The beds should be cleaned better. There were some hairs on the sheets and the pillows were a little smelly. The towels didn't smell good either. Most of these things seemed old. It would be good to renew them. Also, there were water leaks in the bathroom of our room so the floor was wet. For the first 2 days of our stay, the maintenance staff tried to fix that but they failed. After insisting again, we were changed to a different room with no leaks. I thing the main issue with this hotel is that it's old. I would not stay there again even though the breakfast and staff were okay. I prefer cleaner rooms, beds and towels.

Gosto do hotel e não é a primeira vez. Sempre tive a sensação de excelente custo benefício. Pela primeira vez, encontrei a saboneteira líquida despencada na pia com sabonete vazando, tomada do banheiro danificada e qdo fui pedir a secadora, o plug era de 20amperes e no quarto só tinha tomada de 10 Amperes. Tinha que ser no quarto pois o do banheiro a tomada estava danificada. Não conseguiram achar um Adaptador. O que salva são os funcionários muito atenciosos, manobristas muito simpático e prestativo. Registrei as reclamações apenas como itens a serem verificados. Tenham certeza que vou continuar a utilizar os serviços do hotel Muito obrigada.
