You may be contacted by the hostel right after making the reservation We work with self check-in so it's vital that you contact us via WhatsApp as soon as you made you booking. Important information will be shared prior to arrival, such as the password to enter the property. Check in from 14:00. Check out before 11:00. Cancellation policy: At the time of booking, 50% of the total amount is charged. This amount is non-refundable - after the 7 day period has passed. However, the value remains as a credit in your name, to be used again - valid for one year after cancellation. Modifications and cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. In cases of late cancellations, in cases of no show (no show), 100% of the reservation amount will be charged. Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards. Taxes included. General: Child friendly. Non smoking. Non alcoholic drinks. â–  Guests staying in collective rooms must return the room key to reception, as well as rented towels. â–  Guests staying in private rooms must return the room key and air conditioning control to reception. Losses incur fees of R$35.00 for towels and air conditioning control and R$15.00 for keys. Late check-out will result in an extra 1/2 daily charge. After 6pm, an extra full night will be charged. For late check-out, please inquire about availability. â–  Breakfast: served from 8am to 10am. It is not included in the daily rate, it can be booked at reception for R$22.00. â–  SMOKING is not permitted inside the rooms. Use the smoking area. A fine of R$ 250.00 will be applied at check-out, for cleaning the apartment if the smell of cigarettes is detected, and common areas of the hostel. â–  Lockers & Beds: guests in collective rooms must use their locker and preferably use padlocks, we do not provide padlocks. Keep your belongings organized. Beds will only be made if there are no personal belongings on them. Do not use a bed other than yours, not even to place objects. â–  The consumption of alcoholic beverages, bottles or glass cups is not permitted in collective rooms. â–  Kitchen: wash and store all utensils you use. Label your food with name and check-out date. We carry out a daily cleaning, discarding items without names to make room in the refrigerator. â–  The possession or use of drugs and weapons is not permitted inside the hostel. â–  Security: we are not responsible for money and objects left in common areas or apartments. Not for losses or thefts inside the hostel. â–  The consumption of alcoholic beverages brought from outside the hostel is not permitted. â–  If identified, a corkage fee of R$50.00 per bottle will be charged. â–  Visitor access: restricted to common areas of the hostel and only until 11pm. â–  Air conditioning: in shared rooms the air conditioning is turned on from 5pm to 10am, in private rooms the air conditioning must be turned off when leaving the room. Let's contribute to the environment! â–  It is prohibited to have sex in shared rooms. Let's respect other guests in the room! If this happens, we will charge a fine of R$250.00 â–  We love your company at the bar, however, in case of inconvenience or damage caused to the hostel due to excessive drinking, a fine of R$ 250.00 will be charged. â–  After 11pm, in case of disturbance caused by excessive noise in common and private areas, a fine of R$ 250.00 will be imposed. â–  If it is identified that people from outside the hostel have entered the shared and private rooms, a fine of R$250 will be imposed on the guest who invited them. â–  At our reception we have a shower in the bathroom, if you want to use it, please inform the receptionist. Fee: R$ 10.00. â–  Linens in private and shared rooms are changed every 3 days. Towels are only included in private rooms. If you want extra towels, we charge R$15.00 and an extra change of sheets R$15.00.
