The hotel was nice but they have two buildings that are not connected. Only stairs but staff will be there to help you. Basement room had light outside which made it difficult to sleep. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely little room for a weekend away, was asked if we wanted shower or bath suite which suited us great as they catered to our needs. Perfect room, comfy bed, very clean just air conditioning was very temperamental especially in 24 degree heat so we had to open the window fully and unfortunately there was quite a lot of noise throughout the night due to this,however overall nothing major.

Lovely staff and welcome at reception. Room is good with brewing kit and bathroom has toiletries. The room is clean and spacious for the location and price. Location is great, a very short walk from Baker Street tube. I was in the ‘basement’ room but it had a window for natural light so was fine. Only negative was you could hear people moving on the floor above and it is louder than I would have expected.

Great hotel - very small room but big bed, spotlessly clean and SO convenient. I had everything I needed and I would highly recommend this hotel. Perfect for single travellers but also doable for couples! Fridge and microwave there if needed. 👌😄

Good room. I was on the third floor and it is a walkup. Very clean, but the bed sheets were old and worn. Otherwise very comfortable. Good Internet, comfortable bed. Would stay here again

Our stay at this hotel was excellent for the money. The staff were friendly and efficient. We had 3 rooms all of which were very tastefully decorated and clean, the bathrooms although quite small were expensively fitted out and with good rainforest showers. The beds were very comfortable and with quality linens. All of us enjoyed our stay.

I could not fault the staff as they were very polite and keen for us to have a nice stay. However the room we had needed refurbishing. The carpet was dirty. I pointed this out to the staff and they were very interested in the feedback. I would not stay here again but on a positive note the staff were lovely.

The room's price was great considering the area, but the room I stayed in was too noisy. It was just beneath the primary entryway, so I heard every footstep all night. Otherwise, the room was clean, and I love that the hotel provided a complimentary toothbrush; a nice touch!

We were on the ground floor very close to the sidewalk and front door would make a loud slam whenever someone exited and there was a lot of outside noise.

Room was so small that there just enough room to walk around a 'double' bed. No where to store luggage. Bathroom was tiny as as well. Value for money, NO!!

Great hotel and perfect location. Surrounding area is great for shopping, restaurants and easy access to main tourist places. Staff were particularly friendly and helpful. No request was a trouble. Definitely recommend for a short break in London. Very accessible from Kings Cross.

Excellent value for money, and very central. This hotel room was quite small - there wasn’t much room around the bed, but I was on my own so it was fine. It was perfect for a business trip, good quality, in and out. If I had been with my wife it would have been more of a squeeze, but only cos I’m a very tall bloke. Breakfast was included - I grabbed some fruit, a pastry and a coffee, but the cooked breakfast that I saw looked good. And the staff were all lovely. I’ve been in hotels part of a chain, rooms of similar size, food of the same quality, the staff were all grumpy, and the room cost a lot more. This team were great.

We stayed for 3 night's, the room was small but really clean and had everything you'd need, toiletries, toothbrushes, hair & shower gel, Water and a variety of cans of fizzy, which we wouldn't drink normally but it's a nice gesture! A small fridge and microwave. Cleaning staff were polite and replaced our water each day, The Breakfast was a great start to the day with plenty of fruit, yoghurt, sliced bread, rolls and small pastries aswell as a variety of Cooked items, the Breakfast room was on the small side but always had enough tables with hot & cold drinks, anyone that has moaned in the reviews clearly must be very fussy, as there was something for everyone's tastes, If I needed to be in this area again I would stay here, it's a 5min walk to Regents Park which is massive and so Beautiful and has a Zoo at one end with Primrose Hill right behind it, Baker Street tube Station is close by and plenty of Restaurants & Cafes.
