Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Saigon

Outstanding staff! Room was clean and no mold smell. I did not pay for the breakfast but I did have dinner on rooftop and that was a very nice experience, but the food taste was meh. First night, my room on 11th floor but was too warm and the AC couldn't cool room to my desired temp, so they moved me to another room which which resolved issue. Although, I was disappointed that initially, tech said AC was working fine, but maybe higher floor gets hotter and needs more BTUs than AC can provide. Secured scooter parking is nice with 24/7 guard but it was bit nuance to have to check in/out with guard each time I came and went. Really nice hotel with great views, but location is meh. On first night when I walked to nearby local restaurants, there was NO sidewalk space whatsoever! Narrow street to walk on. But some good Mom and Pop restaurants nearby still open late were tasty and very affordable. There's no ATM nearby bc these small places only take cash. There is a convenient store nearby. But once I rented my own scooter, the location didn't bother me anymore. Also if you want the group tours, they will not pick you up at this location and you have to get to District 1.

職員態度熱情，和藹可親， 酒店整體潔淨，位置略遜，但乘搭Grab非常方便及便宜，可通往旅遊點，酒店頂樓早餐雖然不是自助式， 但飲品食物選擇均非常豐富！居高臨下並在一般空曠環境下食早餐感覺非常舒適！我們亦因此選擇在酒店晚間進行了生日聚餐！ 如果你早一點通知酒店你生日他們便會安排生日音樂及職員會為你祝Ho生日快樂！非常開心愉快的一次行程！

깨끗하고 친절하지만 위치는 조금 애매함. 특히 노인들 모시고 돌아다니기는 힘듬. 무조건 택시나 그랩 타야함. 그런 측면에서는 1군이기는 하지만 다른 곳을 추천 하고 싶음.

Sehr laut, man hört die Straße sehr stark und somit war der Schlaf sehr unruhig. Ausstattung des Zimmers okay.

スタッフさんの感じはとても良かったです。部屋の広さは十分、しかし少し殺風景でした。 空調は細かな設定は出来ない。古い。エアコンな風が直接当たり、調整できないため、寒かった。 思ったより古めの部屋。窓からの景色は、ヤシの木のみ。朝食は美味しい。ベトナムコーヒーも良かった。トイレが詰まることがあった。ホテル周辺はなかなか歩き辛く、タクシーを常用した。
