Mooi hotel met het gevoel alsof je echt op een Thais eiland zit. We hadden de garden villa geboekt, voor een echte tropische sfeer, fijn ruim huisje met een buiten douche en bad. Het zwembad was groot met voldoende ligplekken en einde van de middag een schitterende zonsondergang. Zeker een aanrader als je een luxe vakantiegevoel wil in de buurt van Pattaya!
Mooi hotel met het gevoel alsof je echt op een Thais eiland zit. We hadden de garden villa geboekt, voor een echte tropische sfeer, fijn ruim huisje met een buiten douche en bad. Het zwembad was groot met voldoende ligplekken en einde van de middag een schitterende zonsondergang. Zeker een aanrader als je een luxe vakantiegevoel wil in de buurt van Pattaya!

The pool villa have many leaf around the pool and in the pool. It’s dirty. I can’t use it. The hotel condition. I can stay in the hotel 24hrs. after check-in time. Before check-in 1 day staff called to confirm. I inform the staff that I will check-in 6pm. But have to check-out within 2pm. If I want to stay until 6pm. I have to change room type to standard because pool villa have full booking and Staff told me I should to inform hotel before 1-2 weeks. I paid for relax in the expensive price but It’s worse than I though.

Un peu loin de la ville de Pattaya mais c'est agréable de trouver de la quiétude après la tumulte de la cité des lumières. Le bord de mer et la piscine sont très agréables. Le petit déjeuner est bon et complet.

Hotel was probably a 5 star when it opened 10 years ago but is probably not now. It needs some care. In the 2 bedroom pool villa there are no sun lounges for the pool which we found strange. Overall we enjoyed our stay but is overpriced for what you get. The food is quite good and staff friendly and helpful.

部屋はこぢんまりしていますが、とても清潔で、かつ自然を感じられる木材作りになっています。スタッフはとても親切で、レストランも大変美味しかったです。特に、焼売がおいしかった。海は雨季というのもあってクラゲが大量発生しており、海に入れなかったのは残念でした。ただプールに海やビーチを眺めながら入れるので、それで充分満喫できました。

Staff and service were top notch. Property itself is beautiful and well laid out. However, the beach is very dirty with cigarette butts, dead rat, dogs poo, etc... making it unpleasant to be at the beach.

Nice resort with lovely staff! Really good breakfast and you get all you need at the hotel. If you like to “explore” there is a lovely little fishing village, Bangsaray, half an hour walk along the beach.

Very nice boutique hotel. We had the sea view regular hotel room and found it a very nice and comfortable room with an amazing view. The garden villas can also be nice, but we really enjoyed the view (which you won’t have in the garden villas). Breakfast is very tasty and offers plenty of choice. Service is extremely warm and nice. The only isue we encountered was when we had dinner the first night. We ordered an appetizer, starter and main. Somehow the service got it mixed up and delivered everything together at the same time. This hotel is also one of the few hotels that really is directly linked to the beach and sea.

The resort itself is beautifull, clean and the staff is just wonderfull. The rooms are clean and the food from the restaurant is really delivious. A well mixed balance between traditional Thai food and western food. Around the resort is not that much but that is ok. You have everything at the resort.

일단 호텔은 자연친환경적이고 이쁩니다. 저는 풀빌라에 묶었기 때문에 풀빌라 기준으로 말씀드리자면 조금 관리가 안되는 부분이 보여 아쉽습니다. 유리 청소가 잘 안되어 있고 세면대 물이 잘 안내려간다거나하며 샤워실 수압 약하고 에어컨 소리가 좀 크고 방이 습한 등등 거슬리는 부분이 꽤 많습니다. 커피포트도 청소도 안되어 있어 건더기가 있었으며, 전체적으로 청소가 꼼꼼하게는 안되어 있습니다. 그리고 직원수가 부족한지 서비스가 부족한 느낌이고요, 전용해변도 아닌듯하고, 조식도 맛 없었습니다. 가장 최악은 건기에도 모기가 엄청 많습니다. 도마뱀도 많은데 전 남자라 무섭진 않았습니다. 참고로 어디 구멍이라도 있는건지 모기랑 도마뱀이 방안으로 다 들어오더라고요. 모기퇴치제 달라고 하니 그 빛에 타 죽는 퇴치제 주는데 잘려고 누으니 타다닥 소리 한 5번 났습니다. 아무튼 총평을 해보자면 호텔은 자연 친화적이고 이쁘나 나머진 좀 다 별로였다 입니다. 저렴한 방으로 가게 된다면 가성비가 나쁘지 않아 괜찮겠지만, 풀빌라 숙소는 돈값 못해서 다시 풀빌라에 갈 생각은 없습니다. 사진도 맑은 날에도 역광이라 하나도 안나오니 사진때문에 가시는 분들도 참고하시고요.

단독빌라로 되어있는것 말고는 딱히 추천의사가 없음, 화장대도 없어서 화장실에서 서서 화장해야 하고, 테이블도 없어서 바닥에 앉아서 먹어야 하고, 호불호가 있겠지만 샤워실이 밖이라서 꿉꿉한 느낌이 듭니다. 전반적인 컨디션이 좀 오래된 느낌이고 수영장이 한개고 그늘이 전혀 없는 스타일이라 오전이랑 해지고 오후늦게나 그늘이 생김. 한적하고 외진곳에 있어서 어디 나가려고 하면 택시를 불러서 나가야하고 근처에 걸을만한곳도 없음

풀빌라에서 2박 숙박했어요. 룸 컨디션 좋았고 자연 친화적인 분위기 알고 있어서 도마뱀이나 새똥 있는 건 알고 있었는데 뱀이 있는 건 몰랐어서 밤에 신경 안쓰고 슬리퍼신고 나가다가 신랑이 뱀을 실수로 밟아서 뱀에 물렸어요 ㅠ.ㅠ 밤에 나갈때는 바닥을 주의해서 보시길 바래요. 호텔에서는 처음 있었던 일이라고 하더라구요. 다행히 위험한 뱀이 아니였고 같이 병원 가주시고 충분히 케어도 잘해주셨지만 병원 왔다갔다 하느라 6-7시간을 소비해서 좀 아쉬웠어요. 그래도 레이트체크아웃도 해주고 공항도 데려다주고 해서 서비스는 너무 좋았어요. 호텔 주변에는 아무것도 없지만 택시로 만원이면 파타야 중심까지 나갈수 있어서 위치 걱정하진 않아도 될 것 같아요. 솔직히 서울에서 놀러 나가면 택시비 만원이면 저렴한 편이다보니 택시비는 별로 신경 안쓰였구요. 경미한 사고가 있었지만 그래도 다음에 파타야 가게되면 또 가고 싶을 정도로 모든 것이 다 좋았어요. 마지막날 아쉬워서 물놀이 너무 열심히 해서 화상을 입을 정도로 놀다왔어요. 정말 재밌었고 음식도 좋았고 직원 너무 친절해요 아침에 새 울음 소리 들리긴 하는데 문닫고 음악틀고 자서 신경쓰일 정도는 아니였어요. 편한 현대식 호텔을 생각하고 갔던 게 아니라서 자연친화적인 리조트 분위기가 저는 너무 좋았어요. 또 가고 싶어요

Hotel was probably a 5 star when it opened 10 years ago but is probably not now. It needs some care. In the 2 bedroom pool villa there are no sun lounges for the pool which we found strange. Overall we enjoyed our stay but is overpriced for what you get. The food is quite good and staff friendly and helpful.

部屋はこぢんまりしていますが、とても清潔で、かつ自然を感じられる木材作りになっています。スタッフはとても親切で、レストランも大変美味しかったです。特に、焼売がおいしかった。海は雨季というのもあってクラゲが大量発生しており、海に入れなかったのは残念でした。ただプールに海やビーチを眺めながら入れるので、それで充分満喫できました。

The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The room we stayed at was nice and spacious but it doesn't keep out the noises at all. People walking on the floor above, people walking / talking on the hallway, everything we heard throughout the whole stay. Our room was located on the second floor, but the noises from the ground floor was so loud I thought people were talking right in front of our room. The spa had only one room and one masseuse, so I couldn't book the spa during the time I wanted. Lastly, the hotel has a 24-hour use of room concept, but only subject to availability, I didn't know this so we arrived at 8pm only to be told that we have to check out at 2pm the next day. This was a huge blow to us as we paid double the amount of other hotels we were looking at to stay at U-Pattaya specifically for this.

단독빌라로 되어있는것 말고는 딱히 추천의사가 없음, 화장대도 없어서 화장실에서 서서 화장해야 하고, 테이블도 없어서 바닥에 앉아서 먹어야 하고, 호불호가 있겠지만 샤워실이 밖이라서 꿉꿉한 느낌이 듭니다. 전반적인 컨디션이 좀 오래된 느낌이고 수영장이 한개고 그늘이 전혀 없는 스타일이라 오전이랑 해지고 오후늦게나 그늘이 생김. 한적하고 외진곳에 있어서 어디 나가려고 하면 택시를 불러서 나가야하고 근처에 걸을만한곳도 없음

Dejlig beliggenhed, i et roligt område. Værelserne var store, med en fantastisk altan med udendørs boblebad. Sengen gid, med hovedpuder der var bløde og lækre. Stort udvalg i morgenmads buffet. Personalet yderst hjælpsomme og venlige. Bestemt et hotel vi vil anbefale, og vi kommer tilbage til.

Very nice boutique hotel. We had the sea view regular hotel room and found it a very nice and comfortable room with an amazing view. The garden villas can also be nice, but we really enjoyed the view (which you won’t have in the garden villas). Breakfast is very tasty and offers plenty of choice. Service is extremely warm and nice. The only isue we encountered was when we had dinner the first night. We ordered an appetizer, starter and main. Somehow the service got it mixed up and delivered everything together at the same time. This hotel is also one of the few hotels that really is directly linked to the beach and sea.

Staff and service were top notch. Property itself is beautiful and well laid out. However, the beach is very dirty with cigarette butts, dead rat, dogs poo, etc... making it unpleasant to be at the beach.

Un peu loin de la ville de Pattaya mais c'est agréable de trouver de la quiétude après la tumulte de la cité des lumières. Le bord de mer et la piscine sont très agréables. Le petit déjeuner est bon et complet.

Hotellet var helt igennem fantastisk. Det ligger perfekt øde men samtidig med spisemuligheder i nærheden. Hotellet er lækkert og personalet er så smilende og imødekommende. Alt var godt. Udsigten var exceptionel og service helt i top.

Nice resort with lovely staff! Really good breakfast and you get all you need at the hotel. If you like to “explore” there is a lovely little fishing village, Bangsaray, half an hour walk along the beach.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet from 6am to 11am was wonderful and great for those lazy lie ins. 200m down the beach is a more local part of beach with reasonably priced food and good for a change

The resort itself is beautifull, clean and the staff is just wonderfull. The rooms are clean and the food from the restaurant is really delivious. A well mixed balance between traditional Thai food and western food. Around the resort is not that much but that is ok. You have everything at the resort.

Un peu loin de la ville de Pattaya mais c'est agréable de trouver de la quiétude après la tumulte de la cité des lumières. Le bord de mer et la piscine sont très agréables. Le petit déjeuner est bon et complet.

部屋はこぢんまりしていますが、とても清潔で、かつ自然を感じられる木材作りになっています。スタッフはとても親切で、レストランも大変美味しかったです。特に、焼売がおいしかった。海は雨季というのもあってクラゲが大量発生しており、海に入れなかったのは残念でした。ただプールに海やビーチを眺めながら入れるので、それで充分満喫できました。

일단 호텔은 자연친환경적이고 이쁩니다. 저는 풀빌라에 묶었기 때문에 풀빌라 기준으로 말씀드리자면 조금 관리가 안되는 부분이 보여 아쉽습니다. 유리 청소가 잘 안되어 있고 세면대 물이 잘 안내려간다거나하며 샤워실 수압 약하고 에어컨 소리가 좀 크고 방이 습한 등등 거슬리는 부분이 꽤 많습니다. 커피포트도 청소도 안되어 있어 건더기가 있었으며, 전체적으로 청소가 꼼꼼하게는 안되어 있습니다. 그리고 직원수가 부족한지 서비스가 부족한 느낌이고요, 전용해변도 아닌듯하고, 조식도 맛 없었습니다. 가장 최악은 건기에도 모기가 엄청 많습니다. 도마뱀도 많은데 전 남자라 무섭진 않았습니다. 참고로 어디 구멍이라도 있는건지 모기랑 도마뱀이 방안으로 다 들어오더라고요. 모기퇴치제 달라고 하니 그 빛에 타 죽는 퇴치제 주는데 잘려고 누으니 타다닥 소리 한 5번 났습니다. 아무튼 총평을 해보자면 호텔은 자연 친화적이고 이쁘나 나머진 좀 다 별로였다 입니다. 저렴한 방으로 가게 된다면 가성비가 나쁘지 않아 괜찮겠지만, 풀빌라 숙소는 돈값 못해서 다시 풀빌라에 갈 생각은 없습니다. 사진도 맑은 날에도 역광이라 하나도 안나오니 사진때문에 가시는 분들도 참고하시고요.

Very nice boutique hotel. We had the sea view regular hotel room and found it a very nice and comfortable room with an amazing view. The garden villas can also be nice, but we really enjoyed the view (which you won’t have in the garden villas). Breakfast is very tasty and offers plenty of choice. Service is extremely warm and nice. The only isue we encountered was when we had dinner the first night. We ordered an appetizer, starter and main. Somehow the service got it mixed up and delivered everything together at the same time. This hotel is also one of the few hotels that really is directly linked to the beach and sea.

This is a very nice resort but a couple of things weren’t strong enough for a 5 star rating - based on the price you pay here. For this price I expect the food to be high quality and the room to be very comfortable. The food was good, but not high quality. I ordered lunch twice and had bfast 3 days - there are no complaints overall but for the price, it was pretty average quality and quite pricey. The main problem with the room is the bed being too hard. I know it is a Thai thing to have hard beds but this is a top resort that has many overseas guests not used to such hard beds, and I expect far better quality. Also, the tv kept turning on during the night (no sound) which was a nuisance. The bathroom is good but the fittings are not particularly high quality. the shower goes from cold to super hot with only a short turn of the tap. The highlight was the jacuzzi on the deck but the water was just above warm which wasn’t perfect. A pleasant stay but i have stayed in higher quality hotels in Thailand for the price.
