The overall stay was good. We ran into issues with the AC. It was broken. It did get fixed after 3 nights. However, the unit couldn’t keep up. It got up to 77 w/ new unit. A night was comped so that was nice. The company did try. The ac filter was filthy and that may have been another factor in why the ac wasn’t cooling well. Not sure. Also, pet friendly but no grass for the dogs to use. That was problematic. The fees were confusing. One email said $125 per stay. It sounded like 1 fee for 2 dogs. Then another email said 100 per dog. Any unregistered would be $250. We were charged the cost of an unregistered pet.

Pros: quick 4 minute walk to beach. Adorable little spot. Good pool with loungers. Comfy bedding/blankets. Quiet area. Cons: no beach gear. Limited towels. Busy 4 lane street to cross for beach. Pool was small. Saw two cockroaches in our room. Bathroom tiny; nowhere to get ready. Bed was super uncomfortable; like sleeping on springs. Pull out couch awful! Floor made all of our feet/socks black. Very small place for what I paid (almost $1500 for 5 nights) Would not return.

Just returned from a family trip staying at The Bungalows. The location worked really well for us a 5 min walk over the bridge to Johns Pass and across the main rd to the beach. The room had 2 bedrooms and plenty of space, the little patio area was very cute. We had unit 7 which was next to the busy main rd but we weren’t disturbed by road noise. The pool area is really nice and the pool was so warm. Some parts of the room are a little tired but it was clean and very comfortable. We explored the area and it made a good base. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The walk to Johns Pass is over a drawbridge so hilly up and down if that’s an issue for you. The beach over the rd is lovely and wide but no beach vendors so you’ll need your own chairs and shade.

Our room was very clean. Had assigned parking space. The beach was short walk across the road. The bed was a platform bed about 12 inches high and felt hard to me. We had a great weekend.

It was literally a few steps and right outside the room. Cute patio area. Only thing I did not like was a towel that was stained and just gross, but other then that it was perfect and would most definitely stay here again. Very friendly manager! You get an email with check in door code since there is no office. I hadn’t received that yet but the manager was very accommodating! It’s conveniently located right across the road from a beautiful beach, with a few good restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and stocked room with kitchenette and comfortable sleeping. Would stay here again!

Stayed for a week and absolutely enjoyed our time here. Family friendly environment, safe and quiet plus just a walk across the street from the beach! The grounds were very well maintained, our room was very clean and had a great beach feel. The pool was very clean and warm at night, staff were great and very friendly. 10/10 Highly recommend staying at The Bungalows for people who want more of a “home” feeling instead of a hotel. Very close to many restaurants and shops and just a quick 12 minute walk to the boardwalk!

My friends and I just stayed for a girls weekend and we had a fabulous time. We have not stopped talking about how great this place was. We are planning to come back with our families. I stayed in unit 6 and it was very clean and spacious. We will be back. Highly recommend.

Unbelievably bad. Multiple cockroaches. Floor was so dirty it made my white sox black. Cable TV did not work at all. I want a full refund of the $332.02 that I paid. I have never seen anything like this.

We did a family trip and softball tournament.It was pretty clean but all rooms always have that mildew closed up smelll. They did not have a wine opener but they did have a mixer. The woman that works there was super nice and helpful. Great spot just a walk across the street for beach. Wished we would of had a 2 bathroom but it worked

Great location! Loved the layout and was perfect for a place to relax and then sleep for our family while in town for the weekend. Beds weren't super comfortable but we managed. Beach was just a short walk across the street and my kids enjoyed the pool. Bookmarked the Bungalows for a future stay!

My room was a corner unit with parking right outside the window - every morning someone was out in their car in the middle of the night and bright headlights shone through the window, disturbing sleep. They really should get appropriate blackout blinds or curtains. There was no vanity space to even place a toothbrush near the sink.

Generally pleased. Location, parking, and layout great. Very clean too. Mattress in our unit needs replacing as way too soft. It would be nice if the TV was on a swivel mount so easier to view from sofa. Also a luggage stand in the closet would be nice to put suitcase on.

We enjoyed our stay here. All the employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Walking distance to John’s Pass for great shopping and dining. The beach is a very short walk across the road. Would stay there again.

I was staying while taking care of an elderly relative and Tropical Storm Debby came calling! The manager Judy checked on me frequently and even offered to go to the store if I needed anything. The electricity flickered a few times but stayed on.

Beautiful old school Florida vibe, best location, quiet, cute, simple but lacking in guest amenities and needs a little more guest attention, glad you are here and happy you chose us for your well deserved vacation destination personal touch. A little more effort goes a long way. Housekeeping attention also lacking.
Beautiful old school Florida vibe, best location, quiet, cute, simple but lacking in guest amenities and needs a little more guest attention, glad you are here and happy you chose us for your well deserved vacation destination personal touch. Very friendly manager! You get an email with check in door code since there is no office. I hadn’t received that yet but the manager was very accommodating! It’s conveniently located right across the road from a beautiful beach, with a few good restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and stocked room with kitchenette and comfortable sleeping. Would stay here again!

Stayed for a week and absolutely enjoyed our time here. Family friendly environment, safe and quiet plus just a walk across the street from the beach! The grounds were very well maintained, our room was very clean and had a great beach feel. The pool was very clean and warm at night, staff were great and very friendly. 10/10 Highly recommend staying at The Bungalows for people who want more of a “home” feeling instead of a hotel. Very close to many restaurants and shops and just a quick 12 minute walk to the boardwalk!

We had an amazing stay at The Bungalows. Clean, short walk to the beach and John’s pass. The property manager, Robin, was so accommodating and friendly. We got early check in and late check out to accommodate our flight times. Will definitely be back and would recommend to orhers!

We enjoyed our stay here. All the employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Walking distance to John’s Pass for great shopping and dining. The beach is a very short walk across the road. Would stay there again.

Just returned from a family trip staying at The Bungalows. The location worked really well for us a 5 min walk over the bridge to Johns Pass and across the main rd to the beach. The room had 2 bedrooms and plenty of space, the little patio area was very cute. We had unit 7 which was next to the busy main rd but we weren’t disturbed by road noise. The pool area is really nice and the pool was so warm. Some parts of the room are a little tired but it was clean and very comfortable. We explored the area and it made a good base. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The walk to Johns Pass is over a drawbridge so hilly up and down if that’s an issue for you. The beach over the rd is lovely and wide but no beach vendors so you’ll need your own chairs and shade.

Great location! Loved the layout and was perfect for a place to relax and then sleep for our family while in town for the weekend. Beds weren't super comfortable but we managed. Beach was just a short walk across the street and my kids enjoyed the pool. Bookmarked the Bungalows for a future stay!

Very close to the beach, just across the street! Just a mile or two to all the shopping and main events. The place was very clean, multiple places to sit outside and chill. Shower had a good flow and plenty of hot water even after 5 showers in a row!

We enjoyed the bungalows immensely. On site dedicated parking and walking distance to a gorgeous beach! We were concerned the road noise would be bad due to the proximity to the main road, but it was very quiet. When traveling with the whole family having living and sleeping areas is a must! We will definitely story be returning!

I loved my time at the bungalows!!! But be aware that toiletries are very limited, there is no room service and when you call to request clean towels needs to wait for the next day. Bed was super low and uncomfortable, excellent air conditioning. Property is very close to the beach and about 10-15 min walking to John’s pass.

I was not able to stay at property. Expedia stated the property was dog friendly and as some of the condos are dog friendly. But the condo i choose to stay in was not and my nights were non refundable. They refused to give me my money back stating they couldn't get in touch with property. I talked to property and he added to give me a refund. But it still has no happened . Expedia customer service is terrible and i WILL never use there website again. It was falsely advertised and nothing was done to rectify the situation. I disputed with my bank and nothing yet. Yes i have receipts of conversations. Terrible customer service don't recommend

Generally pleased. Location, parking, and layout great. Very clean too. Mattress in our unit needs replacing as way too soft. It would be nice if the TV was on a swivel mount so easier to view from sofa. Also a luggage stand in the closet would be nice to put suitcase on.

Unit 9 had a very small bathroom/shower. The vehicles that parked outside the window was always very loud! In and out all night. If we stayed again would not stay in that unit. Overall was ok stay but not my top pick next time.

Great location, small but quaint room for 2 ppl. (Knew this when booking). Great little kitchen area should you need it (we ate out). The pool was heated and very clean and well kept. It was literally a few steps and right outside the room. Cute patio area. Only thing I did not like was a towel that was stained and just gross, but other then that it was perfect and would most definitely stay here again. Very quiet area but walkable to restaurants and attractions. The beach was across the street. No issues checking in. Thank you for a enjoyable stay, out first time on the Gulf side of FL.
