Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Enid, OK

There was a wasp or bee in my room that I had to kill as well as a cockroach. The plug ins on one outlet did not work and neither did a lamp.

Didn’t have the right room for ADA. Blue light flashed from the ceiling all night. Stains on the carpet on 2nd floor hall that look awful. Positive: The bed linens were very clean as were the towels

The room was very clean and comfortable. I was happily surprised with the full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Breakfast was good. My kids loved the waffles. We would definitely go back!

This was a very clean hotel with a very well stocked breakfast. The reason for our lower star review was their pool was they couldn't get the door unlocked to the pool. We were told by the front desk that she would call and get it figured out....we waited.....then she told us that she couldn't get in there tonight but that maintenance would be there at 6 am to get it open. We went to bed with hopes of our 9 year old getting to swim for a short time in the morning before we had to leave. Then at 7:00am my husband goes down to the front desk and they tell him that the door is still locked and maintenance won't be in until 9am to open the door. We had to leave by 8:45 to get to our destination on time so we left with a very upset 9 year old and honestly I was a little irritated that they kept giving us the run around about it. If the door is broken and unable to be opened then say so....it would have been better if they had just told us last night that swimming was off the table because they don't know how to operate their door system or don't care enough about guest satisfaction to send someone in to simply open a door. I'm just glad no one was locked in the pool area because evidently it would have been a job for the fire department!

The issue I had was driving 6 hours to be told my room wasn’t ready to go then be told it will be another 30 minutes before they had a solution for us .
