Older bldg. we had 2rooms, 4&9. Rm 4: bathroom floor not cleaned/hair around from previous guests. Partially used mini shampoos and conditioners which also had hair on them. There were individual pkts of shampoo I used. No hair dryer. Bed was uncomfortable/hard to our liking. TV programming was poor. Rm 9: uncomfortable bed. Bugs/insects in room. Used common areas very little. Ice maker frozen solid. Didn’t play golf because of timing. But course looked very nice.

The property was isolated. The kitchen and dining areas are shared. We walked into our building with every door to every unit opened and all the lights on. It was a strange layout. We felt unsafe and closed all the other units off. Our room was dirty, and the towels smelled of nicotine. There was no luggage stand, no DO NOT DISTURB signs. We had a two night rental, left for the day and came back to find someone had been in our room. They changed the trash can liners. If they were servicing the room (which we did not want), they could have mopped the floors that should have been done BEFORE we checked in.
