Hotel room was clean and nice. View over the lake was good. Staff at restaurant were friendly and helpful. Front desk staff could be a bit more attentive.

Hotel was safe and clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Food at the three restaurants was excellent. Would stay there again.

We, my wife & I, recently stayed at the hotel for 6 nights (from Jan 30-Feb 5). We had an excellent stay at the hotel. Room and service were extra-ordinary. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, the staff was friendly with great service. All the staff from the Reception (Andres at the Reception was very helpful) to the restaurants (Jungle and Gufa) and house cleaning were very attentive to our needs. Although the dinner items were okay, the breakfast buffet had lots of choice and the quality of the food was very good. On the whole, we had an excellent time at the hotel and we would very much like to stay there again when visiting Hubli-Dharwar.
