Hollywood Broadwalk Oceanside Hotel

Clean room staff they were helpful .view unbelievably nice and breakfast was great

First of all,they do not provide the specific hotel you booked.We did not stayed at Oceanside Boutique Hotel.Upon arrival,they gave us poor-quality room. After we refused to stay there,they moved us a better room.Room was spacious and located close to the beach. However ,despite staying for 5 days and requested cleaning,our room was never cleaned,they only replaced the towers one time. The breakfast was poor but the worse part was the staff.The staff member was extremely rude and even physically touched me to block me from entering the room for a napkin.

The check in process was terrible, 2 hours standing in line to check in and then it took over 15 minutes to go through the process. I found it unique that I asked for a room with a small kitchen, which I got with NO kitchen supplies! The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and closeness to the beach great. Value for the dollar is questionable.

Room was clean bed was comfortable but for a kitchenette with no ability to use the kitchenette was a disappointment check in process was horrendous 2 hours from start to finish other than that would not recommend it if you're looking for a quick comfortable check-in and nice place to stay
