Scuff marks on the floor, hair in bathtub and toilet, cigarette burn on the blankets, room smelt of smoke., house keeping entered room before 11am check out and with out knocking wile my wife and daughter where still asleep in the room.

The room was unkempt. The bedding had spots of discoloration. The wall outlet was covered with dirt and grim. The wash basin had a gross amount of dirt running down from the rim. The towels were stained as like they had shoe polish on them. We arrived late & were exhausted. We slept fully clothed, including our shoes. It took a while to adjust, but I was too tired to argue. The next morning, I took the dirty towels to a worker, who was cleaning on the 2nd floor near my room, & asked for clean ones. She immediately asked, "What room?" I gave her the room number. She aggressively replied, "Well, that's a worker's room, and I'm told to put that in there. It'll be a minute when I get there!" I responded, "Do I look like a worker? No, ma'am. I need towels now so I can check out." She took the towels, walked away stomping, and was talking under her breath. As I approached the office, she handed me clean towels. I then shared my experience with the manager. He said, "I wasn't here last night. I didn't give you the room, but I told her she shouldn't have said what she said to you." I asked for a business card, and he said they didn't have any. I told him I had taken pictures of the room and intended to post them on Facebook. I also used one of the dingy towels to wipe the dirt around the wash basin. The black residue looked like tar. The room was plainly filthy, although some of the dirt was not readily visible until the room was actually used.I have stay there and it was nicer.

I liked that it was conveniently placed in town but my room was not clean I had to go to the desk and ask them to clean it and change the shower curtain because it had mold on it

Unfortunately, my experience at this Motel 6 was very disappointing. During the extended stay I experienced multiple problems, including an unauthorized charge to my credit card after I had planned to pay in cash. I was told the charge would be refunded, but that it could take 7–10 business days, which created financial hardship. Communication regarding my reservation was also poor. I was told confirmation information had been sent by email and text, but I never received it, making it difficult to resolve issues with my booking. I was also concerned about safety after an incident involving inappropriate behavior by another guest was brought to my attention. I expected these concerns to be taken seriously. Instead the manager/owner made us leave and gave us 5 minutes to exit. While some staff members were courteous(housekeeper), the overall handling of billing, customer service, and guest concerns did not meet my expectations. I hope management reviews these issues and makes improvements for future guests
