to the gorgeous pemi river, check in and out was easy. Super close to the kanga and Lincoln for shopping and eating as well as lots of hiking spots. Shower had hair in it from the last guests and the bed was so uncomfortable we left a night early.

The place was nice and quiet, very clean and the owners were very nice, i would highly recommend this location to everyone. We stayed 2 nights during fall season and there is so much to get to within short distance. I love the river being right in the backyard!

Our room was very clean and cozy. The bathroom sink stopper was not working and we had to hold the stopper up to drain the sink. The shower is a stall shower which is not our favorite but on a good note the water pressure was great. A coffee table would be a nice addition since the tv is in a separate area. Location was great and it was very quiet even though the rooms were all occupied.

Room 13 was lovely and located near the Pemi River - could hear the water rushing over the stones at night. However the hot water boiler and mechanism room was adjacent and every so often the burner would come on and make a low rumbling sound. I could have requested another room farther away but chose not to bother. Mike and Susan were lovely and friendly hosts. Would stay there again but in a different room than Lucky 13

This hotel is run by a very nice couple, My wife is having sciatic pain and they allowed us to try different beds to find a good fit for her. Cute rooms with a nice creek outback with fire pits you can sit by. A very nice relaxing little hotel.

I had an awesome time at Mt Liberty Motel. Everything was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. Their sheets and blanket was so soft and cooling. The owners were very friendly and were hands on with anything that needed to be done. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm up in Lincoln. Thank you for a wonderful weekend. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Amazing stay! Couldn’t have been more welcomed by the owner and his great personality. He not only asked about our day but continued to ask about my life as a friend not just any renter! I couldn’t recommend this more!

Stayed there 2 nights during the NH Scott Highland Games and Festival. Its an older property, but clean, quiet, safe and a short drive to restruants along US 3, which we found to be not as crowded as the restruants along route 112 thru Lincoln. Owners were wonderful, plesant and helpful with recommendations.

Loved our weekend in Lincoln. Our room was clean and in a perfect location. Had the Pemigewasset river right in our back yard!! Would stay at Mt. Liberty again. Definitely need a bigger bathroom though!

Cute spot out of the hustle and bustle but close enough for anything you need. My favorite part was the Pemi right behind it! Husband and I took a weekend getaway here as we love this area. We will definitely be booking again at this hotel!!

Stayed there 2 nights during the NH Scott Highland Games and Festival. Its an older property, but clean, quiet, safe and a short drive to restruants along US 3, which we found to be not as crowded as the restruants along route 112 thru Lincoln. Owners were wonderful, plesant and helpful with recommendations.

Cute historical cabins with an amazing river running behind that you can explore and rock hop on ! This was a basic room with two queens , it was clean , freshly painted and comfortable. The river behind this place was awesome !!! Rock hopping heaven ! Price was great too. Location was perfect to state parks and trails all around ! Food , restaurants, gas all with in a couple of miles and a walking path to town .

This was a cute place to stay for 2 nights. The bathroom was extra small to me. I expect small in motels but for 2 nights it was fine. It was very clean which is the most important thing to me. It was convenient for what we were planning.

It is older buildings but maintained well. Room was very clean. Check-in was good as well as checkout. We came late afternoon and left early. Would stay again.

We came in October to do leaf peeping. Mike and Susan are great hosts with a good sense of humor. The room was nice and warm and there was plenty of hot water. Next time, we’re going to try and get a cabin on the river. There were none available when I made the reservations. This is just a great place to stay.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The location is excellent, and the property itself is charming. We really appreciated that they allowed us to check in a little earlier than the official check-in time. The room was more spacious than we expected and had everything we needed, including a microwave, coffee station, luggage area, and even a table with two chairs, which was a nice touch. The main downside was the bed setup. The mattress itself was okay, but the pillows were very uncomfortable. I think having at least one slightly firmer pillow would make a big difference. On our first night, the air conditioner made a repetitive clicking or ticking noise, which was a little annoying when trying to sleep. Interestingly, we didn't have this issue at all on the second night. Also, on our second night, the shower water only got warm rather than properly hot, which was a little disappointing after spending the day outside in the chilly weather. Other than those issues, we had a really nice stay and enjoyed the motel. I think the one thing that is really important to improve is the pillows, as replacing them or offering a firmer option would make the stay much more comfortable. Overall, we felt that the motel offered good value for the price we paid.
