Piscinas bem tratadas, jardins e vinhedos lindos, peças antigas na decoração, quartos grandes e bem limpos, staff muito simpático, excelente restaurante e por ser uma vinícola, ótimos preços de vinhos. Vale a pena a visita.

Beautiful setting and area. Right in middle of vineyard with some walking trails or can rent bikes. Old car museum my friends loved. two bars and heated pool. There isn't a person at front desk for full 24 hrs so will need to plan accordingly. Also farther from Ica center than other hotels, so mostly eating and drink at their bar. However, getyourguide.com tours were fine with picking up from there, even though further out.

Great experience for someone looking for an oasis of peace and beauty not too far from Lima. Loved the calm of it, the experiences such as the fireplaces outside lighted in the evenings, the comfort, the views, the tastes, the discreet but friendly and polite service. You are far but still close enough to many great activities and visits

Fantastic hotel with nice rooms , good pool area, nice garden . Good restaurant with good food. Not that many dishes, but enough for a couple of days. The staff do not speak very good English, especially when you check in it is a lot of questions in Spanish and it can be difficult if you do not speak Spanish. But that is probably the only problem with this hotel, everything else was very nice and comfortable. All staff was very friendly and helpful and really tried there best to fulfill your requests. There was no Breakfast buffe because of Covid, but we had nice breakfast anyway, you can choose from many different Juice’s and egg dishes together with bread .

We had the honeymoon suite the place def look better in pictures than in person. Customer service was somewhat below what we expected. Employees around the location were not very friendly and it felt as if it was more like a compound within the gates than a hotel. They probably should have more lighting in the area in the evenings as there is absolutely no lights on at night and it is pitch black dark out there. Wait until you visit you will understand what I mean. The hotel room was the most expensive one, honeymoon, when we arrived we had 2 bottles of wine there, which we thought were complimentary as it didn’t have any signage of cost and besides one would think they would at least comp their guests in most expensive rooms a sample of their wine that originates there. Moving on I would say if you are looking to book here to make sure you bring your car or reserve a taxi to see their tour as to our surprise they include a wine tour in price but say you have to get your own transportation to see it. Overall I wouldn’t say it was a terrible place. The grounds and scenery are what you would expect to see. But all else left a lot to be desired for.

Everything was flawless! I didn’t want to leave this place, from the food and the wine, everything was delicious. John our waiter from dinner and next day breakfast he was so courteous and attentive. Yes I will definitely come back to this PARADISE!!!♥️

Beautiful setting and area. Right in middle of vineyard with some walking trails or can rent bikes. Old car museum my friends loved. two bars and heated pool. There isn't a person at front desk for full 24 hrs so will need to plan accordingly. Also farther from Ica center than other hotels, so mostly eating and drink at their bar. However, getyourguide.com tours were fine with picking up from there, even though further out.

Great experience for someone looking for an oasis of peace and beauty not too far from Lima. Loved the calm of it, the experiences such as the fireplaces outside lighted in the evenings, the comfort, the views, the tastes, the discreet but friendly and polite service. Fantastic hotel with nice rooms , good pool area, nice garden . Good restaurant with good food. Not that many dishes, but enough for a couple of days. The staff do not speak very good English, especially when you check in it is a lot of questions in Spanish and it can be difficult if you do not speak Spanish. But that is probably the only problem with this hotel, everything else was very nice and comfortable. All staff was very friendly and helpful and really tried there best to fulfill your requests. There was no Breakfast buffe because of Covid, but we had nice breakfast anyway, you can choose from many different Juice’s and egg dishes together with bread .

Our recent stay at Hotel Viñas Queirolo was very disappointing. At dinner, we ordered filet mignon but were served what was clearly a thin, gristly flank steak with one end curled over. When we complained, the server offered to replace it but refused to acknowledge that it was not filet mignon. The following morning, however, the cook spoke with us and confirmed that the meat was not filet mignon. We explained that the hotel should either remove the dish from the menu or accurately describe it as flank steak because the current description is very misleading, and he agreed and apologized. That evening was equally unpleasant because a restaurant near our room had guests partying until at least midnight. People staying in nearby rooms repeatedly went back and forth, slamming doors and making excessive noise, and we could even hear someone vomiting. We tried calling the front desk and messaging the hotel through WhatsApp, which is advertised as available 24 hours, but received no response. Overall, the experience was not at all what we expected from this hotel.

Having stayed in quite a few hotels across Peru, I can confidently say this ranks in my top two so far. Everything about our stay was exceptional, creating an experience that felt both magical and unforgettable. If I had to recommend something is just be aware of the drive here don’t recommend at night. Overall, I highly recommend Viñas Queirolo and would absolutely return for another enchanting escape.
