The pool was freezing, even when we mentioned to the staff, there was an over abundance of chlorine which made our eyes burn, the breakfast was sub par, there was no sub flooring under the thin carpet so you could hear a lot and the beds were awful! Felt old and it was a spring mattress. The price for this hotel is overpriced. Very unhappy guests and Expedia did nothing to help us.

Townhouse Suites connected to Springhill Suites, both owned by Marriott. Front desk/breakfast area at Townhouse was closed. Problem with room key to enter front desk area in Townhouse. Breakfast at Springhill very crowded as it served both hotels. Inconvenient getting bags in & out of room `in Townhouse room.

Decent hotel with a good location in Bellingham that is outside of the downtown area but close to the Bellis Fair mall and Costco. Pool is a bit dated and has a strong chlorine smell. Room came with breakfast and it was good value. Overall, I would stay again but I am not sure I would use the pool.

We had a great stay here! It was easy to find, easy to park our EV with free charger. Room was clean and very comfortable. Surprised that the kitchen was so well equipped with hot plate, dishwasher and full size fridge freezer. Pool and hot tub were nice, and we ate at the lobby bar for convenience which was nice. Breakfast was great with special quiches, croissant sandwiches and a variety of breakfast cakes to name a few.

We were so impressed and comfortable on our stay! The staff was AMAZING! from housekeeping to the people at the front desk! Everyone helped us out with recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. Having a kitchen was so helpful and more economical for us. Onsite free washer and dryers and a great fitness room were also accessible. It was an all around great experience!

We were so impressed and comfortable on our stay! The staff was AMAZING! from housekeeping to the people at the front desk! Everyone helped us out with recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. Having a kitchen was so helpful and more economical for us. Onsite free washer and dryers and a great fitness room were also accessible. It was an all around great experience!

Had an issue with the cleanliness of our stay at check in, service staff upgrafed us to a 2 bedroom suite. After we explained our daighter was allergic to the pet dander we found on the pullout couch. We appreciated this reasonable courtesy given the circumstances.

Stayed here when we moved our kiddo into WWU. One of the better business-style hotels we've stayed at. Clean, fresh, updated, and friendly. Bar in the lobby if you need it. Quick drive to campus, Costco, restaurants. The breakfast was actually pretty good.

Several ants in the room we were in. huge 🐜 had to kill it in the living room area bedroom on the bed found a pot in the microwave that wasn’t clean. I called front desk to tell them about it and the representative just apologized and that’s was that end of the conversation. I paid tripple the amount a hotel room a night for this room and I feel it wasn’t worth it. Next time will i will stay in an airbnb. I have a video of each ant.

Love how rooms have two bedrooms for a big families. Have a bar that sells food. It makes it very convenient. Wish the windows can open to let fresh air in. Sometimes the smell in the rooms get to me.

Well maintained property. We (three of us) stayed in a one-bedroom suite and the space was perfect for us. The rooms weee clean, with good amenities, and the staff was very helpful. TownePlace Suites and Spring Suites are adjoined (you check-in at Springfield and dine there as well). Overall, our stay was excellent and we will stay there again if our travels take us that way.

The breakfast is excellent but the rooms are far from sound proof as the noise from the road is constant but not as loud as the foot steps from the room above. As such, this place is way over priced. Won’t be staying here when I am in town next year even though I have a BonVoy membership.

The front desk staff was a bit rude, when asked for any recommendations on where to visit on new year night since they are local they might know better, she responded saying "just because we are local doesn\'t mean we know everything". I felt that was quite unnecessary a response and could have been responded with politeness too. Also while checking in we requested a room with a view, they assigned us a room which didn\'t have a great view but was super noisy too.. with a little kid it was difficult to sleep in it and neither did we get any spectacular view.

Stayed here when we moved our kiddo into WWU. One of the better business-style hotels we've stayed at. Clean, fresh, updated, and friendly. Bar in the lobby if you need it. Quick drive to campus, Costco, restaurants. The breakfast was actually pretty good.

Great experience all around. Very nice rooms with tons of storage, very good gym and pool, nice breakfast and bar, and bus stop is right across the street. Professional staff!

Decent hotel with a good location in Bellingham that is outside of the downtown area but close to the Bellis Fair mall and Costco. Pool is a bit dated and has a strong chlorine smell. Room came with breakfast and it was good value. Overall, I would stay again but I am not sure I would use the pool.

Nice staff. Great room. Breakfast is always good, though they must have been slammed right before we went down since there were missing food items. With a snow storm over the last couple of days its probably reasonable to not expect the usual excellent service be get here.

For the breakfast I would improve on the meat selection. Meat was a dried out piece of turkey meat that looked suspicious. Not tasty.

The pool was freezing, even when we mentioned to the staff, there was an over abundance of chlorine which made our eyes burn, the breakfast was sub par, there was no sub flooring under the thin carpet so you could hear a lot and the beds were awful! Felt old and it was a spring mattress. The price for this hotel is overpriced. Very unhappy guests and Expedia did nothing to help us.

Townhouse Suites connected to Springhill Suites, both owned by Marriott. Front desk/breakfast area at Townhouse was closed. Problem with room key to enter front desk area in Townhouse. Breakfast at Springhill very crowded as it served both hotels. Inconvenient getting bags in & out of room `in Townhouse room.

The staff at this hotel were nice. We liked the choices of breakfast items and we enjoyed having a bar in the hotel, where we could unwind with a drink. But, they just started charging $10 a day to park your car on the property. This was not stated anywhere in the information about the hotel or on their website. There are so many other hotels to choose from in the Bellingham area and none of them charge for parking. We will definitely be staying at a different hotel when we return to Bellingham. Also, our non-smoking room smelled like smoke.

We always stay at this hotel when we're visiting family because it's always a comfortable one. The rooms were clean and spacious. We love the full fridge and kitchen. The staff is always welcoming. Pools and hot tub are older but clean. Breakfast is included and never misses. Love it!
