The room was nice, BUT the lighting was to dim and my deck faced another building 1 foot a way the A/C from the other building hot fen was blowing right at the deck so it qas to hoy to sit outside, it was dark on the deck no sunlight. This was on the 2nd floor on the ocean side . I'm sure the upper rooms with sea views would be good. No pool so that is a deal breaker for me for next time . All said great location, clean, quiet. If all you want is that then this please is for you.

While the elevator was dated and I may not have had the most scenic view from my balcony given that there was a small building blocking much of view, my room was great. Conveniently located off of Beach Road on Soi 8. Everything was easily accessible around me: from street shopping, street vendors, local bars and a shopping mall the next block over. Would definitely stay again.

I checked into this hotel for a three nights stay. the first time I left my room I came back and my key card did not work so I went downstairs in the old elevator that takes three minutes to get down five floors and they reconfigured my card and said it worked Went upstairs and it didn’t. This happened every time I left the hotel and tried to enter my room. Horrible customer service no communication. I left in the middle of my stay and I’m awaiting Expedia’s decision on a refund. Do yourself a favor and don’t book this place.

Everything about this place is great, with the exception of when you leave the room. The aircon shuts down and when you return to the room it is just as hot in the room as it is outside it seems. And the mattress is extremely firm. I would still stay again given the location and price. 4.5 out of 5 stars 🌟

While the rate was great and the location was solid, I never developed peace here because the air con took so long to cool the room and the elevator was dodgy. I ended up getting a room elsewhere.

Det perfekte hotellet i Pattaya! Ligger praktisk talt PÅ stranda. Alt du trenger innenfor en radius på 100 meter; - The beach - Kjøpesenter - Vaskeri - Frokostrestaurant (billig!) - Diverse barer - Skybar Veldig fine og rene rom. Egen balkong. Delvis god utsikt, men man drar ikke til Pattaya for å sitte på rommet! Her kan du likevel gjøre det. God AC. Rommet har safe og kjøleskap

I had high hopes for the weekend and my first couple of nights. It was great. I was supposed to stay three nights and I ended up staying almost 10 days but one night it rained, and the water came inside the window which is sealed, and the water went all over my laptop, and I had to get it fixed, and when it was time to talk to the staff of the hotel about it they became really distant and gave me the runaround. So now I have to try to get the money from Expedia because they are not compliance even though they have a sign that says they are responsible for every damage that occurs in the room if it’s their fault which I have video that it’s their fault and they even switch my room because the one that was in smelled like wet towels. The room is very spacious and I love the purple light but as for the water pressure and also the toilet being clogged all the time and the elevator being super slow I just hope I can get my money back for my laptop. it’s not supposed to rain in your room Sorry doesn’t matter how old the place is. I even offered them to give me a room for a couple nights instead of the $450 and they were just noncompliant.

Normally, I don’t leave positive or negative reviews, but I feel the need to warn you. If you get a room on the first floor, please buy some breathing apparatus to go with it. The sewage lines/plumbing do not have P-traps in them so the smell of raw sewage is rampant throughout the room. I asked to have my room moved due to the smell. The staff agreed, but ironically, they charge me 450 baut$ just to move to a room that didn’t leak sewage gases. I was very surprised. Oh, I really enjoyed the view of a “wall” for upgrade. Ughhh! Hotel staff: Please do not book any guests on the first floor….. it’s just going to result in unhappy customers.

Very decent hotel. Very clean, friendly staff. My only issue is that we had booked it with breakfast included. However the breakfast available is the plate of food from the bar next door instead of buffet breakfast as expected. I don’t eat pork so having plate full of bacon was not exactly the breakfast I expected on my holidays. I would recommend this place but book it without the breakfast and go next door and pay just 200 baht for full buffet breakfast.

Paid for a sea view. Hardly any sea, just walls. And there was no hot water. Just enough not to be cold. And lady said I didn’t know how to turn the water to hot which is ridiculous.

Based on my room. The size was great. Very spacious room. partial view of the ocean. Shower was big although water pressure could've been better. The bed was hard as a rock. Woke up very stiff. Back and neck felt horrible after sleeping in that bed. TV sucked.. I'm not here to watch TV but at the end of my day I would like to maybe watch a movie, fall asleep to some Netflix. And although the TV was a smart TV it didn't work. did not connect to the internet. Although the internet in the room was fine the TV for some reason would not connect. Really a small thing but still would've been nice if it worked. Wouldn't stay again mostly because of the bed..

Everything was Great! The staff was Super friendly and very attentive! The room was very spacious more than enough for two people. I have stayed in multiple hotels in Pattaya and this is by far the best! In fact I have already booked with them for my next trip!

Had a awsome room. Was a superior room and worth it. No view of ocean from balcony because other building blocking it. No breakfast in hotel they give you vouchers for place across the st. You only get to choose 2 types of breakfast is if you bought it with your hotel. I would not buy it with hotel it's only $2 at the little place across the street which is actually a big selling point cuz it's very cheap and there's always things going on over there

I'm not sure about the other rooms / floors, but it was pretty dark overall, even when I found the light switches which were ALL on the right side of the bed. Its certainly a very strange design, shame the plug socket couldn't have been there instead. BTW I'm left handed

Paid for a sea view. Hardly any sea, just walls. And there was no hot water. Just enough not to be cold. And lady said I didn’t know how to turn the water to hot which is ridiculous.

I checked into this hotel for a three nights stay. the first time I left my room I came back and my key card did not work so I went downstairs in the old elevator that takes three minutes to get down five floors and they reconfigured my card and said it worked Went upstairs and it didn’t. This happened every time I left the hotel and tried to enter my room. Horrible customer service no communication. I left in the middle of my stay and I’m awaiting Expedia’s decision on a refund. Do yourself a favor and don’t book this place.

Everything was Great! The staff was Super friendly and very attentive! The room was very spacious more than enough for two people. I have stayed in multiple hotels in Pattaya and this is by far the best! In fact I have already booked with them for my next trip!

Excellent excellent excellent. The room is particularly spotless. The step is super friendly very helpful. The area is next to everything you can walk to this main street.Easy transportation this tabbing and help you with the transportation.If you're going to want to go back to bangkok.

Well the rooms are nice clean and big enough at least the Sea view rooms. The receptionists are very unfriendly you feel absolutely not welcome there, they are fully unmotivated and pissed off they are definitely wrong in the job. They don’t even welcome you and say bye. I badly hope not everyone is the same. The wifi is really bad so you may will be forced to buy a sim card. i will never ever choose this hotel again. There are many super hotels available in Pattaya i’ve been there 16 times. I‘ve never had such an experience in any hotel around the world and i travel a lot. I should have listened to the reviews mentioned that a couple times. At least the A/C was working fine a bit loud but ok and water was also running. There is not more to mention.

While the elevator was dated and I may not have had the most scenic view from my balcony given that there was a small building blocking much of view, my room was great. Conveniently located off of Beach Road on Soi 8. Everything was easily accessible around me: from street shopping, street vendors, local bars and a shopping mall the next block over. Would definitely stay again.

Veldig bra hotellrom. Det trekker litt ned at frokost ikke starter før kl 0900. Pluss at restauranten var stengt en av dagene slik at vi ikke fikk frokost vi hadde betalt for. Ellers veldig sentralt hotell og nær stranden.

Very decent hotel. Very clean, friendly staff. My only issue is that we had booked it with breakfast included. However the breakfast available is the plate of food from the bar next door instead of buffet breakfast as expected. I don’t eat pork so having plate full of bacon was not exactly the breakfast I expected on my holidays. I would recommend this place but book it without the breakfast and go next door and pay just 200 baht for full buffet breakfast.

Had a awsome room. Was a superior room and worth it. No view of ocean from balcony because other building blocking it. No breakfast in hotel they give you vouchers for place across the st. You only get to choose 2 types of breakfast is if you bought it with your hotel. I would not buy it with hotel it's only $2 at the little place across the street which is actually a big selling point cuz it's very cheap and there's always things going on over there

Utrolig fint rom! Man tenkte kanskje først siden det lå midt i gryta av Pattaya at det skulle være dårlig standard på rommene, men dette er noe av det beste jeg har bodd på over hele kontinentet. Jeg har reist mye rundt, og dette rommet til den prisen var absolutt verdt det. Alt var nært, ville du ha bar kunne du gå 1 minutt fra døra så fant du første pub. Der spiste vi også frokost noen av dagene, hvor prisen var ekstremt lav.
Utrolig fint rom! Man tenkte kanskje først siden det lå midt i gryta av Pattaya at det skulle være dårlig standard på rommene, men dette er noe av det beste jeg har bodd på over hele kontinentet. Clean and big, but slightly dimmed room. Balcony with a view of the back alley. The AC took a couple of hours to get the room cool. Comfortable bed, great bathroom and a very central location for all activities.

I'm not sure about the other rooms / floors, but it was pretty dark overall, even when I found the light switches which were ALL on the right side of the bed. Its certainly a very strange design, shame the plug socket couldn't have been there instead. BTW I'm left handed
