Très belle chambre spacieuse à quelques minutes des principales monuments de la ville. Très central tout en étant très calme et bien isolée du bruit. Instructions très faciles pour obtenir la clé. Hote très serviable. Petit frigo dans la chambre avec des boissons offertes. Et il est possible de laisser son bagage après le Check out et l hote nous laisser une clé pour récupérer à tout moment le bagage et pouvoir aller aux toilettes avant de reprendre l avion. Petit déjeuner très varié avec plein de produits sucrés et salés proposés. Un excellent rapport qualité prix.

This hotel really saved my stay in Catania, which unfortunately is not the cleanest city. The apartment, however, was huge, very clean, centrally located, and comfortable, although the furnishings were a little dated. The breakfast was nice, though not particularly abundant, which is fairly typical in Italy.

Our stay at B&B Suite Cutelli has had its ups and downs, which I should state frankly: Positives: - The staff were very friendly. Simona was especially one of the nicest people we have met as a hotel staff. She was very kind, helpful all the times. - The cleanliness of the hotel was acceptable (though not spotless). - The location of the hotel is close to the city square (9-10 mins to Duomo etc.). Negatives: - Our room at B&B Suite Cutelli was the 3-person room at the top floor (Tiglio). The room has a very tiny window (and that is it), which feels claustrophobic. Yet, the photos regarding this very room are mixed with other rooms (with better views). If you are sensitive about spaciousness and scenery, do not stay at this room. - The hotel is very close to some local bars, which have serious noise issue during the nights (even until 3-4 am). If you are also sensitive about sound/silence, please do take this into consideration. All in all, while the hotel has a good location and very friendly staff, the rooms should be better presented to guests with full disclosure so that they have better info where they would stay. Overall, 4/5 stars (rounding up from 3.5 stars due to some serious issues).

Wir hatten anfangs ein Problem, da die Klimaanlage im gebuchten Zimmer ausgefallen war. Es wurde aber sofort eine Alternative angeboten, in einem B&B im 1. Stock des gleichen Hauses. Das war toll organisiert. Am 2. Tag haben wir dann das gebuchte Zimmer bezogen. Beide Zimmer waren sehr schön, gut eingerichtet und mit gut funktionierender Klimaanlage. Vielen Dank an Giuseppe und Simona.
