The listing is misleading, as the main page advertises a swimming pool without clearly stating that it actually belongs to the neighboring hotel. I wish the property was as advertised. No 24 hour desk so I had to wait for check in. Also said pool but you had to pay to use a pool that belongs to an actual hotel. The personal efforts and enthusiasm was appreciated but not what was advertised. Also, shower leaks, a few ants in the room, and towels awful.

Experiência Incrível! Tereza foi muito atenciosa, que fez a nossa estadia ser memorável ! Ela proporcionou as melhores dicas de passeios, restaurantes e como melhor aproveitar a região. E local fica bem localizado de fácil acesso aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade.

Our stay at Bougainvillea Relais was wonderful. Maria was an excellent host! The room was very clean, bed was extremely comfortable, short walk to the main sights in town. Incredible restaurant right outside the door. We also took part in a recommended Amalfi Coast day trip and Capri tour which didnt dissapoint.
