U Pattaya

Hotellet var helt igennem fantastisk. Det ligger perfekt øde men samtidig med spisemuligheder i nærheden. Hotellet er lækkert og personalet er så smilende og imødekommende. Alt var godt. Udsigten var exceptionel og service helt i top.

Dejlig beliggenhed, i et roligt område. Værelserne var store, med en fantastisk altan med udendørs boblebad. Sengen gid, med hovedpuder der var bløde og lækre. Stort udvalg i morgenmads buffet. Personalet yderst hjælpsomme og venlige. Bestemt et hotel vi vil anbefale, og vi kommer tilbage til.

We are a family of 5 and we stayed in a pool villa. The accommodation is quite old and needs renovation, especially the real wood materials which require special care. The staff are friendly and attentive. There are electric vehicle charging stations in the hotel, which is very convenient for getting around.

We booked this hotel for one week after spending three days in Bangkok, but unfortunately, the stay did not live up to our expectations at all. The hotel appeared very worn down and far below the standard you would expect. The level of service was also poor – the restaurant staff seemed unprofessional and more like random local helpers. The restaurant itself was well below acceptable standards. The only positive aspect was the beautiful jungle atmosphere surrounding the hotel. Already the day after arrival, I went to the reception and explained that we wanted to leave, as the hotel did not match what we had paid for. We were met with excuses and told that a refund was not possible. We decided to leave the hotel after three nights – four days before our stay was supposed to end. As a final and very unprofessional experience, we were chased upon departure to pay for a snack costing 80 baht, which felt both absurd and embarrassing. In addition, the so-called “free minibar” was misleading, as it only included one drink per person per day. Overall, a very disappointing experience. In our opinion, this hotel is at best a 2-star property. We cannot recommend this place and would instead strongly suggest choosing another destination – for example Koh Samui, where the general standard is much higher.

Great escape from the hustle and bustle. Wonderful, rustic hotel right on the beach. Perfect place to relax for a couple of days away from everything. Large room with a great sea view and s very comfortable bed. The restaurant served a wonderful breakfast aswell as a great dinner and cocktails. Khun Kan and her great team, Ton, Mind and Golf just spoiled us with their amazing service. Just a perfect stay, thank you all 🙏
